Puppy Loft is our dog's favorite place on earth! He drags us there in the morning and refuses to leave in the evening. He's happy to board there for days, and always comes home bathed and smelling lovely. Osito is happiest at Puppy Loft Thank you for taking such great care of him.

Such a great place for my dog. The owner is very nice, caring and helpful. Space is clean. They have always done a great job at grooming. Pick up/drop off is seamless.

We are so happy that our puppy Banks has found a home at Puppy Loft. Nelson is an amazing communicator and keeps us updated during Banks' boarding or daycare sessions. We have also been thrilled with the quality of grooming at Puppy Loft.

We are both working bizarre hours for a short amount of time and dropping our dog off at the puppy loft has been our saving grace. We pick her up and she’s exhausted from a day of fun. As first time dog owners, we wanted Winnie to be in the best hands with the most attentive and caring staff. Puppy Loft has delivered this and more. It is now our dog’s favorite place to be (she never wants to leave!). We feel confident and relaxed knowing Winnie is being taken care of and having a lot of fun with her friends. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Destroyed my mini golden doodle's coat in time for Halloween. My dog went from a fluffy mini golden doodle to looking like skeletor. Don't go here.

Puppy Loft is my favorite place to take Puff! He seems calm and comfortable there (which isn't common for my anxious pup), and I love that I can watch him interact with other dogs on the webcams. I cannot recommend their grooming and boarding services enough!

I take my dog Walter to Puppy loft a couple times every week. My dog has bad separation anxiety so I was worried he wouldn't like daycare, but i was wrong. He loves it!! As soon as we are within 3 blocks he's pulling the leash as hard as he can to get there faster. The staff is friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend.

My dog Edie loves Puppy Loft! She is always excited to go and play with the other dogs, and the Puppy Loft staff takes great care of her. I love that they have a webcam where you can check in on your baby while they're there—it helps me know that Edie is safe and happy!

We have taken our puppy Jolly to Puppy Loft multiple times for grooming and had a very good experience. Jolly has been groomed each time as we had instructed. Once, Jolly was matted quite a bit unfortunately and I was worried about his grooming experience. Puppy Loft staff took their time, I believe that time it took them more than 6 hrs to groom Jolly, groomed him really well and didn't even charge us extra. They us Jolly's pictures and videos as he is being groomed and I like those updates too. We chose Puppy Loft after reading so many reviews of almost all grooming services in Manhattan and speaking with other parents in the dog park and I am very happy that we found Puppy Loft.

Dogs loved it here. Love how you can watch the dogs on webcam and that they get a couple walks a day. Nelson is available and responsive via text for any requests. They made the process easy and will be using them again soon!

Puppy Loft cared for two of my sweet creatures with such loving kindness and care. I cannot give them enough stars! Thank you all so much for being there for my sweet Oona Bella Rose and Now beautiful boy Jiddu Watts. Forever grateful you have been there for us.

Great place for daycare and boarding in the Chelsea area. Our dog can sometimes be a little reactive/barky around people when he is scared, but everyone at Puppy Loft has been very patient and understanding with him. We recently had to board him for about a week while we traveled, and it was nice to be able to watch our dog on the Puppy Loft webcam while we were away. We have used them three times already and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic place to board your dog. I was out of the country for about 10 days, and as a new New Yorker, was admittedly very worried about leaving my dog with an unknown boarder for that long. Puppy Loft took absolutely amazing care of her. When I picked her up she was happy and healthy (and exhausted, which is always a good sign). Not only did they give me a 10% discount because of the length of stay, but offered to groom my dog for free - which they were even willing to give me at a later date due to a scheduling snafu. Couldn't speak more highly of the folks and service at Puppy Loft, we will be customers for as long as we are in the neighborhood (and probably after!)

Friendly and wonderful experience at the Pupoy Loft! The owner and staff were responsive to my needs and attentive to the needs of my dog. I am one of those parachute parents and I have found my dog’s née daycare in NYC!

Dogs are left alone in the playrooms, looks rundown and unorganized. I doubt they comply with dept of health codes. Girl at the desk was some kid hanging out and lights are out all over. Not a very engaging place to take seriously for your dog.

Puppy Loft is an incredible place! Nelson and his team are loving, caring; they always take such good care of Google. For our French bulldog, Google is home away from home. He refuses to leave, and when we walk by Puppy Loft, he begs to go in.

My dog Sophie has been going to daycare at Puppy Loft about 3 half days per week this month. She loves it there - you can tell by how she runs into the back as soon as I drop her off with nary a glance back at me. Sniff. Doesn't make me sad I swear. Even when we aren't headed there, she will stop in front of the door whenever we pass by on the sidewalk. She clearly has positive associations with Puppy Loft! Everyone is so nice and responsive. And I love the webcam! It's nice to check in and see her playing with the other dogs or just napping on one of the many beds. The dogs are walked regularly and you can see staff members going in and out all the time, giving all the dogs some individualized attention throughout the day. The prices are much lower than I expected as well. I've used their bath services once - we aren't regular users because she has a groomer who she loves and I'll bathe her at home if needed but it is so great having that option to drop off at daycare and pick up a freshly bathed dog! Haven't used their boarding services yet, but we will for the first time this weekend. Sophie and I love Puppy Loft and recommend to anyone needing to board their dog in Manhattan.

After touring many daycare facilities around the city, it became clear that puppy loft was the place for my dog. I bought an annual package for my dog goose, who is a two year old yellow lab. I could not be more impressed with Puppy Loft! Not only are they super knowledgeable about dogs, but they also love dogs and it shows! Nelson, the owner, is great with dogs and is very present at the location and involved with the dogs, and Aline is great as well! When I drop goose at puppy loft on the way to work, I know that he is in the best of hands. And, every morning, he literally runs into puppy loft because he’s excited to be there too!

Rocco loves Puppy Loft. My Pekingese pup who is personality plus pulls me to their door whenever we are on the block. His hair is always finely coiffed there and they take the best care of him when I board him. Highly recommended.

Puppy Loft keeps my corgi looking his floofiest! Watson's fur is so soft after a grooming and he always smells so good.

I just moved to nyc and was nervous about leaving my dog with a new boarder, but the team at puppy loft went above and beyond to ease my anxiety! They sent me pictures and videos of my dog and showed me how the cameras worked and kept me updated. My dog looked like he was having a great time and I will definitely be back!
