My favorite place for my pet, ????

Prices are moderate but if you want quality you have to pay for it. I've recently had the pleasure of having a knowledgeable question and answer session. The grooming services are top notch.

It's a pleasure to order ahead and have everything ready for you. They always have everything we need for our dog, cat, and ferret.

They are so nice here, in particular one gentleman. He has been there for a while, and is always working when I go to the store. He went outside yesterday to get a shopping cart for me, and it was really nice of him. He always goes above and beyond. I wish I knew his name, so I could list it here.

I am getting a new puppy and this was my first trip to a pet store. I was really happy with selection of pet food and service provided by the staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Not care so much for the animals but for the money. They overbook their appts. When you make an appointment they make you wait up to 30 mins and if you are late more than 7 mins you have to reschedule. Horrible service.

Decent amount of supplies for most basic pet needs. Not sure about their aquarium knowledge although.

It’s a really quiet store but the staff is nice and the place is kept clean, if not a little under stocked on certain things. I had called to check if they had specific items and the clerk who answered was extremely helpful, running out to the floor to confirm inventory. Everyone I’ve dealt with there is very pleasant and attentive.

7 score because Merrick wet cat food had a very limited supply.

My dogs gets groom at Petco Emma is good with him. Hard to get an appt that's convenient for me.

Robin was outstanding! Top notch customer service. Any questions that we had she was always ready to help. Best experience at a pet store. *UPDATE, grooming is amazing. We took our puppy to PetSmart and they took 2 hours and barely gave our pup a cut. Elaine here did it in 35 minutes and made him look OUTSTANDIG! Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Had everything I was looking for.

Had many animals for adoption. Bird, Guinea pigs, and Kittens. Please be sure upon adoption, some cats love to be in pairs when they are together for a long time to avoid animal anxiety. I'm not an expert, but my parents had own cats before I was born and been around them even now.

Horrible. Horrible service from employees, manages and worst of all corporate. I have never seen someone being accused of something that they have never done because they have never been to that store. Lying employees and managers who don't listen or return calls to paying customers. You should be embarrassed of your store employees and managers. Once again I say HORRIBLE WORKERS AND MANAGERS.. Never go to this store on 70 Marlton Pike. Go to another store that takes care of dogs. We move over business Pet Smart... Save your time, money and aggravation and go elseware

Did not have the Science Diet Perfect Weight Stew or Fresh Pet with the Border Collie on the bag. Disappointed they changed the benefits for the Vital Care program.
