I recently gave my guinea pig over to this animal hospital and paid for her to be cremated and returned to me. Instead they did a group cremation and lost my animal’s remains. They claimed they never spoke to me about private cremation when I spoke to two people about it and want to refund me half of what I paid. Absolutely not. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional. No compassion. You don’t even deserve one star. Shame.

I love this Animal Hospital because they are always so helpful with all of my needs. My dog has been coming here since after COVID due to his original veterinarian recommending us this place. The only downside is that they seem to never have quick availability but if you call first thing in the morning, there is always a cancelled open appointment available. I appreciate this place so much for taking care of my little man! They know him already and he’s always well behaved coming here.

The vet and care that our dog received was wonderful … the overall experience and office staff were not. When I dropped off my dog in the morning for surgery, the process was slow and frustrating. I stayed on hold for over ten minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and come out to get the dog. They were mostly polite but fairly terse. My dog waited so long for surgery that when she came home, she hadn’t had enough time for the anesthesia to wear off and we were up till after midnight with her until she could eat something and take her post surgery medication. It was definitely a frustrating experience and I’m glad that they aren’t my primary vet.

Awsome on the phone!!! This is my first cat ???? and first pet I've ever had. Sphinx has a check up on Friday September 3rd. We are so excited!!!!!!

Me and my mom went in there just for them too look at my dog since my dogs nose was bleeding. Not do anything, or touch anything just to look. They charge $700 just for us to walk in. At least insurance covers most, but imagine we didn’t have insurance. Horrible.

The vets are always lovely and talk you through everything being done with your pet. I have been here for 9 years so the vets have changed but they are still sweet even with the pandemic they still call over the phone and you speak to the vet one on one discussing concerns and everything else you may wish to ask.

Took my sick cat and services where a little strange with covid. But he is doing better. The staff and the doctors amazing.. doctor was very sweet and explained everything that I was able to understand. Highly recommended.

Affiliated with Hope Lawn Vet, both locations have been very friendly and attentive to your pets needs and offer recommendations to maintain your pets well being. Highly recommend, customer service is top notch! Thanks for all you do!

I was so happy I chose Raritan Animal Hospital. It is an amazing place and I am so happy to have them caring for my kitten. They truly care for you and your animals. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a trusting and professional vet clinic

They are always caring been going there over 20yrs unfortunately had to put my pet down, they took me in a moment's notice as my cat had been very sick. Dr. Lavine was very compassionate and gentle and let me have time to say goodbye, the staff was also very caring, I think of them very highly. It was very hard for me and the took time to speak to me and I thank them very much.

My dog was sick and apparently if you don’t call at 8 AM to see if they have any cancellations they cannot help you. I tried getting an appointment for the next day or the next day and no booked up can’t squeeze in a sick patient. I won’t be coming back here again.. They just lost a 20 year client.

The only highlight of my appointment was a tech whose name I didn’t catch, but she was wearing a lime green pair of crocs that caught my eye when we met at the door, she was so informative and kind over the phone and in person. She was so compassionate with my chihuahua mix that can be difficult, but I felt very indifferent towards Kate, I believe that’s her name as I asked the woman at the door, I overheard her talking to another employee in a very degrading tone in the back when I was at the door. It made me question how other techs may handle our pets. I hope she doesn’t get nasty like that around our stressed out pets who can’t go to the vet with their owners by their side. I don’t know if I will return after that incident.

The staff is truly wonderful with my dogs. I think I gave them too much attention growing up and the staff does accommodate their whims. Love them all for the last 30 years.

Refused to provide prescription for heartworm disease. They told me that they give prescription for a product that costs $150 and refused to give me prescription for $50 product. What a waste of money to go there.
