My dog loves going here! The second day he went he ran inside. The staff are so caring and I love the pictures and videos of him they post.

This place is so unprofessional and so unorganized. They are super overpriced for day care and weekend stays. They are not responsive through emails or phone calls, especially if you are trying to get your money refunded. Both of the owners are never on the same page and will give you a different response for any questions asked. I recently tried to get refunded for a week because they decided they did not want to watch my dog for his stomach issues even though I provided a vet note stating he can return and is not contagious or a danger to others. When I called and emailed them THREE TIMES they finally answered me and stated their policy says they can terminate services whenever they feel like it. Disgusting establishment, I DO NOT RECOMMEND sending your dog here.

We had a great experience boarding our senior citizen bull terrier Chess at Z Dog. This is a family run business and you can tell they love canines and will treat your fur family like family.

Just called and requested a last minute booking hoping they had some availability and the woman was extremely rude and irritated and said it was impossible and hung up on me. I understand if there was no availability but to be extremely rude and hang up on me in the middle of responding is extremely rude. I will not be returning or considering this place ever in the future if this is an example of how they treat people let alone our dogs.

People there are so friendly and good with the dogs, lots of room for the dogs to play, indoors and outdoors.

This place is not professional and looks like an abandoned warehouse. You can get a actual daycare with classes, toys and happy instructors elsewhere for the same price. If your dog is part of your family, don’t leave them there!

Our two dogs love going to z dog! We were worried about our second dog that is a nervous mess but after talking with Z dog they came up with a plan on how to introduce our second dog alone and then both together. We received update from them and now both of our dogs can't wait to go. There is an outdoor and indoor space for the dog to run around and also space to rest and relax! We are really happy and would reccomend to everyone

Our dog has been going to Z Dog for a few weeks now and we could not be more pleased with Natalie, Jose and the facility/location. We have put our giant pup in other day cares around the city but none of them compare. Mainly, we love that crate time is not forced upon them. There’s a very nice fenced in yard and the owners/staff post videos of the dogs playing together daily! What really made us feel most comfortable in choosing Z Dog was the tour we given during our orientation. My boyfriend and I are still having to go into work right now and Natalie and Jose have brought us great peace of mind knowing our dog is well taken care of. For that alone, we are forever grateful. I truly cannot recommend Z Dog enough!

Z Dogs has provided excellent dog-related services for my family for over 8 years. Jose and Natalie not only genuinely care about the animals they look after, they have insights into canine behavior that I've found invaluable and are highly professional. These things I already knew about them. One year ago this month, however, I felt truly grateful to have them in our lives. Within one, crazy week, my dog Donut was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. She developed breathing problems because her lungs were filled with fluid. She could barely stand, let alone walk. While she spent her final days in Penn Vet Hospital's emergency department, Jose called me. He asked me about Donut's condition and expressed his sympathy. Although she was very pregnant at the time, Natalie even wanted to visit Donut so she would not feel so alone. I was so touched that they reached out to me when I was so helpless and alone. A great pet concierge service is so much more than providing basic care for your companion animals when you are at work or on vacation. Z Dog Walkers proved this to be true when they made a simple phone call that terrible week. They did not have to, but they did, and that is why I am forever grateful and recommend them to all.

I truly loved bring my dog Fred to Z Dog day care. It is obvious how much the team cares about the dogs that they care for. The area they have is huge and has both indoor and outdoor space. They separate dogs by energy level so my energetic pup never causes any other dogs any issues. They clearly care for my dog and I trust them with all needs that Fred has. They also seen to continue reinforce training with Fred which is a huge help! They also do "pet-cations" where they stay at someone's house instead of a kennel. I couldn't be happier with them and love using their services. There really is no better alternative in the grad hospital area. Fred is a happy and tired pup after daycare and we will continue to support them as long as we live in the area!

Z Dog Day Care goes out of their way to help their pet owners. they truly care for the dogs like they are their own - I appreciate that so much!

Z Dog takes extraordinary care of my little guy, Russ ! He can be a handful, but the kind, caring people know just how to handle him. Russ RUNS into Z Dog day care and he comes home collected and tired from his wonderful day. I do appreciate the online posts of all the dogs having fun outside, and Natalie's wonderful songs about the pack having fun. This is a good business/service to have in our neighborhood. I've been using Z Dog Walkers for the past 6 years and they have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and take great care of my beloved senior pup! I have used Z Dog Walkers since I moved here 2 years ago. I have consistently used them for walks, doggy day care and boarding. They are top notch in terms of kindness, dependability and flexibility. I have been in desperate situations when they were there to save me (and my dog Maggie:) and have enjoyed numerous vacations knowing Maggie was in the best hands with Natalie and Jose. I would recommend Z Dog Walkers to any pet owner in Philly. They have done an excellent job walking (and pet sitting) our dog Truman, and have been extremely flexible and accommodating with us. When we call or email with emergency situations or late requests, they have responded quickly and gone above and beyond our expectations. When Z Dog Walkers found out we were getting married, they even lent Truman a doggy tuxedo for our wedding! We love the daily notes detailing our pet's activities, and look forward to the occasional picture of him on Facebook. Outside of my parents, they are the only people we trust with our pet.

I just started sending my dog to Z Dog Walkers for Doggy Daycare once a week. In just the two times she has been there, I've seen a great improvement. My dog, Miley, has a lot of anxiety issues and isn't very friendly toward other dogs. She has become more social and will now approach other dogs to say hi - something I've been working on with her for years and have spent a lot of money on trainers to help with. Overall, I'm so happy to let Z Dog Walkers take Miley for the day for daycare and I know that when I get home from work she had a fun-filled day with lots of love and attention. Also, their pick up and drop off services are so easy and convenient. I have to travel into my office early in the morning and don't get back until after the daycare closes. I'd highly recommend them to my family and friends who need pet care in the city.

Z Dog walkers has been amazing for my dog! They took him as a puppy and continue to provide doggy day care service in addition to boarding services when I'm on vacation. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of care for their beloved pup!

I met with Natalie for a consultation explicitly explaining how to handle my dog on a leash. She reassured me saying it will be no problem. So others are aware, Z Dog Walkers has multiple walkers come into your home, as opposed to one assigned walker. This can be stressful for some dogs. After two weeks, I received an email stating immediate termination of service. Little information was given in the email explaining what happened. My information was given to a third party (your privacy isn't protected in their contract), and after hearing from them, NOT Z Dog Walkers, I was upset to find out that my dog was put in a situation that I explicitly explained never to do. The third party described the walker as someone other than Natalie, and that it seemed the walker didn't know anything about my dog's history. Moreover, I found a picture of my dog on their Facebook page with his harness on wrong (which I clearly explained during my meeting with Natalie). After following up multiple times, I never received a call or email explaining the situation further and still don't even know who was walking my dog, I never even met them! And after repeated attempts with the only response, "We received your message, and will return your keys soon," I finally received my keys back DAYS later. DO NOT use Z Dog Walkers. They do not follow instructions, communicate with their staff, or have the courtesy to return your messages. I believe my dog was put in an unsafe situation by Z Dog Walkers' carelessness in following their clients' instructions and general safety rules of walking dogs they should know as a dog walking business.
