I don't leave reviews often but absolutely had to today. I shop here for pet supplies often and always in store and have never had a bad experience. The pet supplies perks card has saved me money here and there many times in the year or two I've been coming here. They've been friendly to my very energetic pit that comes in with me occasionally and love to give out little treats to her when they're not busy. Today I'm leaving my review specifically to mention an employee there named Anna. I am not feeling well and did not want to go in store as a precautionary step but was down to my last scoop of food for my pup. I tried ordering curbside online but had trouble with the payment being accepted. Anna was the associate who helped me when I called to place the order on the phone and went out of her way to come to my car to grab my payment and then brought the big dog food bag out to my trunk so I wouldn't have to go inside. The team here is always helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this pet store to anybody in the area. ????????????????????

Okay so this is one of those big pet stores you go in and they have everything you need and you can take your dog there and wash it yourself and they have all the Pet Foods pet snacks toys and you can bring your animal in there and walk around the girls are very helpful and they have such an inventory stocked at usually every time I go in there they have what I need and the service the atmosphere and the girls that work there they're fantastic thumbs up

Went here for a simple grooming for my puppy my dog was supposed to be there for 2 hours went back after 1 hour just to check up they have my dog in a cage soaking wet with the air conditioner blasting and my dog is very upset and shivering when I asked the disrespectful worker why this was she laughed and said my puppy was not cooperating so they put her in the cage to calm down without drying her I said this is not a funny situation please don't laugh the girl continued to laugh so I told her just give me my dog and I'll be on my way I got my dog home and washed her and dried her myself it still took her an hour to calm down after this experience she was so upset stay away from this terrible groomer they abuse animals and are no good I will not be returning and I'll tell everyone I know with a pet not to take their animals here for grooming

Groomers, Ali and Lexi were amazing!! They were so living and kind to our pup, who was scared and full of knots prior to her grooming. They both assured my husband and I that our puppy, Brooklyn, was going to be just fine and not to worry. They provided excellent care and were the most amazing people to leave your dog with. Ali and Lexi will now be our new groomers. So impressed. Thank you so much!! You guys couldn’t be in a better profession!!!

Bayville store is one of the BEST places to get pet supplies! Excellent employees who love your pet when you bring your pet in , helpful in finding products you need and employees who making shopping very pleasant!!!

I love pet supply plus the have most of what i need and at a great price easy and quick service. I always order fish supply's from them.

Love the neighborhood store at Bayville. Plus when I asked about professional grooming services the groomer-in-training let me know about their ears and nails practice and the fact that they (the groomers) would have full certification by the end of July. So friendly and helpful. Cashiers are also very friendly!????????????????????
