I dropped my dog off at 12 pm. My dog is a high strung dog. She needs a Xanax before the cut. I call at 2:50 and the dog hasn’t gotten it’s hair cut yet. I said to guy answering the phone her medication had to run out by now. He yells at me that “we squeezed you in” . I didn’t ask to be squeezed in. He then yells at me to pick up my dog. No professionalism!!! This isn’t even the owner. This guy is new there, I’ve taken my dog there multiple times without a hiccup. The owner didn’t say a thing when I asked this is how you let you help talk to customers. I WILL NEVER RETURN!! I forgot the guy followed me out the store pointing a pen at my face 2 times. INSANE!!

They fit my boy in and they treated him so well! He not only looked and smelled good but he wasn't stressed when he left, which is something I've seen when I've taken him other places. 10/10 I'm going back to Flo's the next time he needs a wash and clip.

This place is top Notch. I've been going here for 10 years. The owner is the best in the Monmouth County Area. I have been all over. She, Lauren cuts the dogs hair like it's a human. I've never seen anything like this. Pet Smart ruined my Poodle 3 times and I always go back to Lauren at Flos Happy Clipper. It's a real art to do what she does. This is definitely the best place to bring your dog. I never have to worry about anything. And she has been in the business she was 14 years old. Now she's in her 30s.. If anyone has a bad review for this place they are out of their minds. Keep up the Good Work Lauren At Flos Happy Clipper.

We just took our 3 1/2 month puppy to Flo’s for his first cut and we couldn’t be happier! Our Cody was a little scared but they did a great job on his face and sanitary area. Definitely recommend them!!

Have been taking my Maltese here for years and, they are the least expensive around!! And they are suoer friendly and do a great job!!!

I brought my dog here for the first time. He is 13, a bit temperamental, and does get scared when the clippers come out. Staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. When I went to pick him up, they had to wake him up! Guess he had too much fun! I always get nervous bringing my dog into a new groomers. I will be bringing him back next time!

I booked my dog a week in advance called the day before to verify his appointment, I was told that I would get a text back confirming. I was never notified and when I called the next day I was told they where to busy to take him. Never again super unprofessional.. my dog has been going to Flo for years with no issue when the older man use to run the place I guess they need his old system back since the new one isn’t working...

Lauren and Bob( before his retirement) have been taking care of our doggies for well over 10 years. We highly recommend Lauren’s Happy Clipper as the go to groomer. I travel from Jackson NJ with my angels all excited because they look forward to seeing Lauren and her wonderful staff! Keep up the GREAT work! 5⭐️s❣️

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Treated my family very poorly and we are absolutely disgusted with how the woman spoke about my puppy and family. I do not recommend. There is another dog grooming place very close to Flo's that is much more professional and kind.

Lauren is a wonderful groomer...she really cares about her pet clients (and owners!)...I adopted an older dog who had anxiety and Lauren did such a great job...my lil girl was calm as can be when I picked her up. It was amazing. Highly recommend her! She is a true professional.

I recently took our precious pup Levi to FLo’s for a badly needed grooming. We love when his Fur is admittedly long.He is a 2 yr old Maltipoo who resembles a little stuffed animal when his fur is overgrown. Having there be a fine line between adorable and straggly I made an appointment for Levi to get groomed at Flo’s. I was given an appointment The very next day. Which has been my usual experience With Flo’s since I have become a customer approximately a year ago. Levi’s haircuts have always been consistently wonderful and The price never changes no matter the condition he walks in. LOL. Having said that he is never mattered, ever. But his hair again is admittedly long. And Flo’s is incredibly reasonable!!!There was something about this last cut that made me write this review, when I first saw Levi I could not believe my eyes he looked like a Westminster pup LOL. Fur real! He looks like a rockstar! Thank you FLo for being there for me and my pup.❤️

I can't say enough good things about Flo's! My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we randomly stumbled upon Flo's Happy Clipper. Best decision we ever made! We have a husky and other groomers never seem to get her haircut quite right, but Lauren did the most amazing job, even considering the mats our pup Sasha had when we brought her in. I highly recommend Flo’s!

What a horrible place! If it was an option for zero starts or minus 1 that's what we will give. My friend who just did a wonderful act of love and kindness adopting a sweet puppy, was recommended to bring it there for grooming. Yes the fur was tangled, but what they did was so bad, a five y/o could do a better job. Looked like somebody was trying to learn on the poor dog. And still charge a full price even though we were in shock and unhappy with the outcome. They had the nerve to say 'that was the best we could do, because she was moving a lot '. Hello! They're 'supposed' to be professionals and have experience, do not tell me every dog just go there and stay still, specially knowing this puppy was just adopted they should have common sense and take that into consideration! We will never bring our furbabies to this careless horrible place!! Unfortunately is not letting me to upload a photo at this time, but I will post a pict of this barbarism as soon as I can.

Great grooming on my 2 Springer spaniels

My little girl always comes out looking great. Her hair is exactly the length I want and her face is shaped beautifully. It is rare to find a groomer that offers quality grooming at a reasonable price. I also like that I don't have to book an appointment weeks in advance. They're always able to get her in when it fits my schedule. My dog always gives them plenty of kisses when I bring her in so I know she is happy. I highly recommend Flo's!

My dogs love going here. When we get out of the car, they are all excited. That's because they treat each dog as though it was a member of the family. Abd, they do a wonderful job at a good price. Highly recommend!

My dog's paw was fracture and I was told that she was like that when they received her. Never had an issue before, I took my dog's there for years, except this time. I am sure they didn't mean it, but lack of honesty.
