The Toby Project experience was wonderful!! My cat was of course nervous but,the person who was greeting us and our pets was so kind and soft-spoken. He was also reassuring and very informative. I recommend the Toby Project to all who have a pet that needs to be spayed or neutered.

Completely unprofessional vet tech!!! They scheduled the appointment for 730 am. We had to meet in the parking lot. Waiting waiting waiting. Around 815 they tell us the vet tech was in an "accident" with her car which turned out to be that she hit the curb and her tire that needed replacement. No answers until 940 am!!!!!! That the vet tech was too "shaken up" to go to work. There were 19 cats in the parking lot waiting to be neutered. Most of the cats owners had left because they had work. So they had to come pick up their pets again Un neutered. I stayed in the parking lot for 2 hours !!! I felt bad for the two women who volunteer for the program because they were helpless in the parking lot. The vet tech was too immature to realize it's just a tire. I could understand if it was a real accident. She hit a curb. You shouldn't be driving If you can't handle a tire replacement. She should be terminated from her position. The other woman even said we might not get refunds. If I don't get a refund I will be taking this to the next level. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL . I do not trust them to take care of my pet.

I simply asked if there were services available and Toby told me in an email if I have money to buy a dog I have money to get it spayed. I told him if that's the way he sees it, no one should have a dog if they can't afford it. I had a simple question and the response was extremely unwarranted.

I would give the Toby Project more stars if I could! They were extremely professional and took excellent care of my 7mo kitten during her spay. If on public assistance, their spay/ neuter services are FREE with top notch service. I have been trying to get an appt for months for my kitten to be spayed at other places, and as soon as I found out about the Toby Project, Lori heard out my situation and did an incredible job at fitting me in where she could. Every staff member that I interacted with were incredibly professional and caring. This is such an incredible organization that does such important work. Thank you!

The toby project answered our prayers! We got two male cats who just reached puberty and wow the amount of spraying they were doing was out of control! We called many places who said they were either closed due to covid or up to 400.00 per cat. The toby project was kind from the very beginning, even though there were no appointments she heard me out and put me on a waiting list. When they called to say two ppl canceled the gentleman said I'm sorry for calling so late (about 7pm) and I'm like omg ???? IDC if was 11pm. I was so happy that they followed through. We were squeezed in a day before!. The process was smooth and organized, if you are on public assistance you basically just pay for shots (check their website) and my boys are so happy as well. One was so hormonal he couldn't even play. But now ma baby is back to normal. Thank you The toby project!!!!

I took my 2 year old cat to be spayed and was under the impression it was by appointment considering the whole social distancing thing. At least 15 other pet owners showed up, no line or order just a sign up sheet. My cat was seen, and shortly after her surgery she developed a fever. They gave no extra medication so of course she was in pain days after there pain killers wear off, as a first time pet owner I was very ignorant and should’ve done my proper research. If you can afford a real vet hospital/clinic please do so.it was a very scary experience I don’t wish on a pet owner. Cat people are already crazy this didn’t help, but the aftercare from city vet MD was free and staff was lovely and helpful. Staff in general is nice, but I would not recommend this service to anyone, please give pet owner additional medication after the fact they are in so much pain afterwards.

I just took my 6mo. old cat Zoey to get fixed they were amazing with her I was a little nervous leaving my furbaby behind but everything turned out fine and she's back to her old frisky energetic self. Just keeping my eye on her because she did just get the procedure done on Sat.30. I recommend this place to anyone
