When the appointment is actually kept, they do good work. My dogs grooming appointment was made over 3 months ago. It has been canceled 4 times. The 4th time it was canceled was less than 3 hours prior to my dogs appointment. I wish they were more reliable. Too many cancellations for me to continue trying. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Waited on hold for 4 mins. to inquire about scheduling an appointment for my dog. Once I told them the type of dog I owned I was told they are not accepting new clients. I’m very confused on why they would ask about the type of dog if they are not taking new clients. Also not sure how they would just assume I am not an existing client. We could have probably started the conversation off with we are not taking new clients! Or how about have we groomed your pet before?

Love dog spaw they take loving care of our pup Bella when she goes in for her bath, she is very anncy but they put her at ease. Very professional and clean environment. Highly recommend!

Renee is amazing! I have two rescue dogs who both are anxious about grooming, she made them feel comfortable and welcomed. My spaniel mix looks amazing and is ready for all our summer plans with his hair cut. My pitty mix looks great too! Highly recommend for rescue pups, I am very pleased with how the dogs look but more importantly how they were treated by staff.

We had such a horrible experience with their mobile grooming. We have a 15 month old mini labradoodle and this is the only groomer she had ever had. On her third visit Bethany arrived and I said our pup has some matting under her front arms and along her outer thigh on her back legs. I asked just like I had on the other two visits for her to just be shaved on those spots. I do not mind her having some places shaved and it looking a little off so as to not have to shave her completely. Bethany said no problem. About 10 minutes later she texted me saying that Lou was in heat and I apologized as I had no idea and it must have started that morning because she was not like that the night before and it was an early appointment. She said no problem that she didn’t usually see pups while they were in heat and that she would feel better after her haircut so she would do it since she started. I thanked her because I knew our pup was overdue....so about 45 min later she brings Loulou back to the door and she is completely shaved! To the point where she is unrecognizable, she looks like a completely different type of dog. I paid Bethany and she left. Lou was not acting herself and it got worse by the hour. To the point where she wouldn’t get up I had to pick her up and take her out to go to the bathroom. This went on for 3 days almost 4. I reached out to Bethany and she said well shaving dogs can make them feel bad and also she was in heat so extra trauma.... I was so upset! I don’t get why they would shave her while she’s in heat knowing it would make her traumatized! As I explained to the owner, Dana, I would have taken Loulou to the emergency vet except she was eating that was the only thing she was doing that was normal. I called Dana and spoke with her for over 30 min where she told me that Loulou was completely matted which was false and untrue. Overall we had a horrible experience and will never ever use this place again. Very bad experience with everyone involved.

Renee was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly and a very pleasant experience.

My dog absolutely loves going here and seeing Jen. He’s got such separation issues right now, yet when we get to the parking lot he BOLTS inside and couldn’t care less about me once he’s in. It’s a great relief to know he’s happy there, and that I trust the people I leave him with. He always comes out looking amazing, and I’m always happy with my experience. I’d recommend them to anyone. Especially Jen!

My name is Larry my dogs name is Romeo he is a 10-year-old Shih Tzu. I have gone to many places to have my dog groomed but I was never as satisfied as I was today when Sally groomed my dog. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend Sally.

We recently moved to the area & my father in laws German Shepherd Nala was in need of a proper grooming. I’ve called around and left messages with different salons hoping to find an opening somewhere. Maria was quick to return my phone call and was able to book us in the same day. Upon arrival, I was received by a very welcoming staff, and check-in was smooth. Renee groomed Nala, and her fur as never felt this soft. We could tell Renee defiantly took her time with the treatment, and Nala looks like a brand new pup. The de-shredding full spaw treatment definitely was worth every penny! We will definitely be coming back and bring the whole pack! Thank you, Maria & Renee!

My boy had his first trim today! Everyone at The Dog Spaw is very nice, and everything is very clean. Can't wait to go back next month for a full cut!

Super awesome, very helpful. We came in looking for some new food, treats and natural flea and tick medicine. Teresa was really helpful and had suggestions for all of our needs. We walked out with a big bag of healthy options for our dog and will certainly be back for more. Thanks so much!

This is a great place to get your dog groomed. We search out a groomer that truly knew bulldogs and the special needs of brachycephalic breeds. They have all the great brands of dog food and healthy treats. Not a single grocery store brand which to me is a huge, Healthy pet foods over profit. The pricing is also on par with online prices which is great. We only give our bulldog Zignature food, kibble and canned w/ Stella n chewy freeze dried patties. They didn’t have Zignature treat and I ask if they could bring them in and they did. They staff is always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoy going and picking out doggy biscuits

Great pet shop with lots of healthy organic choices for our furry friends! Moved to the neighborhood and stopped by for a nail clipping and loved all the products! Will be back for a grooming and some more yummy treats!

Actual grooming is fine, but staff are obnoxious. Lot of $ to spend on people who act like they don't want your business. Very poor experience.

So happy I found this place! My dog got burrs stuck in his fur and they had no same day appointments available. I asked if they could make an exception for my poor pup since he was hurting, and they squeezed me in same day and got us the help we needed in no time. So grateful for their reliability. Good all natural food and treats for your dogs. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable about any questions or issues you may have with your pets. Also they have the best groomers.
