We took our dog here because of the good review, however, I am wrong. You get what you pay for. We used to take our dog to another groomer, it usually took around 3-4 hours for a full service. I mean a full service. Here, instead, it took around 1.5 hours for a full service, which totally surprised me and my wife, The time we shower our dog takes about 1 hour from wet to dry. When we got home, we checked on him. Frist, there are mats everywhere, near his paws, on his tail. Second, The fur between his paws was never cleaned. Third, nails are never touched. Forth, there is a cut on his skin, you can clearly see the blood spots. We had to spend another 2 hours to finish up their work at home. When I picked him up, he was extremely unusual, I can tell there is something wrong. We decide to leave this comment for the people who are researching for a new groomer. This groomer is to us is an absolute NoNo, we will never return, not only for the grooming, even the dog cake. Treat your dog better.

It was really great being able to bring my dog their they are so caring towards the animals they take their time and make sure your pet feels comfortable and like if their were at home..my dog smelled so good and her nails were cut perfectly and while doing it she looked like she was in a salon getting her nails done I truly recommend bone apetit bakery to everyone that has a pet and the workers their are amazing so kind and courteous to costumers it felt great to finally find a place that truly cared about your pet...

I had been trying to find someplace to cut my furbaby's nails, as our vet used to do it but because of covid they did not offer that survice any longer...the owner and staff are lovely &..kind and treated our cats with love and gentleness...the store front has some really cute items for sale, not to mention their yummy homemade pet treats!!

The owner Kathy is wonderful and the employees are always friendly and the interaction with the animals is wonderful! My dogs first time ever getting groomed and not only did she looks and smell great but she dident wanna leave!! This is a place where your dog will come out looking and smelling great but you don’t have to worry about your pet cause the love , attention, and understanding your pet gets here you will never get anywhere else

This place is amazing I took my cat to get her nails cut and for a bath and she came out looking great and smelling so good I always had a hard time washing her but the workers their are so great and got my cat to trust them in a matter of minutes and it was amazing they are so caring and love doing their job to make their customers happy with their work and their pet I highly recommend this place to anyone tht has a pet and is unsure how to groom them this is the best place and they sell so many things their it was just amazing and I will be going back again and again to take care of my cat thank you so much for your dedication and love for animals

Shaved my Yorker completely bald my poor dog had cuts on her head and body. Do not take your dog there. My dog is traumatized.

The owner, Cathy, is very loving as is her employees to your pets. She also sells Pupcakes and other assorted treats for dogs that my very picky pups LOVE! I recommend this place 100%

I took my dog there; they keep her from 10am to 4pm and did absolutely nothing besides they charged $60.00

The place I was taking my dogs to get nails trimmed were not doing a good job. So happy I found Bone Appetit. They did a great job!

I arrived at the store at 3:25 (closing time being 4:00 on a Saturday). Both people at the store greeted my husband and myself by saying “we’re closing”. They did not ask us what we needed or if we were looking for grooming services. We only came to buy a birthday cupcake for our dog. They seemed rude and as if we were disturbing them by visiting their business. They did not tell us the next time they would be open or even ask what we needed. I am very disappointed and will never be giving them business again.

Bone Appetit is the best place ever! Nela loves everyone there! She hates having baths but has no problem getting a bath there! All the ladies are super sweet and very professional and they take excellent care of all the doggies in their charge. I trust almost no one with my dog but I trust everyone at Bone Appetit, completely. Besides their amazing doggie spa they have a bakery and a day care. The baked goodies are fantastic! I recommend this awesome little shop to all dog parents!

I recommend this place. My dogs don't behave and she knows how to make them comfortable. She is kind with all of them and the place is clean with convenience hours.

I have Shi Tzu Bichon Frise mix. So his fur is pretty difficult and gets matted fairly easily. I've taken him to many other groomers before and they either just shave him almost completely bald or just can't handle him. I had a groomer on kearny ave actually tell my dog, who has never bitten anyone in his entire 8 years of life, is too aggressive. But here they handled him so well and made him look absolutely precious. Bonus, they're also the most inexpensive groomer I've ever been too.
