I always find helpful staff here, prices are very competitive, and they have the brands of pet food that I prefer for my pets!

This is the only place I buy my fur babies food & needs. They are knowledgeable friendly and always going out a step further or a customer .

Very clean and equipped with everything you might need for your pets. I adopted two of my dogs from here. They are healthy and were under a vets care when I picked them up No issues Just love this place !!

Furthermore , the unique selection of healthy, organic & hard to find pet foods available there is truly a blessing to have at my disposal .

Wonderful store. They have everything one could possibly want for their pet. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. And their grooming salon, I use Lisa, is great. She even groomed my elderly dog who was suffering from many ailments, with the greatest of TLC.

So glad we tried out this small business. They have great selection and super helpful. We just rescued 2 kittens after a long hiatus of no cats. Had to get all the supplies. This will be our go to place for all that we need. Thank you!!

Cute store , a lot of different interesting things there , slightly over priced on some but not bad , my review isn’t for the store itself but for the grooming , I just feel people should know , I went in for cat grooming, I’ve owned cats all my life and I have taken this particular cat to get groomed many times at different places , this is the only place I’ve ever been where the groomer made me stand there and help her throughout the whole service , I have always been able to drop my cat off and pick her up , and never did I have to actually do a part of the labor myself , which baffles me , I might as well groomed her myself instead of paying almost 100 dollars , sooo unless you basically want to groom your cat yourself and pay 100 bucks to do so , I’d recommend getting ur cat grooming needs taken care of somewhere else

Bought my cute little Norwegian Dwarf Rabbit 2 weeks ago. He is growing healthy and strong. The staff were very helpful with answering my questions and guiding me to punching the necessary items for my rabbit.

Katie's has been around and one of the small business's that helps animals directly in their community, a great place to go.

This is my first time at this store and I had an amazing experience. The store is very organized and clean. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of the staff members helped me pick out a lot of treats and food for my dog. This is the best pet store I’ve been to so far and I will be coming back!

Excellent place for all your pets needs and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The grooming and vet services are very helpful my dog was sick not too long ago and rather than they charge me for something I didn't need they suggested something as simple as pumpkin and it worked!!! Great Place!!

Katie's Pet Depot is THE place to know for anyone who has pets. After months of begging for a rabbit we stopped into Katie's Pet Depot in January 2021. As timing worked out we were able to add Sophie to our family. She has been wonderful. Katie's Pet Depot has been beyond expectations. The staff all are very knowledgeable and are kind, caring, and very polite people. They take great care of Sophie when we are out of town. I also love that they are family owned and run and not a commercial chain.

We cant get enough of Katies Pet Depot. The staff is so AWESOME!!! Jessica helped us find our baby bunny Leah! They are so full of knowledge and understanding of your needs. They never rush you out and always remember the family.
