My pup Hugo has been going to Central Bark for about a year now. and he loves it there. He literally bounds in the door each day because he's so excited. The staff are friendly, communicative and caring. I feel confident leaving my baby in their care!

Our dog has been going here for 5 years. The staff treats him very well!

I really do love this place. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they really do care about ur dog. The only negative i have is that the price has gone up 3 time in one year...small increments but still. However, my experiences are so wonderful there that the price is a minor factor in my decision to send my fur baby to central bark. The staff knows you by name, knows ur fur baby. The owner and is there daily to meet and greet you and ur pup. And the best is that my baby has a best human friend there and her name is Tynesha. We see her in the neighborhood often and they are best friends in and out of Central Bark.

I am always sad to leave my boy when going on vacation but between daily snapshots and responsive phone calls I feel secure that he is in the best of places. I have been a customer for over 15 years and this is my second doggy with them. Love central Bark!!!!

Portia, Kristi and the staff at Central Bark are incredible. They are so involved with the dogs each day, engaging them in activities and making sure they are all well taken care of. The facility is spacious, clean and has both indoor and outdoor play areas. We moved across the city 2 1/2 years ago and tried several local doggy day care businesses near our new home and none could come close to matching Central Bark. You will not be disappointed nor will your best friend.

My Rosie has an absolute ball when she attends doggie daycare, she gets to see all of her friends, canine and human. She's exhausted when she comes home, so I know she had lots of fun and excersize .

I fine that Central Bark is full of caring professional staff. That make me and my fur baby very welcomed their Knowledge and rewarding personalities makes it an absolute pleasure to be considered part of the Central Bark family.

We had our first day and Tobi came home a very happy (and tired) dog. He has a lot of energy so anyone that care ware him out is alright in my book. I would 100% recommend and will certainly be going again.

I interviewed several places in Philly, tested a few out in Center City & there's no comparison to Central Bark! The girls know my dog, my dogs friends, my dogs personality. Portia is breed experienced, which was most important to me and further testament to professionalism. I could add so much more great info but I need to go enjoy my night while I have a happy, socialized, TIRED pup thanks to Central Bark Philly!

Great! First time I brought my 8 month old pup for a day of doggie socialization to CB. Clean facility with sufficient handlers throughout the day. CB did an evaluation to learn what my dog's needs were; a report card of the evaluation; selected which dogs were best for her play time; provided treats and nap time. Obviously, my pup enjoyed the experience and I could hardly get her to walk home, she kept looking back to CB.

We have been taking our pup, Mosa, there for a few months now and he always seems to come back exhausted.... Which is a win for us! We have tried a couple other day cares in the area and the space for him to run and play is better than some of the others. They also have done a great job bathing him and he comes out extra fluffy. I would recommend this spot over the others in Grad Hospital / Point Breeze area.... For price and quality.

Leo loves going to daycare. Even more so than he hates getting in the car. He can’t wait to get there and runs right in the door. Everyone is very friendly and you can tell the enjoy all the dogs.

I’ve been taking my dog Yoder to Central Bark for several years now. He absolutely loves it there and gets super excited whenever I start getting ready to take him. He loves playing with the other dogs his size and I have the peace of mind he is being cared for by a responsible staff that know and love him. And they are always incredibly nice when I deal with them as well. I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Now that our already wonderful Central Bark has thoughtfully added one-on-one training, our pup not only gets the benefit of his favorite place to hang out and play all day, but also the training he needs to help his behavior outside of daycare in handling situations which before had given him a lot of stress and anxiety - and after just the first four initial sessions, once a week, we are seeing an amazing change in him! His progress with basic behavioral and command skills, focus and listening have earned his wonderfully patient trainer, Sarah, extra bonus points! She has really been working wonders with him! And she sends us these (of course, adorable!) videos and report cards so we can continue following-up with him at home! Its a joint effort and it's really giving us great results so we highly recommend Sarah and her skills to help out with any pup needing extra help with theirs! Central Bark has just the very best place for our little beasts! We started there over 8 years ago with our paw-princess and it really was her second home until she passed away. She always had the biggest smile on her face every morning she knew she was headed there, and best of all, for two very busy, working puppy-parents, to have ourselves a truly pooped out pup at the end of the day was a blessing! Wheaton terrier (and now the whirling dervish that is our new Jack Russell mix fur-baby) energy is no match for all the fun activities, puppy play-time and friends there, all while under the very watchful eye of the staff who are there to help make sure that all the pups are safe, happy and always learning! The staff really care and cherish all their puppy-charges and we couldn't appreciate them more for their efforts, especially when we have to travel, and we know we are leaving our fur-babies in the best of hands while we're away! Even when we moved completely across the city, it's still beyond worth it to make the trip there! Central Bark is most definitely our happy place!

Today was my wild pup’s first day of doggy daycare. I had no idea what to expect but they made us feel so welcome and safe dropping her off! All of the staff were so friendly and seriously on top of their game. They gave us an adorable welcome bag and a report card when we picked her up. Photos were posted on social media throughout the day so we could see how much fun she was having! So impressed with the attention they gave her, it helps so much with training to know how she behaved without us. I’m making another reservation right after posting this review :)

My pup Kirby. loves going to daycare here. I like that there is both indoor and outdoor spaces. And everyone is so nice!

My sister adopted a dog from the SPCA and she's very friendly but hard day at the day care was wonderful they were great with her they were pleasant with her we really could not hope for anything more a very very nice experience

Today was my dog’s first day at Central Bark. The staff has been incredibly responsive in helping to orient us and answering my many questions and were warm a kind when I called several times to check on my dog. She was really happy at the end of the day when I went to pick her up and even did well in her test crate which would never be the case at home. I was really impressed with this daycare and so grateful to have found it!

The best doggy day care! Amazing staff, great price and services and clean facility. I love the report cards they send sharing how your dog spent the day and the friends they’ve had fun with. Would definitely recommend.

We think this is the best daycare in the city. Amazing staff who know us and our dog well. A great space to play, and dogs are grouped so that they play well together. The review that really matters though is the one from our dog, who has separation anxiety issues, but she is always so ecstatic to be at Central Bark that when we drop her off, she barely looks back to say goodbye. Thank you!

I have a dog with issues like guarding water. So although I was unable to send my dog here for the time being, they sent me resources and referred me to other facilities that would be able to help me with her. I look forward to sending my dog here when she is trained out of resource guarding.

My dog has been going here for over 11 years. She always has fun and comes home exhausted. And I feel comfort knowing that she’s in good hands and the staff is taking good care of her. Definitely recommend!

We have a high anxiety rescue, and she is very people selective - also, more-or-less uncomfortable/triggered outside the home. This makes it very difficult to find a safe outlet for her energy, considering she doesn’t enjoy walks and we even went as far as putting privacy film on our front window to prevent the mailman etc. from setting her off. Our trainer recommended Central Bark because of the structure offered by their day program. They offer different play groups which works well for our dog (she loves other dogs, but can play pretty rough and is intimidated by larger dogs - there’s apparently a play group for that!). She attends once a week, and will now wag her tail entering the building when greeted by staff. The team clearly has experience dealing with all types of dogs. Super grateful for Central Bark, it’s literally improved our dogs quality of life!

My pup is happy and tired after spending time in day care. His 1st day report card is proudly displayed on the refrigerator! He goes a few days a week depending upon my schedule. Definitely has made a difference in ebbing his quarantined energy.
