the clinic makes an appointment for you, then makes you wait at the locked doors. and then says that they do curb side service only. And nobody told me that over the phone. Poor and unfriendly service.

Do not go here. Dr. Kim will overmedicate your pet if puts a few dollars in her pocket. You will be told one price and billed another and they won’t correct the issue. Money hungry, inconsiderate and unprofessional

Dr. Kim took amazing care of my Lucy. She was almost going to be put down because of a tumor that ruptured and began to leak. Dr. Kim gave us hope even when we weren't sure it was possible. Lucy is 15 yrs old and is doing great and happy again. Thanks to the amazing staff and Dr. Kim. Very happy with the service and the soul of this place.

They are so greedy ????they only care about the money and they charged $900 for getting spayed. The national average cost is $100-$200. They asked us to come back 2 days later after the surgery to remove the thread ???? but it’s totally unnecessary if they do it with thread that can be melted. They do that on purpose to charge us again for the thread removal. My name is not on the list because my bf was the one who paid. It’s a same thing

This whole Vet needs education regarding patient care. I have been to numerous vets but this place is by far the worst. Not only they lack knowledge but shows unprofessionalism which is absolutely unacceptable claiming themselves a HOSPITAL. Don’t let your precious ones to the hands who only care about money and profit.

To all our furry friend's Mommies and Daddies!! I HIGHLY recommend to trust Dr.Kim!! I can't imagine if I've not met Dr.Kim with my babies. My 18 and 16yrs old dogs got little to no help by other places - except Dr.Kim! She truly cares, understands and goes above and beyond. She has saved my dog's life MULTIPLE times and I just can't imagine trusting my dogs with someone else. Dr. Kim and staff are just simply the IDEAL FIVE-STAR medical team YOU WANT invested and informed throughout your pet's life. We brought one of our cats recently to the clinic on a Saturday (yes they are open for select hours on Saturday!) due to some concerning symptoms. I knew from the first contact we had with Dr. Kim that she was going to be his permanent vet. Not only are Dr. Kim and staff so genuinely caring, they are really clear with communication, and they are both good listeners and teachers (skills that I absolutely did not see with the old vet that we were taking our pets to). I truly value a veterinarian who can investigate, ask questions, listen closely, diagnose, and communicate very precisely with patients. We took our first cat due to an emergency to the Red Roof Clinic in June. It is now July and ALL FOUR OF MY CATS are now thankfully patients at Red Roof! In fact, when Dr. Kim saw the newest cat in the family, she caught infections that the previous veterinarian did not. I feel so much more assured that my cats will get the BEST QUALITY CARE with an impressive veterinarian and staff. Our pet's lives and the peace of mind in really fully trusting and having faith in their medical care, is priceless. Much praise for the Red Roof Clinic. Even if you think you're getting good medical care from your current vet, making the move to this clinic is THE RIGHT MOVE, because you want THE BEST CARE, and honestly I didn't even know it until I stumbled upon them. I had an emergency with my 16 year old dog. They took him right away & were so kind & updated me every step of the way. Prices are very fair. Very happy with the Dr & whole staff! We found our new Vet!

The best experience and knowledgeable veterinarian in the area. They care animals with professional skills and help people cure their puppies the most. Highly recommend this vet if you need professional cure of your puppy.

I write a review hoping that this will help. I really don't recommend this place. Dr.kim is not professional and cannot even explain why pets are sick. The price is ridiculously high, and the woman's doctor is very rude. The staff are generally kind, but the doctor is not good at all. She never apologizes, and she tells me to talk about everything through a lawyer. I feel so dirty and unworthy of responding. If you want to experience all this, go to the this hospital. But if you truly love your dog or cat, don't go to the this hospital again.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Kim for 6 months now, and ready to write an honest review. Red Roof Animal Hospital should be the bar set for every Veterinary Hospital/Doctor. Dr. Kim is very straight forward and is willing to work with you on how to care for your pet. Her knowledge is one thing, but her care is what makes Red Roof trustworthy. Dr. Kim and her staff are always accommodating. With the challenges of the pandemic, they have taken beyond measures to see and care for my dog(Heart Disease). Im not a "review" writer...this maybe my very 1st, but looking back at the last 6 months more than grateful to everyone at Red Roof.

I hope this would help people who go there after all infos whatever is on their website. Overall consultation with doctor was good and it was informative so I don't complain it. doctor Kim was pretty kind and professional about all of my questions but there's few things I didn't expect during the visit. I went there for my cat's annual checkup/vaccine shot and it was 1st time visit. their website said there'd be a complimentary physical exam for new patient and one person per a pet will be allowed to come in to see a doctor during COVID19. So I called them to make an appointment but they said only pet'd be allowed to come in. so OK I got it cause we all know that we gotta get used to this new norm. It was rainy day when I got there and had to wait outside for about an hour in the rain while my cat stayed there. I was worried about it cause my cat's usually really sensitive and scared when with stranger but I didn't have any choice. again - I got that cause I was informed about it in the beginning when talking with them over the phone even though their website still says they allow one person to come in. I found other couple of people waiting in their car while their pet were in hospital so Yes absolutely no one will be allowed to be in hospital so NO wait area inside. - so people whoever plan to go here, don't expect to get into hospital. so while waiting outside, I found one more thing that whenever staff get outside to talk with patient, they lock up their door every single time they go in and out even in front of person no matter when they are in front of door. it was quiet interesting experience. after couple of phone calls for them to check something on my cat, finally I was able to meet with doctor over the phone. she explained my cat's health condition and said they gave a vaccine shot to my cat but there was no way for me to check that cause I was actually outside and - again that was my 1st visit. staff brought my cat outside to me after all this process and took my credit card to swipe and came back out with receipt but I saw physical exam fee on it. so I asked her why cause it should be complimentary for new patient according to their website and she said sorry and NOT anymore during this pandemic. I'm not blaming on this but feeling like at least they need to update this info on their website or take old info off so people don't feel being ripped off. it was a bit weird and not 100% pleasant experience but overall consultation was good so I might come back for next visit.

Been going to this doctor for a few years. Always professional and perfect attention to our dog and us. Very reasonable pricing. I can not recommend highly enough

finding a good vet is almost a mission for me and VERY HAPPY to found "red roof at Fort Lee animal hospital." Dr. Kim and staff are very friendly and niCe. everything is top-notch. Dr. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable. she is always spending a time to listen, explain every questions what I have. She is truly cares about her patients and their pet parents. also every times when I had an emergency situation, Dr. Kim was always there and helped me. Since my senior cats before and two 2yrs young boy cats now, I am very pleased with the personal service and loving care. I would highly recommend to everyone. if you wish to find the perfect vet for your fur baby, this is the BEST place will be! Red Roof vet is amazing and this place is like part of my family!

I went to three vetinarians and only one got it right. It was Dr. Jacky Kim of Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital. I have a senior small breed dog. For 10 months my dog suffered with a terrible cough. Dr. Kim was the only one who correctly diagnosed her condition and quickly prescribed the correct medication. My baby no longer coughs and is doing great. Thank you, thank you, Dr. Kim. Suki gives you 500 woofs!

Had nothing but good experiences for my new adopted dog Luna! Dr. Kim and her staff made sure Luna was healthy and vaccinated. The doctor is very informative and makes the phone calls very personal and staff is super helpful!!

Red Roof Animal hospital is the best Vet hospital in the area. I have been going this place for 2 and 1/2 years since I adopted my toy Maltese baby and her baby was born here too. My 2 Maltese babies had spaying surgeries here and they recovered in short time without any problem. I think Dr. Kim is specialized in surgery. Dr. Kim and staffs are very professional/knowledgeable and always care for my babies' health first and treat my babies as their own family. Treatment costs very reasonable too. I am blessed to have Dr. Kim in my town. I love Red Roof Animal Hospital. I highly recommend to everyone Red Roof Hospital if you live in North Jersey.

Dr. Kim was exceptional when it came to our little Maltese Zeus. She took the time to patiently go over his condition and answer any concerns we may have had. The prices are reasonable and the staff was nice.

Doc was very rude, not coming back

First time cat owner & we were so worried about neutering our baby. We didn’t know what to expect but Dr. Kim took time to answer all questions and ensured us that she would take good care of him. While it was more expensive than if we were to have gone to another hospital, it was 100% all worth it!! Post-op day 1 and my boy is his normal, happy self with no pain (or cone)!!

Dr. Kim and staff are amazing! She’s thorough and answers all my questions. I wouldn’t trust my puppy’s care with anyone else. Super happy with the service and great customer service.
