VCA Little Falls Animal Hospital Little Falls, New Jersey

We have 4 ferrets. It was not easy to find a vet that specializes in exotic animals. Many doctors claim that they treat ferrets, but in reality they have no idea what to do. Little Falls Animal Hospital has at least 3 exotic specialists (that I know of). In particular, Dr. Beeber has tons of experience with ferrets. He writes books about them. We trust him 100%. He performed 2 successful surgeries on our fuzzies. Our ferrets recovered quickly and lived happily ever after. The stuff is nice and helpful. Wait time is minimal.

Dr. Beeber is exceptional! My French bulldog has struggled to breathe for months before Dr. Beeber did his surgery to open up his nostrils. Now my dog breathes so much better and seems so much happier. Dr. Beeber is very communicative and his office staff made me feel super comfortable with everything they were doing. I cannot thank Dr. Beeber and Little Falls Animal Hospital enough!

I have been bringing my dogs to Little Falls Animal Hospital for years , since my dogs were puppies , ( 6 weeks and 2 month old ) until now. I haven’t written any reviews about this hospital. Vets are amazing and even the techs , I have trusted them and very thankful for what they have done , to the care they have given to my dogs . The only disappointment is the one Lady at the desk “ she is cold and not nice at all” maybe she just don’t like my dogs or she might have a problem with me , I really don’t know what seems to be the reason . I have thought of writing a review before and for years but I let it passed but I think I needed to this at least management would know how I felt .

What can I say about this place but that they were amazing! They treated my girl as one of their own till her last day. From having to have surgery during Covid with Dr. Beeber who was absolutely amazing with her and us. He called us during and after, and would call me after every follow up to check on her. To now the unfortunate event of having to put her down because she got sick again and Dr. Merz was the one that had to call me and give me the bad news. She walked me through it all the day of, let me hold her till the end. And lastly all the staff especially for that sweet sweet card you guys sent us. It made us all cry but we hold it very dear to our heart. My girl was the best and we will never forget her. Thank you all for making this process as hard as it was, easy for us to cope through.

My first time here and was told to stay in my car because of covid. My dog was brought inside and I was called after by the doctor. Not much transparency here. Normally I like to build a relationship with my vet and discuss about my dog’s health during the examination. Was just told my dog is in good health on 2 min call. Very odd procedure. Price is a little higher than average.

The girl on the phone is very unhelpful, i just called in this morning to ask a basic question and all i got was attitude, very unprofessional and basic. Their prices are EXTREMELY high, my vet charges around $150 for an xray and these people charge up to $450 , thats just insane amount of money to be paying for something they HAVE to do for themselves, youre not doing us a favor by taking an xray youre making your own job easy and possible. Ridiculous

I've had good experiences all around with every doctor and staff member but have been especially impressed by Dr. Merz. She is a rare combination of excellent doctor and excellent communicator. This practice has been consistent with a high level of professionalism and care during Covid. Really won me over to make a permanent switch - and we've had a lot of vets with a lot of dogs.

We LOVE this place! We have trouble finding exotic vets as we have a Bearded Dragon, but Dr. Arms was amazing! She did blood-work which was in the very next day, asked and answered all possible questions and sent us home with medications. They also gave us pricing options to work with us we opted b to pay a bit more because we wanted important testing done but even so they are very reasonably priced.

Today was a mani pedi day for Onyx. He's not happy going in, but very happy coming out . Job well done!

Dr. Briganti was recommended to us by two different vet's offices. She's the person to see for feline dental extraction, very experienced and one of the few who can do dental x-rays for cats. Our cat was treated with care, all our questions were answered, and she followed up during his recovery. Great staff also.

They were there when we needed them.

We have been taking our cat to Dr. Merz since we first got her 3 years ago. She is wonderful. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant and the interior is very clean. No weird animal odors or messes. Will continue to visit for sure!

Good service, not too expensive

Vets and vet techs are caring and genuinely want what’s best for you and your dogs. Had a brief issue with a memeber from the front desk- but the manager quickly called and resolved the issue for which I am thankful for.

Went there for the first time today with my dog Jack for annual check up/immunizations, office very clean and welcoming from check in to whole exam staff very knowledgeable, courteous and professional...Dr. Beeber very informative, honest and professional....Jack was happy too lol......highly recommend this location for your vet needs.

Dr. Merz is the best. She was so patient and gentle with my old man. I had to unfortunately put my dog down and they didnt rush me to leave at all. I took my time to say good bye to him and she was helping every step of the way. If I ever get another pet IF! Cause I'm still sad about my baby spotty but I will come back here. I will also refer anyone I know close by to go there.

I brought my 2 kittens to VCA LF vet. It was warm and welcoming. As a first time kitten owner, was worried about my new little guys. The vet (I cant remember the name, gentleman with glasses) was friendly and answered every question I had and treated my kittens gently and double checked everything. Will come here again for sure.

Been taking my pets to see my favorite Vet Dr Dilts for 30 years. Staff aways smiling and very helpful!

Dr. Briganti is amazing. Really knows her stuff and has helped my family's cats on many occasions. Best place around, especially for dental. Not the cheapest animal hospital around but you get what you pay for.
