K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Middletown, New Jersey

I was totally unaware how great of a place this was for my dog to mix with other dogs her size and how much care they are given when there. My dog goes for doggy daycare at least once a week and I have utilized K9 Resorts for my last vacation away from home. When we picked her up, she just had a bath, was very excited to see us and seemed to be calmer due to the playtime and exercise she gets when there. I would recommend K9 Resorts and have told several people I work with that this is the place to go whether just for daycare, or for vacation time.

Let’s be honest! Nobody likes to leave their dog anywhere that’s not home, But when it came time to make a decision for my husband and I to go away for vacation we did a little bit of research and found a friend who utilize this place and absolutely loved it! We left YODA there are a couple times over the course of a few months to play for the day and for an overnight trial- he seemed to enjoy it and made friends easily! We then took the plunge and left yoda there for a nine day stay- this facility exceeded my expectations! I received an abundance of photos/videos and messages through their Instagram DM and was thrilled to see YODA playing with other dogs and that he was doing well! This really eased my stress and anxiety which allowed me to enjoy my vacation and not worry if he was in good hands. The staff here at this facility are extremely responsible and reliable, very friendly and just loved Yoda to pieces, just as I would! I highly recommend this facility if your dog is high energy and needs a couple play dates here and there, and of course for some overnight stays. Bottom line- will be using them again in the future!! We can’t thank you guys enough! ❤️

Bode had a great first experience at day care with K9 Resorts! As a 5 month old puppy, he’s got so much energy and needs a place to run and play with other dogs who have the same energy. We’re happy to say he definitely found it here! He played all day long, and at the end of the day received a wonderful report card telling us how he did, who his new friends are, and even included some amazing pictures of him having a blast! He came home today tired out and is looking forward to coming back again soon to play with all his new friends!

Hello! I applied to K-9 Resorts through indeed. Reached out after not hearing anything back after about a week and went in the same day for an interview. The OWNER walked me to his “office” where I saw tons of small kennels along a long narrow hallway. During my interview (as it was my first in a while) I made sure I was very polite, respectful, and as outgoing as I could be. He wrote down numerous and extra things about me while giving him some information about myself and told me I was a good fit for any job they had to offer and would be calling me after the weekend and after interviewing a couple more people. I then called back the next week after hearing no reply I ask to speak to the hiring manager/owner and he’s never in. I was told to leave my name and number (monday of thanksgiving week) and I would receive a call from him on friday/the end of the week. it’s disappointing that I was in a way hyped up and pretty much told I would be getting a job here to not even get a respectful call to tell me they weren’t interested. And i personally do not believe in boarding animals unless you have to and from what i saw this place is most likely lying about how they store your animals. It’s also hilarious now that i’m on their website seeing “cage free” and that’s not the case as their was over 20 kennels similar to the old puppy store near target.

K9 resorts Hamilton has been wonderful experience for us and our “feisty” boxer, Molly. The staff is great with her and is always pleasant and professional! Thanks to you all!

We absolutely love K9 Resorts in Middletown!!! Our Bernedoodle Quantum loves going to daycare! He is always very very excited to go! We also had a wonderful experience boarding our puppy when we went on vacation for a full week. We were very nervous to leave our puppy behind for the first time ever! Megan and Elissa were so patient and kind to our puppy! We can't say enough about how great they are! We highly recommend k9 Resorts in Middletown ! Top-notch, professional and kind!

We've been using K9 for our older bulldog & our current lab/hound mix for a few years now. They love it there! The people are so friendly & treat you like family. They are so good with remembering your dog's name & make sure that the dog has the best time. My guys always come back tired because they had so much fun! Highly recommend them for any size dog.

We have boarded our dog Lola here several times now and it has always been a pleasant experience. They really care about the dogs and it shows! Lola always is happy when we pull up in front and she recognizes that she is having a vacation too! Great facility, great people, great experience!

My dog Coco loves going to K9 resorts. She always comes home happy, and clean!

I have a spoiled Jack Russell and this is the only place I trust to leave her , whether is overnight or a few hours.They are very good with your pet.This is the best place for my Pitstop Thanks for your service. REASONABLE TOO!!!!

If anyone is ever looking for a place for their loved K9 for a day or days, I highly recommend this place! Zeus had such a great 2 night/3 day stay. He made lots of new friends and was treated like a King. He had his own private room with a bed and a TV that played dog friendly movies (so spoiled lol). He spent all day out playing with his friends. He even received spa treatment and got bathed before he left. He can't wait to go back again ????♥️

This comment is NOT based on any facts (because my vet wasn't able to run blood work for this) , BUT, based on the look in my dog's eyes upon picking her up and the way she acted several days after her stay at this "luxury" dog resort, I believe my dog was given sedatives, without my permission, during her stay. I switched to a local boarder in my hometown for this past vacation and my dog came back normal and happy. Beware.

This was the 1st time I had to board a dog in 20 years. I have a 7 month old boxer puppy and the entire staff was amazing (right from the 1st tour of the facility, to the care they gave my puppy-girl, as well as the updates they provided me). I know she was happy there for the 8 nights, and was not stressed because she ate well, and they took such loving care of her. I highly recommend this place if you need a daycare or to board overnight. - Jayne Wharton

This is the first time we left our pet at K9 resort middletown NJ. We had a great experience, the place was clean, the manager showed me around the place. I was very amazed woth the cleanliness and their customer service. I called few times to check on my dog and every time they answered my call with the smile and provided me the updates on my dog. Its a great place for the dogs. We will be using their services again.

My dogs have been here several times. With covid it has been very hard to socialize our German Shepherd but she has done wonderfully.

I can't say enough great things about this place. First of all Meghan and Elissa were a huge help in talking me and my wife through the process of boarding with them. They were thorough, professional, and polite. My dog walked in with a smile on his face and left with one. We saw pictures the whole week my dog was with them. If your looking for a clean facility this is the place! If I could I would give 10 stars.

I would recommend K9 Resorts Luxurt Pet Hotel of Middletown, N.J. to my family and friends. They are courteous when I walk in with Mia. They treat Mia as family. The resort is like a hotel when you walk in except it's for dogs. They have beds, tv, swimming pool and a yard as well. When I arrive to pick up Mia, she is clean and happy. That makes me very happy.

I just picked my Bull Mastiff, Kyle, up from a two week stay at K9 Resorts in Middletown and there are so so many great things to say! The girls up front are so kind and remember your dog even after only meeting them one time! They went above and beyond for a nervous dog mom, and made me feel at ease when I was away from home. I have heard so many good things about the facility and I am so glad I chose to make the change over to K9 resorts! Thank you girls at the front desk for always being so welcoming and great!!

We left our dog (Titan) with them on the 7th of July and told them pickup will either be the 14th or 15th depending on when our flight lands. Of course we got delayed, and instead of calling or even informing us, they make a phone call to the emergency contact saying that they have ran out of space and can’t keep the dog overnight, which we had HEAVILY discussed. We only found out this happened because the emergency contact told us, they made no attempt to contact. What would they have done with my dog if my emergency wasn’t around?? When the emergency contact went to get the dog, half of his belongings were not given back to us. Very unprofessional and unprepared. The amount they charge, this type of stuff should not happen. Find somewhere else to leave your pet!!

K9 Resorts is an excellent place to board your dog, whether it's for the day or overnight. When you walk in, the place smells so clean and everything is immaculate. Also, the staff is very friendly. Our dog loves going there and playing all day long. The overnight facilities are also excellent. I would strongly recommend K9 Resorts to anyone who needs to board their dog in a safe and clean environment.

We bring our active springer spaniel here and have been so happy with the experience. She comes home tired and happy. Daycare has helped her learn to socialize with other dogs. The staff are excellent and always willing to help.

I brought my 1 year old chocolate lab to daycare last week and he LOVED it! The pictures they sent me during the day were the best, showing him playing with all the other dogs! And when we came home, he was so tuckered out! The staff was extremely friendly and loving and the facility was clean as can be! I was so happy that he is going again tomorrow! I just love that I have a safe, caring and fun place where he can go during the day! Thank you K9 Resorts!!

I am a new customer and I was not disappointed! K9 Resort was recommended by a friend and it has been great. My dog loved it and will be going back regularly. The staff is so nice and the place is spotless!

We've brought our Havanese puppy in for both an overnight stay and day care. Staff is really caring and facility is clean and top notch. We feel our puppy is in excellent hands at K9 Resorts.
