Morris Animal Inn Morristown, New Jersey

I am perplexed with the overwhelming positive reviews when no one reviewing actually knows what goes on here during the course of a day except the employees who work here. If I am mistaken then I do apologize as i am not a current customer but when a ‘tour’ yields absolutely no information since you aren’t even allowed to see where the actual boarding takes place and you don’t hear the sound of a dog once inside, you have to scratch your head. My ‘tour guide’ was literally programmed with a response of ‘I’ll let management know your concerns’ when addressing questions like ‘can I see where my dog will be sleeping at night? or ‘are there any cameras to check in with during the day?’ It’s so secretive it’s bizarre. They are lucky to have such loyal customers at least according to these reviews but I won’t be one of them.

A million thanks to the amazing staff at Morris Animal Inn. Our cat Potato had a long stay (2+ weeks) here while we were out of the country. Potato can be a handful and we were worried because he has never been without us for so long. We received daily updates on how he was doing and that went a long way in easing our concerns. The on staff vet helped Potato adjust and feel more comfortable during his stay. Could not be more pleased with the care and attention that he received.

This is the only place I would board my fur babies. They are professional and compassionate and treat your babies like their own. They took great care of my fur babies while I was away and there are so many things to do at the facility based on your babies needs.

We were so happy with the love and care our cats received! I was sent regular, detailed updates so I had total peace of mind during their stay. We will absolutely be bringing our cats back here in the future! Especially for the playtime variety, our oldest made some lovely artwork that I'll be proudly hanging up by my desk lol. Thanks again Morris Inn for taking amazing care of our furbabies!

Oh wow!! Immediately driving up I was amazed. What a wonderful complex. We had a short stay but they did great for their 1st ever time boarding. They are 9. Our son lives close by so this will definitely be our go to place for the dogs. Everyone is very efficient, professional and friendly. The place Inside and out is immaculate. Be sure to look up in the lobby at the overlooking kitty condos. So neat! Thank you so much. See you in July!!

Our dog is always treated so well at the inn - we even take him for baths because he is most comfortable there. Thank you for all you do!

The handlers at the Inn provided daily updates, and were professional and courteous.

We just started taking our pup to Morris Animal Inn, but way back in the 80s my parents brought their pup here when they first moved to Morristown! Consistently good service over the decades. Our puppy loves going to MAI.

Morris Animal Inn's facilities, level of care, customer service, and staff are above and beyond. I wish I could have my dog write this review for me -- he's completely obsessed and cannot get in the door fast enough when gets there. Gives me such peace of mind to know that he is in such excellent hands!

I have been using the day care services Morris Animal Inn provides for several years now, albeit interrupted by the pandemic. I have routinely found them to be absolutely caring, professional and responsive. My now 6 year old Maltese poodle rescue has developed far more skill in being with other dogs and love his time there.

I appreciate the care they provide my dog. They did a thorough assessment before accepting him. So they truly understand his needs. I have peace of mind knowing he is in capable hands. The staff are lovely & demonstrate a sincere interest in the well being for all they serve.

Since learning of Morris Animal Inn, this is the only place I board my dogs. From booking their stays, dropping them off/picking them up, receiving updates while I’m away, to the consistently A+ care they receive while there, there is no other pet care facility I would use or recommend.

Morris Animal Inn has been amazing for my dog, he has had great experiences back to back. The trainers care and want to check in when he seems off, they give him room to grow with play and overall tolerate his rambunctious nature. Very worth it!

I have been using Morris Animal Inn for over 10 years. They took great care of my first dog and now take great care of my puppy. I never worry about them while I'm away. The staff is very good with all kinds of dogs. Never had any problems, they treat the dogs and cats like the are theirs.

My dog stayed here 6 nights for the inn's puppy training program. I was so impressed with the establishment and immediately felt at ease the moment we pulled in. They were very responsive and sent pics of my good boy every day with detailed reviews. He'll be back!

We had our little prince Mars there for 8 nights and they always called us back to give us a report. The staff was very friendly and when we picked him up he was like if nothing happened. I would definitely recommend Morris Animal inn for all your cats needs.

The welcoming nature of the entire staff is extremely impressive, especially with a new puppy! It’s a wonderful piece of mind bringing our our baby here! And the bowtie they dressed him in after his first bath was SO ADORABLE!!!!!

My two cats Hana and Nukah have been in Morris Animal Inn for almost one year on September 10, 2021 it will be exactly one year living and enjoying Morris Animal Inn. Hana got sick many times and they took care of her as one of their own! Thank you Morris Animal Inn!

All departments are wonderful. My dog LOVES going to the Morris Animal Inn. In fact, she tries to go back in every time I pick her up to go home.

We love Morris animal inn ! We have 2 dogs , a 13 year old lab with severe arthritis and a 2.5 year old rescue with fear of strangers and anxiety . The folks at MIA are true pros at taking care of all animals even those with challenges . Pricey but for us it’s worth it .

The staff are wonderful! They took great care if our black lab, Blue. The facility is clean and well tended too. We received daily reports along with pictures. He was bathed and groomed when we picked him up. We loved thus place so much we've already reserved for next year!
