I am so pleased with their service. I was gifted with a dog that really needed it's hair cut... I did not know what to expect but knew whatever it was It was going to be great. We had two dogs that past away that use to get groomed their and their work was wonderful! I recommend this groomer. Very happy with their results. Do not waste time go and try them for yourself. The proof is in the pudding.

Terrible service. I had to take my boss's husky here to get a bath and they wouldn't take her. An appointment was made ahead of time and I arrived early but they wouldn't take her because she was "too agressive." The man claimed she scratched him, then he showed me his hand but there was nothing, not even a light scratch. I've taken care of her before and know for a fact that huskies are very sweet. She rarely ever gets agressive. I believe this to be a lack of professionalism. It was a Monday, there weren't even that many dogs there that day. And aside from everything else, the man in charge is awfully rude; he in fact was the agressive one. Again I say, terrible service.

I brought my pit-bull here on Friday (Abby). She typically loves this facility. Friday, we were called within 20 minutes to pick her up because she “bit” someone. Something she has never done in her 9 years. We immediately asked what happened she is not someone who bites. We were informed that she was just too excited. Fair enough. It didn’t sit well with me because she is a pitbull and if she was to bite “which I was told” I take that very seriously. Because this is not a habit you want any dog especially a pitbull to develop. Upon taking her to the vet (because again I take this very seriously) He showed that she was actually cut as seen in the photo below. Requiring 2 stitches. Prior to accusing a dog of being aggressive. One should check that the dog was not hurt by the (self admitted) nervous groomer. Very disappointed I would hate to think my dog was hurt on purpose.

Please read !! , I not recommend this place, don’t take your dog in that place, I don’t care to pay for a good service but this is not the case , it’s expensive and looks like if they have people without experience working there, my poor baby have cuts in her ears , you can see holes in their fur, really horrible experience.

Unfriendly service, it's my second time in this place. The first time i thought i'd never come back, but i took a shot and once again i had the same impression. They're rude on the phone and personally. I'm definitly not coming back for a third time, that was the last one.

I think they did a great job on my 11 month old yorkie.....I was in the hospital for almost a month and because I'm the only one in my house hold who grooms my dog she went almost a month with no bath, nail clip, comb or brush. So when I got home she was dirty and matted. So I called up OH My Dog and got her a appointment they did a great job with her cut and everything thanks guys so much. You will be seeing us again???????????????? #happycustomer

RIDICULOUS!! Dropped my dog off at 12:30pm to get groomed usually takes an hour to two, but today it took 4 hours this is ridiculous.. They overbook appointments if you can’t handle so many dogs in a day then just let me know that it’s unavailable.. They also don’t let you know how long it will take or call if it’s taking long they just call when the pup is done.

Best cuts and the conditioning for my dogs last for weeks.

They were careful with my dog.

My dog is 15 and Ive been taking her to Animal Kingdom in EO for YEARS but the last 3 times I was very disappointed. I recently decided to let her hair grow so I can start styling it. The 1st two times the groomer cut her hair off and the last visit are pics shown below with the green bows. I decided to take her to OH My Dog a week later and this is what they did in the pink! Needless to say they are our new groomers! ????????????????????

First time here and also the first time my dog comes home fully groomed he looks and smells so clean.

I love this place! My pomeranian has been going here for a while now since last March I believe, and we are always happy! Sometimes my baby can be a bit testy, but they manage to make him look sparkly new every time. Definitely go here instead of petsmart.

I got my dog from them and I’m just so happy The puppy is so cute, happy and health And the day I went to pick up our new dog they groomed my another dog and we loveeee so much I wish to live a little closer then I would take my dogs to groom all the time And the dogs they have to sell are the best ones !!!!!!!

Marcos[the owner] is very kind, nice, respectful & very helful. The store is clean, neat & nice. Staff is very nice. I think is a family business so he makes you feel you are part of his family. I bought my puppy from him & so far I m very happy. I would recommend his facility to you. I haven't used his grooming service yet because my puppy is only 4 months old.
