I have been going to this vet for the last 15 years. Never had a problem until today when I called and told them I wanted the vet to take a look at my sick dog because something was very wrong and was an emergency, but they simple told me to wait till Monday. So that mean I have to wait 3 days for you to see my dog and she say yes. I ended up having to go to Toms River vet hospital on route 37 and later today I had to put my poor dog down. I’m very sad and disappointed that an important day like today, they rejected to see my dog.

My dog was a patient at this facility. I called to make an appointment because my dog wasn’t eating or drinking. She was lethargic. I was told to take her to an animal hospital rather than telling me to bring my dog in. I thought that was so inappropriate and unprofessional. Why would I take my dog to an animal hospital first before seeing her Veterinarian. Sadly, my beautiful dog passed away that same evening. Shame on the veterinarian who refused to check my dog. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Dr Gaddy and staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Your never stuck waiting in the waiting room. Been a client for almost 30 years, that should say something about the veterinary care received here.

What an amazing staff! Everyone was so nice and caring towards my little guy Jeter. They gave him meds to feel better and even he was very comfortable. Very clean office, accommodating, friendly and affordable. So happy to say this is my new doctor for Jeter!!

Doctor and staff are true animal lovers. Very gentle and thorough. Best "bedside manner" I've ever seen in a vet. Dr Gaddy and vet tech Nancy treated my kittens like they were theirs. Office is quick and efficient. No waiting. I have to mention also that prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended overall.
