Hi, Nervous cat mom here. I have had my female domestic shorthair tuxedo cat for 11 years. I adopted her my freshman year of college and we have literally grown up together. I couldn’t love another creature more. That being said, I get very nervous and worried when she is sick. Recently she has experienced a strange bout of skin illnesses. She scratches and itches. Her once thick coat (thick like an otter!) has thinned out and is transparent in some places. We have given her flea meds to no avail. I was desperate. The lovely people at Oradell Animal Hospital recommended Dr. Lee to me. When visiting Pet Dermatology Center, the staff were punctual and took the highest precautions to be low stress when examining my girl. Dr. Lee gave me a comprehensive plan to follow to treat both short term itching and long term plans for diagnosing her allergy. One part of her plan includes administering a scary medicine. I have been a total nightmare about it. Calling every day, asking questions, being a true nervous cat mom and Dr. Lee’s staff have been incredibly patient and kind. They have answered all my questions and never made me feel nuts for calling. Anytime my cat so much as hiccups I call and ask questions and the staff answers me with detail and care. Kenzi, Micheal, Shelbi, and all the staff at PDC really deserve a metal for their communication alone. I am grateful for them and recommend them to anyone who’s pet is having skin issues. Great staff and very professional. Gave very detailed diagnostic and an array of different routes to take as far as treatment. I would definitely recommend.

Do not go here! Was charged 375 for a treatment that caused my dog to get aggressive, increase urination, and continue to itch. Instead of helping, she wanted the charge again to try something else. My other vet would have had my dog come in to be checked right away. The doctor is only out for money, find another specialist..

Wish I never heard of this place. Went here to check on my dog with an irritated paw and they charged us more than 350 dollars to provide zero insight. They gave our dog steroids which gave him a bad reaction and they said they could check up on him for another 125. Just terrible and patronizing. Quick update. Went to a petco vet to check his skin and they were able to diagnose and explain his problem, offer a game plan if that was incorrect, and provide medication that actually helped my dog. Once again don’t go here

My 5 year old German Shepherd for the past 2 years had a skin condition he was constantly scratching and biting himself to the point were he had bad soars and hair missing we tried switching food giving him prescription medication using powders and creams and nothing worked after one visit with Doctor Lee he was diagnosed with bacteria infection she prescribed a spray solution and i am happy to say after 2 months my shepherd has all his hair back and no more soars hes like a new dog I would highly recommend Pet Dermatology Center what a amazing team

So pleased with Pet Dermatology Center! Dr. Lee was the 4th vet I took my dog to and the only one to properly diagnose him. Dr. Lee and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Got an appointment quickly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lee and her whole staff have been so incredible in my Frenchie's allergy journey. I had taken her to many vets prior with no solutions. Dr. Lee was so thorough her the exam and treatment plan, and she did a wonderful job educating me on how best to support. Her team has been diligent in follow-ups and any additional inquiries I have for them. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I am so grateful to Dr. Lee and her awesome team at The Pet Dermatology Center. They treated my cat, Buddy, so well, and gave him lots of love and treats during his visit. Dr. Lee is fantastic- compassionate, knowledgable, thorough. She patiently answered all my questions and sent home detailed instructions and an appointment summary, as well. I also love that Dr. Lee is Fear Free Certified, so low stress handling techniques are implemented during appointments- which gives me great peace of mind. I will definitely be referring people here!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had today at the Pet Dermatology Center. First, we were able to get an appointment very quickly and not having to wait a month for Gracie to be seen was very important to me. The reception staff were so helpful and thorough to get all my information and background before the visit since we had to do curbside drop off due to Covid restrictions. I have to say I was a bit nervous not going in with her and not having met the doctor or staff, but I have to tell you those worries are out the door now. The tech came out to the car took her right in and within minutes I received a call letting me know Gracie was doing great and kissing all the staff, so I knew she would be fine. Once Dr. Lee was finished with her exam she called me and I have to say gave me such a detailed diagnosis of what was going on with Gracie and took the time to explain all of the treatments and which would be the best route to go with her. Dr. Lee went above and beyond during her call to me and I have no doubt I wound up with the right doctor. All of her at home care was explained in detail and a follow up email came immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Pet Dermatology Center. THANK YOU TO DR. LEE AND ALL YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF!!!
