Service is ok, even though short staffed they come through. Know what to buy, it can get pricey depending on your particular hubby.

I love the staff and the petshotel here. I trust them with my pup and she airways comes home exhausted from all the fun.

Came in yesterday for a festive holiday collar for my Labrador. As soon as I entered the door I was acknowledged. I love that! Just a hello makes any customer feel welcomed thank you to cashier 731536 he was very sweet and patient! Maybe he will recognize me from the purchase lol!!!

I have yet to find a smart pet in this PetSmart. Not ONE dog can do my taxes!!!

They took care of my furry baby so well. He got a shower, pictures and videos were taken. Totally recommend

It’s a great store. The only issue right now due to COVID is staffing. I signed my dogs up for their doggy hotel (day care) and next day they have kennel cough. So I had to pay a vet bill for both my dogs kennel cough. The staff working there are very kind. I wish I would have gotten photos like they said they would do.

Obviously a place for your pets needs and for some things pricey. Very difficult to find the fresh step crystal cat liter at any of these stores, one would think that a particular brand would get more shelf space or at least stocked more. Regardless of that usually staff are pleasant and helpful store is clean and check out is usually quick.

I waited over a week for my dog’s appointment and an hour before my appointment I received a call saying the groomer called out, so no one can cut my dog’s hair and the next available appointment is the following Saturday. This place is highly unprofessional and needs new management and staff, just horrible ????????????????????????

I took my schnauzer for grooming at this PetsMart location, and it was the WORST schnauzer's grooming I ever seen in my life. Everything was wrong, and LOWEST quality. SHAME ON YOU PETSMART!!!!

Very happy I pick up my cat's medicated food dropped the pup at the hotel and camp. Very satisfied with them.

They have great pet items. There's also a catnip like powder to help potty train kittens.

This PetSmart has such a great selection of stuff and is always well stocked. The employees are super friendly and helpful. We purposely drive 20 minutes out of our way to come here.
