Love the training there! My dog is always excited to go.

I had a deluxe experience at Unleashed. My Vet believes my pup has a food allergy, so we were looking for a new brand. The team member assisted me with finding one that fits all of my needs, as far as how the fish are raised and caught, and my 2 pups LOVED it! Total Score!

Very terrible experience will not recommend their grooming services to anyone. Staff is not only extremely rude but also not very knowledgeable. Came to this store with my dog who is just three years old two rabies shot records. A woman named Aaron suggested my records were not only fake but insisted that my dog needs a rabies shot every year. The fact of the matter is that not only do dogs not need a rabies shot every year. The fact was to brutally severe any transaction with me by calling me a liar to my face. In any event it’s not that serious like we’re faking covid documents to fly to Canada. My dog is matted and really needed to be groomed. Prior to my arrival I spoke with this woman Aaron. I explained to her that my dog only goes to one groomer in another state. He is anxious with other groomers. I let Aaron know she was incorrect for her interactions with me and at this moment another rude unknowledgable staff member arrived named Christian. It’s absolutely terrible that people take on jobs without wanting to serve their customers in a decent manner. Aaron had an attitude from the moment I arrived. So maybe this was her way to not service my dog. Since shortly after I left I saw her walk off to grab some coffee. No one asks you to fill out a job application, go to an interview, get hired. When consumers arrive to an establishment we are not accountable for your employment. We expect to get treated decently with respect! Another customer came in while I was there they were rude to him too. They also cancelled his appointment without him knowing. This place is the pits. The only grooming they need is to be done on themselves! Clean up your act do your job in a professional manner! If you can’t do something right don’t do it at all!

This store is expensive. I was looking to buy a pet carrier. It was $90 at Unleashed. I was able to find the exact same one at another store(a 12min walk away) for $50.

Had what i looked for and also the employees are very nice ppl

I needed flea treatment for my fur baby and the staff couldn’t find the key to unlock the case. That was disappointing.

Great staff. Good selection. Shop our brick and mortar stores please.

Huge discount on pet food

Great service. I was there this past Thurs (8 July, 2021) afternoon and the workers were nice, friendly and very helpful.

Purchased some fancy mice, floor staff was great. However cashier seemed either tired or alittle off. It is a job so whatever.

Most recent tag purchase was for the fifth of my dogs to wear one. Boomerang tags do not come off, and they are easier to read than smaller tags which hang under the dog's chin and so might require inadvisable wrestling to be read. Because they don't hang, they are quiet; this can be a help quelling or avoiding dog reactivity and stare-downs.

Always enjoy unleashed by petco.

I gave it 4 stars because the workers in there are friendly. The shelves do not have a lot of items on them.

My dog actually is the one who loves it there. She goes straight to the isle with pig ears

Small store with many cute pet items. Pricey like any other pet store. The employees were too busy talking with each other to give good customer service.
