Had an online return that was handled promptly

Cancelled my vet appointment 3 hours before scheduled time. No appointments available for 3 weeks. My dog is already a month behind on vaccines because my last petco appointment was also cancelled last minute. Will never use petco again. No wonder their appointments are so backed up because they keep canceling them!

Disgusting go to pet smart

Didn't have much in bird toys,only for big birds. Not much for parakeets. Your store needs a makeover.i don't find it very cheerfull when I go in.so I don't stay longer then I have to.to much going on in front,like a maze.

Liz was so great with our dog. It was our dog’s first time getting groomed and we were nervous to leave her, but Liz made our pup (and us!) comfortable. Our pup came home with beautifully buffed nails, a new Halloween ready bow, and smelling great! Her tail was wagging when we picked her up! Thank you ❤️

I was initially bummed because nobody approached me to see if I needed help. I found a lady who ended up being super helpful. She was a Morristown High grad (me 2) and recommended CBD treats for my dogs anxious behavior. Well i must say they are pricey as all get up but i do see a significant difference in my dog, for the better. She is 90% less anxious without being lethargic and tired. Sorry updated to 2 stars from 5. Customer service is bad / horrible.

Petco is fantastic! All the employees are so friendly and helpful. The cashiers are very quick and efficient.

Sorry I feel bad for giving it one star cause theres one gentleman there that is soo nice. But besides that, they have nothing in their stores ever. They have limited supply.. and this is the second time where their online pick up was available yet when I get there it wasn't. Making a trip for nothing. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt this time but no more. I will note be coming here all. I'll get my treats and toys on Amazon or petsmart which is cheaper.

This is what I got from Petco today. A bag of food that expires 2 months ago. Called Petco and I was told I have to go back to store and return and they can do nothing to help. But this store is far from my home! I just got this since I passed by that area for other errand! So upset for this! There is no full service from Petco!

They always greet me and their store is always neat, clean, organized and beat white glove customer service.

The staff was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

People who work there are very pleasant and polite and help full are located in a convenient location

Petco has all the foods and accessories for our new puppy at affordable prices

I purchased a chew bone which my dog enjoyed, but 24 hours later he started passing foul smelling gas and then diarrhea with blood. I took him to the vet and he was given antibiotics for 7 days. He is doing well now. No more chew bones! Update (3/20/21) I spoke with the manager and she was able to locate my purchase in their database (I had used a debit card). She said I could get a refund, so I went to the store yesterday (manager was not there, but the male staff spoke with her via phone).They did not refund the original cost of the chew bone ($9.05) because "I didn't have a receipt" even though they had a printed copy of the purchase from their database, so they refunded $8.52 because the chew bone is currently on sale. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The tank sale was amazing and both cashiers were so helpful! They really made my day with how friendly they were and helping me carry my purchase up.

Good store for animal lovers nice staff go there all the time can bring your pet inside with you

Even though they didn't have one of the products I was looking for the sales clerk offered some alternate selections and the one I bought is loved by my dog Molly who is very picky about her treats.

Everything went perfectly. Alan the Petco associate was prompt and personable. He brought my order out to me. He asked for my ID and dropped my goods in the car and I was off with a wave. Perfectly executed.

Came here after a terrible experience at PetSmart and didn’t know what to expect. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped us get signed up for private training for our puppy. Would recommend significantly more than PetSmart!

When to Petco East Hanover today only one check out lady in front of me had about 200 cans of cat food waited for about 15 minutes for the associate to check out all the cans but there was a problem he had to start over mean while there are two other workers in the store l left my cart and walked out of the store. I’m a regular customer to this store it’s the second time I had to walk out and go to another store I’m not going back there again they lost a good customer

Got a betta fish from there and 2 days later it died.....

Petco West Orange always has everything that I need. The staff are great. Keisha the groomer is awesome. She is extremely caring and you can tell that she loves animals.
