Best dog grooming place ever. The front desk is quickly responsive and helpful. My dog’s groomer (Mina) is really professional, friendly, and inquisitive with knowing what you’d like. The shop is very cute and clean too.

I've taken my dog here for years since they had the shop in Edgewater, NJ. It's great to see that they even though they scaled down, the quality of work has not diminished. The store itself is quaint. They have some nice products for your pet, but I wouldn't expect to find a 20-lb bag of Pedigree dog food there. The products they have are more filled with items that you would buy to treat your pet to something special; like a birthday, or anniversary, or even just to spoil your pet. Their grooming on my pet are always very professional. Not a stray hair in sight, very even and level, and most of all, super clean! I have a shy dog, and she doesn't come out of a session traumatized or scared and running for the door (just hurrying because she has to pee). I love how clean and refreshed my dog feels after every appointment. A little on the pricier side, but you have to remember that you're paying for the quality, and it really shows in their grooming. As a side note on how caring they are, I took my dog to get groomed a few days before her birthday. They saw that it was nearing her birthday on her file (I didn't mention it at all). When my dog came out, they handed me a hand-written birthday card with Polaroid pictures of my dog posing with a pretty necklace that we got to take home! It was very sweet and attentive of them to do that. All-in-all, I'm still loyal to this shop and have yet to run into any grievous issues with them and my dog. P.S. Mina is awesome, ask for her!

They have items that you can’t find in any pet shop. The owner is also great at communicating and very kind, warm, and personable. I love this shop!

My dog is a rescue and very scared. For some dogs, it’s an easy process to go to a groomer to get cleaned but not all dogs are like that. Pet Story staff were very understanding to my dog’s personality and him being a rescue. He got his first grooming service there and had no problems! (Huge accomplishment!!) This will be our regular place from now on!

They did a great job on my dogs haircut. She cut it the way I wanted and my dog looked adorable. I highly recommend this place

We stumbled across Pet Story by accident one day when walking around Fort Lee and it was the best thing that could have happened. We’re first time puppy owners and our Loki means the world to us so coming across such a great store with amazing staff really put us at ease. The store has a large assortment of dog goodies (treats, clothing, etc) and every time we go we walk out with something for our little prince. They offer a grooming service and today we took him for his first groom…we could not have asked for a better experience. Dana was amazing making sure Loki felt comfortable and loved before even taking him in. She asked what we were looking for and what was recommended. A few hours later our little angel come out looking amazing! When we picked him up he looked like he was as comfortable as he would be in our home. My wife and I are never taking him anywhere else. Thank you guys so much for loving and taking care of our baby!

Great place to pick up supplies for your pets. The groomers here do a really good job and treat our dogs like their own. Clean, organized, and friendly staff. You can't ask for more.

I have been a client since their edgewater location and can’t stress enough how important it is to me that my dog receive the most compassionate, quality care possible. Orion gets that and more from Christy. She has earned my complete trust In our two year relationship. Orion went from being very nervous and difficult to snuggling with Christy and loving her. There has never been a surprise at the price or what cut my dog will have when I pick him up. I am always greeted warmly by Daemon and the crew when I call for an appointment and the store is very pleasant. This is really concierge service for your dog and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pet Story and especially our angel, Christy .

Brought my puppy here to get him some grooming supplies and treats, he's a small bundle of anxiety and ended up peeing on the floor. The staff was hasty to clean everything, and did not make me feel bad at all (even though it was my fault), they were so friendly. Matt helped me out, helped me choose which shampoo would be best for my yorkie's coat, what nutritional supplements he should take and how to balance his diet as well. On top of all that, they have very high quality dry food samples that my pup loved a lot! edit: now they're located in fort lee so even better! same good service and friendly lovey staff

Great little store with courteous staff and good selection of pet food, accessories and toys. Their groomer is excellent and my finicky dogs ???? always come out happy when they get their nails trimmed. Go tgere and support this small business.

NY Puppy Club (Edgewater) did a superb job grooming our Havanese. She was a fluff bomb and we wanted something summery and we were so pleased when we picked her up - aside from her being in a a happy mood (a tell-tale sign that the groomer is a good one), the cut was perfect and professional-looking. The groomer (Dana) listened to what we wanted and delivered. On top of that, she was very personable and friendly. Price was very reasonable too. I will definitely be bringing our pooch back here.

I LOOOVE this place , they do amazing work..we bring both our Dogs there to be groomed and they always look amazing...Mina is a great groomer..i especially like her work. the staff is Super helpful , friendly and Knowledgeable...im so glad they r in the hood.

Everyone at NY Puppy Club is always so helpful - they don't push products but really listens and gives great advice on what exactly your pet needs. Groomers are great - our puppy gets very excited when she realizes she is coming over to get pampered!
