Jen the groomer manager is awesome! My baby is 12 years old and very scared of everything since she is blind! Jen is so sweet takes her tome to make sure princess is comfortable and does an amazing job!

I brought my dog here for a bath and brush along with nail grinding. My dog has severe separation anxiety from me and usually will cry the second we walk in the door because he knows he’s gotta stay for a bit. The staff was very good with him offering some scratches and sniffs before he was handed off to them and it was the first time my dog didn’t make a huge scene when I left! They seemed very patient with my pupper and he came back looking great! He didn’t seem as nervous leaving as he has in other locations grooming centers which means he had to be a little more comfortable at this location! Will definitely take him here again :)

We came here for our new Boxer and Scott helped us out tremendously. Being new puppy parents, we were unsure of what food to buy. Scott not only offered his expert advice, he actually went and grabbed the food and cage for us. He was very patient and kind. Excellent customer service for sure and I 100% plan on returning for all of our puppies needs!

I ordered online for in-store pick up in less than one hour. I never got my email to say it was ready. When we arrived to pick up there was about 20 mins left until the store closed and they had not even looked at or pulled my order off the shelves yet. So if I would not have gone myself to get it and force them to fulfill my order today I wouldn’t have gotten it -my dogs were out of food too so this was very important that the order was filled today - smh

Unfortunately no one available to help me find products.

Found only a few things I needed, would like to see more professional products offered. Dog brushes, shears, grooming tables etc.

Grooming services are great! My dog always looks good and the associates are pleasant.

The place is always clean and well organized but the lack of customer service at the registers is terrible,there is always one on register and several clerks continuously we all by and there could be a line back the aisles and nobody else will jump in

Dear Fellow Dog Lovers, If you ever find yourself in need of safe and reliable CBD options for your pooch, please take our word for it and go with Mary's Tails brand CBD supplements which are always available at PetSmart. Our biggest pup (really big, like 200lbs+) has some issues with storms and fireworks and we find that Mary's Tails brand Calming CBD works wonders! They also have the biggest selection of Hemp based supplements for dogs too! But please be sure you get it at PetSmart because you really cannot trust just any retailer when it comes to non FDA regulated supplements, especially when it comes to our furry four legged children. Thank God they're close to home and always well stocked.

Pretty good store. Some items are sold out and the cashier forgot to ring up three of my items, but that's okay. Nice staff and a good place to take your pets or see cute pets.

Wayyyyyy too expensive. Go to Walmart. But for grooming and real services for pets, I guess you could rely on them for competent service
