Excellent Customer Service and Grooming. They were very patient and attentive to detail. First time grooming my dog at this place and by far the best experience I've ever had. The love and the passion they show for these dogs is amazing. Highly recommend 10/10. My baby was very happy and beautiful ????❤

Simply the best! I have two senior Shih Tzu’s and they take such good care of them. Been going there for a couple years now and wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

OMG!!! I finally found a place that accommodate me and my baby! Love the way they treat the doggos. My baby was so handsome after his haircut. This was my first time coming to this place and let me tell you… it did not disappoint me. The guy in the front desk answered all my questions and concerns and Melissa took extra care when she dropped him off. I would totally recommend anyone to go to Petness World. Zayd would totally come back!!!

OMGGGGG best grooming place in NYC! I have a 1 y/o Yorkie and I’ve been trying to find a place to take her for grooming and nail trim. I first took her to a PetSmart in 96th st just for a shower and nail trim and while the people there were nice, my poor baby couldn’t walk! And her nails were bleeding!! I felt so sorry for her they clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Next time I took her to a place uptown and they had they had to give her something to sleep to be able to cut her hair cuz she was very nervous! I didn’t like the idea of giving some anesthesia she didn’t need for a hair cut so I kept searching for place and thats how I found PETNESS in Google maps. I am a big review reader and after going over everything here I decided to take her and I am not going anywhere else!! This people treated my baby with the same love I treat her <3 she is usually nervous around strangers but she felt so comfortable right away with the people at petness I knew she liked the place and so did I. They weree able to give my baby a full hair cut with no need to give her any medication to sleep. She was sooo happy when I picked her up, not stressed at all. They have their own dogs walking around which I guess helps other dogs feel better instead of being in a cage! I fully fully recommend this place! These people will treat your dogs as if they were their owns ❤️

Amazing service! So attentive and caring. Kept me posted of the whole process which made me feel that my dog was in good hands. My dog felt welcomed and pampered. I noticed the other dogs where very relaxed and interacting with one another in peace. Love the energy! So happy to have found Petness World. They really take the time to listen and ask question to get to know your pet. Thank you for the photoshoot! They are so beautiful and creative. My dog looks like he was having fun ????. OMG ! Seriously one of the upmost best services we have ever experienced. First off they send me videos and picture of Isabella update. Top notch service. The staff are extremely friendly. Look at these beautiful pictures they took of my fur baby. Plus they are extremely affordable. We are definitely going back. 10/10 Hollywood services !

They are very good with the dog.My dog always give a lot of problem to go for grooming since I star to go there I'm very surprise I don't have problems with him he love to go I'm very happy the best is that they don't put the dogs in cage after grooming.They are very professional really good with the dogs.The AreThe Best.Love it.

I been a loyal customer for years and I can say they are the best in the game , provide photos and call you to know about extra fees before charging ! Who else does that ? They also text you photos of your dog when they finish with a themed background . Truly a blessing to have pet ness world in my life I love you guys ! I’ll post photos to show how much I come here , they also respond to texts fast and answer calls thank you !!

Absolutely love this place. The first time I took Bob to get groomed, he looked stunning. He smelled so good, and his coat just looked amazing. And the cute bow was just the cherry on top. Last minute called and asked if they could babysit the whole day, and they answered back so fast and did not hesitate to say yes. Super reliable! Bob didnt want to leave Vangie and that to me is a great sign. Definitely will be taking Bob back. He loves it, and I love it! Thank you guys!

This place can always be counted on for the best care and the best service. Haven’t had any complaints with them and so far they have been accommodating. Zoey is always the talk of the town when we leave that place.

Found this place online and went by the reviews, was not disappointed at all. The fact that they offer pick up and drop off is amazing. There were no hidden fees, they were upfront about everything and the service was really good. Great job, I love it, my son loves it and Milo is happy. I found my new groomer. Would definitely recommend
