I have never loved a pet store this much. The staff and the owner Sed are the kindest people who really have your animals’ best interest at heart. They special order food for me regularly and are always willing to order things I need that they don’t have in stock, usually at a cheaper price than I can get at a chain store (and I get to support a local business!) They deliver locally (usually within an hour of calling) as well. They’ve got plenty of high quality treats that my pups love every time we go. I highly recommend them! Thank you Spoiled Brats!

Really excellent pet shop with friendly and knowledgable staff. Prices are very reasonable. I was worried about switching my dog to a new food as he's weirdly picky. They gave me a carton of bone broth for free just in case. This is the kind of service you can't get from online retailers.

I love this place. The customer service here is top notch. I support this local business because whenever I have had an issue, I have always been helped in a caring manner. They also have a cool points system with 5 stars. You can collect points towards money off your purchase by using your phone number. I also shop online, but I shop with them to keep them in business. This store has been in the Heights as long as I can remember and I really appreciate what they do for the neighborhood.

At least the 3rd time ordered from Spoiled Brats and gladly try to spread the news on this FABulous dog collar ID tag to other pet owners. Tags are Always perfect, speedy; plenty of space on tags for info. They stay securely on collars, never corrode in toughest conditions, etc. Can't beat them, even if the pet has a microchip.

My favorite pet store hands down. Wide selections, and the staff are very helpful and honest. They won't push the most expensive product just for the hell of it, they will only push the best product to their knowledge, even if that means recommending a different more economical brand as opposed to what you would of bought. That's how you know they're honest with their suggestions!
