Have been getting my dog groomed here for almost 3 years. Karen the best groomer left. We unfortunately had Zach who butchered our dogs face. Requiring him to see a vet, antibiotics, steroids and a steroid ointment. He was nor empathetic towards me or my dog and I will never return here. my appointment was on December 17th with Zach. And I have tons of photos which I will be submitting to the management

Don't book online. We booked a full service, and when we came back to pick up our dog we were told they only gave her a basic bath because the groomer on site today "doesn't do" those other services. We weren't told this when we dropped her off. So we ended up paying for a bath we could have given her at home. The clerk was apologetic saying this happens a lot and you really need to call or come in to book to make sure you are going to get what you expect. Probably best to choose somewhere else. The bath she got was fine.

We always get our dogs hair cut done here,the staff are nice and Zach and karen are amazing,they knew what kind of hair cut are our dogs are good with.

Love this location. Great people, always super friendly. And great selection and nice prices. Convenient as well. This is our go to for all our pets needs.

Nice place for dog & cat supplies. My dog loves the cookies :). We have mostly great experience with groomers -- once our pup ended up with not his usual groomer, and it didn't go so well, but as long as you get a good fit with a groomer, than it is great!

Love that they have dogs for adoption in front of store. Lived it even more that they allowed me to buy and give treats to adoptable pups. ❣️????❣️????

They were kind, courteous and friendly. They bathed our dog, cut his toenails, clean his ears, and brushed his teeth. They were professional, caring and attentive. Charlie will be a regular customer!

Got my do license in 2 minutes. Way better then getting it on line. Came home and jumped on line and activated her tag. Now if she runs off anybody with a smart phones and scan her tag and all information will come up for easy return. So worth the $41..

The store is conveniently located on Passyunk Ave and managed to stay open during the pandemic (in a safe manner). They have a great selection of dog toys, treats, and even clothes, and a decent selection of food, although I admit that I've never really shopped around for food in there because they had what my pup has eaten since before I got her. I admit that I can't really speak for their selection for other animals but there seems to be a lot of cat-related stuff in there as well. I have noticed treats, cat towers, and food, but have never really looked because I don't have a cat. The staff is nice, helpful, and always excited to see my dog. They all seem to enjoy working there. They also have a couple dogs up for adoption in the front. Those guys usually go pretty fast.

Nice pet accessories of good quality, excellent service, and reasonable charges. These are the goods of this pet store, and I'm thankful that I made the right decision to have my criteria with them. These guys are very helpful and really welcoming, and I'm sure I'm going to recommend them to everyone, and the services are really great. A highly recommended store for dogs!

Went to schedule an appointment and realized I haven’t written a review yet! I take my dog Rocket here to get groomed and he absolutely loves everything about this place but especially his groomer Tara. He always gets very excited to see her and when she brings him to me groomed, he’s beaming from ear to ear. I trust her and knows he’s in great hands!

Neil the groomer is AMAZING

the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and their selection is unmatched in the area. they also have a very sweet store cat who roams freely.

They are nice & helpful & have a nice selection of toys, coats etc.. do bring your extra cash because the costs are I feel over priced. (Always waited for a sale)

I’m becoming to this store for year just for Neal, he always treat my Thinkerbell wonderful, she used to be very nervous every time that I left her for grooming but everything change when I meet Neal, he is wonderful as a Groomer and as a person. A young man helped me find food for my finnicky “kidney dog.” Took his time explaining all the varieties of raw food and didn’t try to push anything my way or over sell me. I cannot thank him enough! Super grateful and my dog ate 3 bowls of the food when we arrived home. I am elated!

Think twice before getting your dog groomed by Neil. The store employees are great but once you get them to the groomer named Neil he will physically assault and restrain your dog. Assault by body slamming it to cut its nails or hair. Poor pups are in fear. So really think twice before you decide to send your dog to the devil. He may seem nice when you meet him but behind closed doors it’s like Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde.

I have been frequenting doggie style for a few years now to get all of my needs for my dog child reba ! They are always fully stocked and always ask if I need help as soon as I walk through the door ! I love the rewards program for buying 10 Fromm bags and getting one free! I also love the bath special my baby always comes out so happy and clean :)

Karen is the best groomer! Friendly shop all around, but Karen does a great job grooming my dog and I couldn't be happier. Love this shop!

Neil is the best groomer!!! He always comes upstairs to trim our greyhounds nails and spare them having to walk all those steps.????
