We went to this location to buy dog food and fish for our turtle and we walked away with our bearded dragon. We where assisted by Adrian from the moment we walked into the store. He was professional, knowledgeable and so patient. We walked away with so much confidence in owning one because of him. We would definitely be coming back to this location.

Nice selection of toys and treats, very friendly employees. They host fun events too like free pictures with Santa!

The organization of the store was very neat and easy to find what you were looking for. This location had a wide variety of animals and items for said animals.

Very friendly. Customer service is superb! I'm getting worried over wet cat food not a very big selection. I also adopted my kittens from here in July and when my dog was alive used the vetenarian service. All around I love PetSmart

The cashier has the audacity to welcome me to Pet Smart while checking out customers! The dogs have the audacity to turn away when I approach them trying to pet them without their consent! The fish have the audacity to swim around as if they own the place. Everything is quite audacious!!!

Horrible customer service not only did they “forget” to fulfill my online order, they then canceled it hours later after they said they would “have it ready immediately” unbelievable.

Our groomer Anna Z. Is amazing and takes such great care of our pups Chulbul and Luna.

My dog had a much needed groom. Curbside pickup and drop off is now offered, which is great. Jackey groomed my dog and, as usual, did a great job. She is an excellent groomer and you can see how passionate she is with respect to her craft. Her love of animals is evident. A true professional.

Has just about everything I need, a clean store and actually quite a nice place to bring the dog in. It’s very convenient that they also have a vet clinic in the back, which has done my dog’s basic medical needs for almost a year now. When I say just about everything I need, I mean they’ve run out of stock on a key item I’ve needed for several weeks. It’s so nice of them to have a prescription diet section, but they’ve been out of the hydrolyzed protein wet food for several weeks. This is prescription—I’m not supposed to run out! And they don’t have any suitable replacements and whenever I call they say they don’t know when it’s coming. Just order it! I’ve resorted to giving my dog pumpkin purée even though he’s on an allergy diet. Can’t wait for them to forget to stock the dry food too.

There was this one guy that was following me and my wife around the store it very uncomfortable and made us feel like he thought we were there to do something wrong but even after all that we still spent about $180 on cat and dog food amd snacks and some other stuff for my pup

You can find anything having to do with pets. The grooming department's staff were very pleasant, which made it alot easier for my "Jersey" to walk right in.

Only store left that actually has a variety of Pedigree canned dog food! I CAN BUY a can of dog food that doesn't cost over $2.00!

Alexis is fantastic with Ranger. He loves his spa day. I love the Pawgress Report. He gets the works... nails, teeth, ears, his coat is super shiny and smells delicious!

If I could give 0 starts I could. Went to a adoption event to adopt a cat, they dont bother to check application from days ago, and in general are incredibly rude and condescending. Feels like they want you to NOT adopt, Very strange. Horrible! ended up not getting a pet. Thanks a lot

Ok store, however, didn't have what we needed at the time. We are from out of state on vacation with our two dogs. There wasn't any dog food for my dogs on the shelf

Anna is a miracle worker! She gave Charlie a puppy cut and he’s a new man! His hair was a mess;long,matted,and shaggy. She spent practically all day with him,and he looks so handsome. He had a Spa day! Will Absolutely recommend Anna,and will def be going back! Thank you, Anna???????????????? (the last photo is the ‘Before!’)

Always helpful, usually have my products in stock and lines are not bad most of the time.
