Professional, caring, reliable, punctual, and friendly staff. Gail was able to schedule my dog a Saturday appointment two days away from the day I called. Veterinarian took the time to listen and evaluate my dog as well as answer all my questions and concerns. Prices are reasonable. Check out was friendly and informative. I left feeling my dog was in good hands and well taken care of.

I've always brought my pets here while living in the area! They are wonderful with our dogs!! 2021- We had left the area for a few years down in FL. But when we returned to the NE area Stafford Vet was within driving distance. He went in once for a sick visit and just had his yearly checkup. As always everyone from the front desk to the techs and other personnel, there are just so kind and wonderful. The Dr.s are wonderful!! I'll always bring my pets there as long as I live in the area!!

We love Stafford Vet! The veterinarians here have been so wonderful with our cats that when we adopted a puppy, we knew we wouldn’t want anyone else to handle her care. Everyone here, from the minute you call to make an appointment or walk in the door, is helpful, kind, courteous and professional. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. Their puppy plans are affordable too. I trust all of the staff here with my animals. You guys are awesome!!

They deserve NO STARS. Our two dogs have been going to Stafford Veterinary Hospital for the last 15 months. When our older dog was having a problem with his ear, we immediately called our Vet (Stafford Veterinary Hospital) to get an appointment to be seen. He had been suffering with an ear issue for 2 days, and we felt he was getting worse. We were told there were “no appointments available for over two weeks”. We told the person who answered the phone that he needs to be seen because we felt he was getting more sicker by the day. The rude receptionist said “I’m sorry, we have no appointments, and an ear infection is not considered an emergency”. First of all, since when does a receptionist diagnose over the phone? Is she the doctor? And how can you let a sick pup have to WAIT for over two weeks when we are explained to you that he was crying and clearly in pain, shaking his head and expelling nasty stuff from his ear?? Is this good care? Is this how you take care of your patients?? You consider yourselves a caring Vetinary Hospital to let a sick dog wait to be seen for OVER TWO WEEKS? Shame on you and your establishment. A veterinarian hospital and their employees should be caring and try to help animals, not just say “he”ll be fine”. I would never recommend this facility, because clearly they are not professional, not compassionate and do not care about animals.

They were very considerate and compassionate about the treatment of my situation and I am very thankful for that.

I been going to Stafford Vet for years. All the Vets and staff are wonderful!! They always take excellent care of my fur babies. Thank you Stafford Vet for taking such great care of my babies throughout the years I will continue to bring all my babies to this hospital. They show great compassion for you and your fur family!!

I did not find out that the vet we had I bonded with is no longer at the facility until I scheduled a dental appointment. I was a wee bit uncomfortable having never met the vet now scheduled for the procedure. That stinks. I asked for an estimate for the teeth cleaning and was told I would get one. I did not. Many people do live on a budget. I later canceled the appointment via the Contact Us link on the website and asked for confirmation. No reply. Got a call the morning of asking why I wasn't there. ?? Poor business practice for sure. This has nothing to do with the expertise of the veterinarians, but if the administrative element itself isn't managed properly people get turned off. Just saying. I'm outta here.

Staff is friendly and helpful For my appointments I prefer Dr Pride. I've been seeing him since he joined the group.

I cannot say enough good things about Stafford Veterinary! I have been bringing my pets here since 2014. They are attentive and take the time to hear your concerns and put your mind at ease! I use both their offices as the one is much closer to my home address. I have to give special Thanks to Chris the receptionist who works BOTH offices. She listens with her heart and her ears.

My wife and I take both our dogs here, I use to go to another place, but they could never take us in in an emergency. This place takes us in all the time, and they are very nice. I highly recommend them!

This vet is always kind when I talk to them on the phone and always accommodate me when I need to make an appointment for my dog as she has a life long disease that requires medication and attention. They seem to treat me and my pet with respect and care. And I appreciate that. I would recommend this veterinary to anyone in the area in need of a vet for thier pet. I do appreciate them and the work they do. My dog Foxy also appreciates it as well. If you are not too sure of a vet, then give this one a try. It's also conveniently located off Route 9. So that helps too.....

Took my dog from the car , got his shots returned him back to me

We have been bringing our dog Bertha to Stafford Vet since she was a pup. She is now 16 1/2 and is doing well, but has mobility and other senior issues. We recently had a quality of life assessment by Dr Pride, that was caring, insightful and best of all, had us adjust some meds and insure that Bertha is comfortable and enjoying her time. Pet owners are always faced with difficult decisions at this stage and the entire practice has been nothing but empathetic and understanding during this process. We appreciate all of their efforts to assist us with our girl. We can't say enough positive words about our experience with them. Highly recommended.Thank you Dr. Pride and the entire staff of Stafford Veterinary.

I was recommended this veterinarian hospital by my aunt, who has had ALL of her dogs treated here for years. This place provides amazing customer service, and top notch care. I was really shocked by the level of patience of the staff, and how accommodating they were. If anyone is looking for a veterinarian in the area, I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Pride and Dr Treloar are the best . Thank you!

Helped our cat when she needed it

This vet's office is amazing their staff is second to none! They are caring professional and always willing to help! Doctor Pride is the most thorough veterinarian I have ever met. He literally called me twice last week when my dog had an issue. He not only called me he stayed on the phone answered all of my questions and explained the medication and let me make an educated decision on how I should treat my pet he always takes the time to to explain everything to you, and it's so reassuring he does not rush through anything and you can ask as many questions as you like he and his staff are wonderful and I wouldn't trust care for my baby with anyone else!:-)

I called over the weekend and spoke with a receptionist, Victoria. She was down right nasty with me and I felt that I was a neusance for even calling. She was rude, had an attitude with me, I asked some simple questions about shots and she couldn’t answer me. I understand that with covid that we are unable to come into the building but you can’t have receptionists like this and expect to have clients be okay with it. I would not recommend Stafford based on the receptionist attitude towards clientele. Update: thought I’d give them another try since they’re relatively close to me. The medical part of the staff is fantastic! Dr. Rollings was so sweet on the phone and answered all my questions, the technician who got my dog and brought her out was lovely as well (I think her name was Chrissy?). That all said, I again had issues with the receptionist Victoria. Only had an attitude with me and was acting like I was an annoyance. It’s really difficult to give a better rating with how the receptionists are. They are the first thing people interact with and I can’t recommend this place based on that.
