Communication with Green Apple is always clear and exact; I never have to guess. When problems or last minutes changes arise Alex is attentive and accommodating. Alex and his team at Green Apple Dog have been taking excellent care of our sweet dog since she was 8 weeks old. We were really happy that Alex came over for a consultation to get to know us and our dog. He was sensitive to our needs and requests. Him and his team helped our Daisy leash train and socialize with other dogs. His team members are very personable and likable. Our dog goes nuts when she runs into them on the street. We also really like the ease of the app. We are able to schedule or cancel walks. We also really like to notifications we get letting us know when our dog’s walk has started and ended. I can’t say enough about how secure and happy we feel about the great service our dog receives from Green Apple Dog. ????

I wouldn't use any other walker in the neighborhood. Alex and his team have been walking my dog, a beagle, for about a year now. She loves them!!! She runs to them and cries with joy when arrive. They give good, lengthy walks too. She always seems like she's gotten an appropriate level of exercise. The entire team is easy to work with. They'll schedule an initial consultation, figure out your schedule, and come up with a plan. If you need to make changes, they're very accommodating with that too.

Alex has been great to work with. He is prompt and reliable and my dogs always seem very happy after their walk. Alex has occasionally given our dogs extra long walks, which we always appreciate. Everyone knows that a tired dog is a good dog.

I used Green Apple Dog to walk my dog, Morgan, from 2013-2015, and they were excellent. Morgan was a very large Chow Chow / Golden Retriever mix, and toward the end he had trouble walking on the stairs, but GAD took him in the elevator (even though we were only on the 2nd floor) to make it easier on him. They also had a fantastic system to monitor the walks; the walkers scanned a magnet (which was placed in the apartment) with their phones at the beginning and end of each walk, which generated an email alert for me so that I knew Morgan had been walked, and for how long, etc. I loved these alerts, because Morgan was my baby boy, and like any anxious mother I worried about him while I was away. I would recommend GAD to anyone looking for reliability, accountability, reasonable pricing, and the human element of kindness.

We have been using Green Apple Dog walking services for the last year and have been extremely pleased with the service. First, the online scheduling system makes scheduling walks easy and efficient. It's also very easy to rescedule/ add walks on short notice even on weekends and holidays. Second, the service is incredibly reliable. Over one year and many schedule changes we have never had a dog walk skipped. Third, all of the dog walkers are great with my dog who can be difficult at times. My dog is happy to see them for each walk and gets a good amount of exercise on each walk. Lastly, Green Apple has a great system to track the start and end of your dog walk and you can get email updates so that you know your dog is being walk. Overall, I highly recommend this service. I moved to Washington Heights in 2011 and have used Green Apple since then. I have always been pleased with service they provide.

We've been using Alex and his team for the last few years. They have been great and accommodating for my dog's needs, she gets private/solo walks to ensure she doesn't lash out at anyone. They are always able to accommodate my schedule, even last minute requests. I have also used them to board my dog and she had a great time. My dog won't leave my side if I'm an option but she does when they come over to walk her, so I know she's being treated well. Lastly, they are prompt and I trust them with keys to my apartment. I highly recommend them.
