My 10 yr old Morkie saw the cardiologist Dr. Keegan, and was given wonderful care. He explained everything to me. All the staff were kind.

More than once we have had an emergency and are so grateful to have AnimERge available to us....when my Sparky was in trouble they took him in immediately and started saving his life...I will never forget how the great doctors and staff helped our Sparky...and are still helping him today...they are the best..

I'm a new pet owner and my dog was gasping for air around midnight. I had no idea what it was so I panicked. I called AnimERge and Gigi was very helpful. She told me that it could be kennel cough and asked me to take him to the vet in the morning and not to panic.

We came to an emerge after our puppy broke his little leg with leashes getting entwined playing with another pup. Animerge could not have been more wonderful. The staff so good with our pup. Every single one of them have treated us and our pet with love and compassion (along with cute decorations on the casts!) *Remember it is an ER and you will be triaged. Please be patient and if you have to wait longer, are out to the back of the line because the Doctor and staff run to care for an unresponsive pet, spend the time counting your blessings! My husband and I have developed a real appreciation for what the doctors and staff do here. Thank you to all of them.

Our 11 year old beagle, like everyone's furry friend, is a very deep part of your family. You search for the best care possible. We found it at Animerge. Ranger had a large cyst on his lip. Dr. Collins was specific with what she would do surgically in a concise easy to understand way. We felt confident because she was confident. When the surgery was over she called to let us know all was well with what to expect moving forward. I can't say enough about the compassion the team showed from the moment I made the appointment to the discharge. If I had to do anything else with Ranger I'd do it here. The bonus was it ended being less than we thought. Many thanks to all who cared for our little boy.

Took our dog for some blood work and other routine care and Animerge told us to wait in the car. 5 hours later we are still in the car waiting for our dog! Sure they may have had other emergencies but why do we need to sit here the entire time? Doctor we had was very knowledgeable but barely let us get our input in. Not sure why but she kept changing what she was telling us in what we needed to do when we discharge our dog. Not coming here again!

We recently took our senior dog to Animerge for a medical emergency on what was a very busy holiday weekend. They were beyond amazing and got our girl back to us after a short 2 day stay. They were upfront with her diagnosis treatment plan and cost estimate (which was reasonable for what turned into a 2 day stay). Doctors were very communicative even though I knew that were swamped they gave me all the time we needed to discuss her status and made me feel like our girl was their only patient. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

Very pleased with staff and service... Even though we have to deal with the restrictions brought on by COVID, they did it with a smile. Follow-up calls were handled equally well.

14 months ago my girl Lily was diagnosed with renal kidney failure. So over that time besides check-ups here and there the staff assisted us with giving sub q fluids and alway took good care of Lily. I always felt that they answered all of our questions and made sure we understood all of her diagnosises and reasons for the medications they suggested. Even at the end when we had broken hearts they played a large part of soothing the process of saying goodbye. I can't say enough about have great it has been to be a patient of theirs.

Over the past two years I've been a customer of AnimERge. They are always very helpful and explained everything that is needed to keep my furry babies happy and healthy. After major operation.

My great dane had an emergency. Considering I brought in a very large dog They were decently priced. All of the staff was so nice and patient with my dog even when she was fighting with us just to get her in the building. The wait was wasn't very long. Considering all of the other more important emergencies, the wait was understandable. While I was waiting, other dog owners brought in very serious cases and the staff was all very fast.If I ever have a doggy emergency this is the place I will go to and always recommend.

Very caring, organized and understanding

This is the 3rd time we've had dogs go to AnimErge for surgery. Every time we've been happy with the results. The staff is very kind and keeps you up dated through out the procedure. They send you home with a detailed medication list and discharge instructions.

I have been going to AnimErge for years for emergencies and now for specific health issues and they are FANTASTIC...Every person who works there is caring and helpful and knowledgeable ....I will always go there and recommend their services...I have seen eye and heart doctors as well as dealt with unfortunate emergencies and they are THE best!

Dr. Lee and staff helped us when my beloved Abilene passed away. Very professional and considerate staff. We received a lovely sympathy card the following week.

I brought my dog here to visit the cardiologist and he was excellent, explaining many different scenarios and situations about my dogs health and heart health. I highly recommend him, the cardiologist, as he seems very knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and although, due to coronavirus they are only doing curbside service, they were attentive and kept me in the loop to advise me when my turn would come. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a need to seek veterinary support for their pet.

They took really good care of my baby

Waited to get an appointment for 2 months after 2 months of waiting I finally got here only to find out that they asked me to come in at 12:00 in the afternoon and I sat outside till 1:00 just to find out that I can't come in with my pet and it's consultation is going to be anywhere between 3 to 500 I don't know how this place is in business do yourself a favor look for another place

I brought my dachshund in on September 20 late in the evening. She could not breathe and almost died. The caring, professional and very competent vets and staff put her in oxygen and spent the next 4 days bringing her back from the brink. They immediately diagnosed her as having congestive heart failure, carefully evaluated her tolerance for the meds, updated me daily and were very flexible when it came to pickup times. Dr Keegan, the cardiologist welcomes emails after your pet is discharged to determine if medications should be adjusted avoiding an office visit - I just sent one. The vets/staff encouraged me to call with any questions. Very important: AnimERge provided great value for the money. They have the expertise and technology needed to diagnose and treat your pet during and after an emergency. When I picked up my dog they gave me a number of different medicines with clear instructions and refills for each one. The meds are able to be refilled 12 times at a pharmacy that I choose. i am currently looking for the best prescription deals online - that is real savings! My pup is not out of the woods but I trust that AnimERge will be there to provide us with reliable, excellent care going forward.

I was there Saturday morning which ended up being the day I had to put my best friend to sleep of almost 15 years. Kirsten, Dr. Guy, and the woman who handled the paperwork with me (dark hair) were kind, compassionate, showed patience and empathy. I am truly grateful for that. There was however one staff member on that day who made comments about my dog that were insensitive and unneeded in the time of distress, along with facial expressions that could be read through her mask. I would have addressed it at the time but didn't want anything to interrupt the care for my pet to receive. It is important to keep in mind before you judge, you do not know the treatment plan or involvement of the family's veterinarian. If I am telling you what my pet is capable of at 15years old do not question me bc I have been with her, you know her for 30 seconds. Use the gurney. I have been there before where it wasn't a problem.Again, Dr. Guy was amazing in her thoroughness and truly understanding what I needed to know to make the decision for my girl to be without pushing it and without judgement. I am grateful I was able to take however much time needed and waiting for my family to get there. To those that showed us kind and compassion, thank you.

I was recommended by my dermatologist to have my dog’s ear surgery at animerge and I could not be more pleased. I’m a crazy dog dad, I packed his food, medicine, treats, his favorite blanket and a note for his caregiver to please send me a pic of my boy once he was in recovery resting and they actually did email me a picture of him after his surgery so I could see with my own eyes that he was ok since we are not allowed inside due to covid. That right there alone meant the world to me. I was able to bring him home today and he is doing great so far. He will be going back for his follow up visit in 2 weeks and part 2 of the surgery for his other ear once this ear heals and I know from this first experience I will be able to be a little more at ease knowing he will be in great hands again! Thank you again to the surgeon and staff who took care of Levi!!

I have brought my Lab to Animerge twice in the last month. I cannot say enough about this animal hospital. Every staff member is so pleasant. It is very apparent that they love their job. They do their very best to see you as fast as they can and the veterinarians are extremely thorough, communicative, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your pets here in an emergency.
