I Would LIKE TO WARN ALL PET OWNER TO NEVER GO TO THIS FACILITY. MY DOG GOT SENT HERE IN CRITICAL CONDITION BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO SEE MY DOG THEY WERE ATTENMPTING TO PUT HIM DOWN BEFORE TREATING HIM I FELT AS THOUGH I WAS FORCED TO PUT MY DOG DOWN AND DIDNT RECIEVE ANY HELPFUL ADVICE VETS ARE RUDE AND HEARTLWess THEY SHOULD NOT HE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH ANIMALS OR PEOPLE

This was not the vet for me. Felt like a Vavoline for animals. I’ve been here 2 times for shots. Will not go back. Front desk was cold, vets kept calling my girl puppy “Kyle” when her name was “Kylie” .. they gave her the shots and said nothing else. It was my first time with her and with this vet. Didn’t feel like they really cared about us, only the money. 3 stars because it was easy to get the appointment, the wait wasn’t that long, and they asked to make sure I didn’t want a 1k bill of things she already had listed in her file.

The entire staff was kind and informative. The vet and the vet techs walked me through everything I needed to know as a new dog parent. They are reasonably priced also! So glad we found this place.

Dr. M Yasin is an excellent and professional veterinarian. The only one I trust. Thank you Clifton animal hospital for taking care of my Pet.

Very nice place, the staff is kind, funny and informative. My cat was mostly calm during the whole exam. They know what they are doing and this place is less expensive than other vets In the area, I highly recommend. ????

I was told by the receptionist that I could not get an appointment at 5pm because the clinic closes at 6pm. And I could not get an appointment on a Saturday because they close at 2pm. This place is unaccommodating for working pet parents. Very unprofessional in the way she responded. I will be looking for another vet office. Update: In response to the company's reply: That is not how the receptionist came across. She made it seem that I couldn't ever book an appointment for 5pm. She said, "You cannot get an appointment at 5 because we close at 6pm and we need time." If things were explained like the company reply, I would not have gotten upset with the receptionist's behavior. I asked for any appointments available this week or the weekend and when there were no appointments available, I asked for the following week, and the receptionist told me there was one for Tuesday at 3:30pm. I told her I couldn't do that time, I needed something for 5pm or after and that is when she gave me the reply I mentioned previously. I am upset with the situation because I trusted this place with my fur baby's care and had a positive experience thus far.

We had great a great experience on our first visit with our new puppy. They were very friendly to the pets and families, very thorough, informative, answered all questions and provided a lot of guidance. I look forward to going back for the vaccine clinic.

I'm so pleased to bring Ginger to this hospital...she is pregnant now they make possible for me that she gets what she needs including a XRAY with a reasonable prices....my dog have been here since 13 weeks and I recommend this hospital for dogs... Thanks so much for your service!

A little pricey, but good place to take your pet. Wish it was a bigger office, but it gets the job done. Love the office cats.

Very friendly, very attentive, very welcoming, and incredibly helpful

Can't say I've had a negative experience with anyone at this practice. Everyone is very friendly and they obviously care about the animals they treat. My cat is older and especially cranky and they did everything possible to not stress her out. The vet is upfront with costs and seeing the itemized list helps me understand what the plan is for my pet. I've been to other vets where work is done and at the end the bill is enormous and I don't even know what it was for until I've paid and then received a breakdown. I will continue to keep bringing my cat and future pets to this office for sure.

I would like to start by saying thank you to the staff everyone there is friendly and caring this is my 2nd time coming here and I have to say they took great care of my cat Baby!! When I arrived there I knew my cat was in good hands and the technician was super great and kind .

My puppy Jovi Debonair, loves coming here to see Monica at the front desk. Monica is very attentive with the pets and parents and makes us all feel welcome. Dr. Yasim and his male assistant have a very friendly and professional demeanor, andre very thorough and explain everything in detail, and also are very patient in making sure that we understand what needs to be done to keep my furbaby healthy and safe. They have my puppy best interest at heart and not how much money they can get.

They are very good with appointments and getting sooner appointments rather than waiting weeks. I went to get my cats claws clipped (say that 5 times fast lol) and on the way home she was acting weird so I called back and they told me to turn around and come back and they saw her right away. Feel very comfortable with this clinic. Deff recommend
