I’m very satisfied with the dog grooming service this time. There is no denying that Annie is a professional and very patient with my dog. During the grooming, she also talked about how to take care of the beauty of dog. That’s very helpful. My dog undoubtedly had a good experience, he was very happy and running around in the store after grooming. The first time grooming that’s very important.

I'm very disappointed. We took our Aussie to be groomed and they shaved my double coated dogs stomach and armpits without reaching out to us. Her cut is extremely patchy with a lot of long parts left and she cut the quick of my dogs duclaws. And knowing our dog breed, they charged us extra money because "she has more fur than expected." We asked for brush, wash, and outline trim.

I came in to have my cat’s nails trimmed and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Everyone there was so sweet and so loving to me and my kitty! Would definitely recommend! I will be making this my permanent kitty grooming spot!

I have been a customer of hers for over 10 years now, taking 3 different dogs, 2 of which she's groomed since they were puppies. She's an incredibly sweet, kind, and loving individual who's always left them looking great. She also GENUINELY cares about every animal that comes through her doors and treats them as well as she treats her own. Pricing is fair and I feel comfortable leaving them with her.

I've been a customer to Annie's Pet grooming for over 12 years and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed with her services. Her fees are reasonable and she is very loving to the dogs entrusted to her care. My dog is always happy when I pick him up and she makes him look like a million bucks. Annie saved me $3000 in veterinary fees. I was told by my Vet that my dog needed a tendon repair, which later on the dog healed on his own and didn't require the unnecessary surgery. He walks fine now and I am glad I didn't have to subject him to the unnecessary surgical procedure. Annie told me to manage his limp at home by helping him walk up and down stairs, to keep his nails clipped and to apply analgesic balm. A few weeks later my dog was no longer walking with a limp. I am 100% satisfied with Annie's services and I will continue to take my dog ( Snoopy ) there for grooming. Thank you Annie, A loyal customer!

Took my one year old cat to Annies today.. Annie was wonderful with her. I will only take my cats to her now for nail trim and paw trim. She really cares and is soo gentle. Pricing is very reasonable also. Definately recommend.

This was the first time I used Annie‘s grooming services and I must say that I was totally happy with the services provided. Annie and her team went out of their way to make my dog feel comfortable and loved. My dog never felt this comfortable at any groomer I’ve taken her to, which gave me a very good comfort level. When I walked in the door I received such a pleasant greeting and I described what services I wanted for my dog and she delivered exactly what I asked for. I would highly recommend this groomer to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, loving person to groom their dog. Her prices are reasonable as well!!!

Annie and her sister who helps her are THE best. I have had 2 dogs there with her- chihuahua for many years (tough dog) and Golden Mini Doodle now. her work is excellent - the mini doodle has knotted hair and always comes out looking so good. she truly loves pets- she even boards my dogs when I am gone. they love her- run in to the shop! never had a bad experience. I totally recommend her for any dog. they always come out looking wonderful.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! MY POMERANIAN IS SHAVED TO THE SKIN WITH PATCHES. I TOLD HER I WANTED A SHORT CUT NOT BALD. SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT APOLOGETIC AT ALL. SHE STATED HOW SHE TOOK MY MONEY AND THAT'S ALL SHE CARED ABOUT. SHE ALSO SCREAMED AT ME PROVOKING ME TO FIGHT WITH HER. I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIS DOCTOR FOR HOT SPOTS ALL OVER HIS BODY. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. AS SHE STATED SHE ONLY CARES ABOUT TAKING OUR MONEY.

Sent my cat for nail cut, Annie's very friendly and paitent！

Annie is by far the best of the best! So sweet so caring!! My dog is very old and Annie is the only one Who is really gentle and loving to him, he feels very relaxed with her and I’m sure is because he can feel her warmth and love. I thank you Annie for every time you made my baby feel comfortable I feel lucky That I found you!

The groomer Annie is always very loving and friendly. She is highly professional with more than 15 years of experiences in taking care of the dogs and cats. My whole family is more than happy with her work with our dogs. Besides, the store is always very cozy and clean. Annie would give snacks to all the dogs and cats there and sometimes we often get food for free while waiting. She does grooming as well as boarding service. Rest assured she will take care of your babies as if there were her own.

We love taking our dog to Annie's. She does a wonderful job making my dog feel safe and she does great work with a difficult dog who other places won't groom. She's super friendly and is always able to fit us into the schedule.

I brought my Rottie and Lab mix in for grooming as it had been a long while with the quarantine. We hadn’t been there before so Annie asked if we would stay to make my dogs comfortable. She blocked the morning off for them and really took her time getting to know them before starting to work on them. You can really tell she loves animals and my dogs loved all the attention! Highly recommend!

Annie is not only a beautiful person, she is also an excellent groomer. You can see the love that she has for the animals, by the way she greets them at the door when they arrive and how she holds them in her arms with gentleness. I come a great distance to have my dog groomed by Annie and its all worth the trip.

Annie is a true lover of our canine friends. She treats every client and their animal children with respect and professionalism. The utmost care goes into every session, so that your doge will look their very best. Before my Dolby passed, Annie used to groom him and he would be calm throughout; I would not bring him to anyone else. Since 2006, she has been making sure our animal children look their best. P.S. Cats are welcome too.

I highly recommend bringing your canine friend to Annie's! Before anything, I have to say that Annie is the first and only groomer my dog actually looks forward to visiting. She's usually very unwilling to be handed off to strangers, but something about this place just makes her bloom. I trust Annie to do whatever she thinks is best for my dog, and I'm never disappointed with the results. It also helps that the interior is clean and smells wonderful, so visiting Annie is a treat for both me and my dog!

I have been going to this pet grooming place for a very long time since 2006. Right now, I'm taking care of two papillons and they really like coming here. Annie really loves and cares for animals truly. The place has changed by being very sanitary and clean. I really recommend this place.
