Used the self service dog wash and had a good experience. Helpful staff, we liked the shampoo varieties they supplied. Got the five wash special as it is a good deal. We had a stinky dog but he has been better for weeks now.

We’ve been getting dog food and treats from PSP for a few years now and always likes their store. Recently I created an account through their website, ordering was easy, delivery was even faster than they promised and all items were correct. Would definitely recommend! The personal thank you note was a lovely touch! I didn’t know they had grooming services and now I have scheduled an appointment for our golden retriever. Hopefully he’ll be as satisfied as I was! ???? Update: Cody had his spa day and loved it! He smells and looks great! Thank you, Dominique!

1st time yesterday and I love this location worth the drive and toll from another location I use to go to. The store was clean and the staff OMG were the nicest and most professional and helpful group of workers I've experienced in a long time. I can't remember the manager's name but Wow, good customer service and so pleasant. Thank you for your assistance with me and my Golden Retriever I brought in for a bath and he loved the bakery dessert treat especially the bagel lol

Took my dog here for a bath and had to wait for others to be done first. The staff member made sure to pay attention to when the other customer got done so that I can bathe my dog in a timely manner. I appreciate him making us feel valued. Also, there is a great selection of products and I like how I can donate cat food at the register.

Good little place to get pet supplies. Only complaint is they don't carry some of the more major brands and tend to carry quite a few that you've never heard of.

They were very helpful and had everything I need for besties new kitty! We will be going back with our pups to use the tubs to wash our big boys, it looks like a great spot with fresh towels and plenty of room!

I truly love this place, I been coming here for over 2yrs and can say this place always makes me feel like my money means a lot. By that I mean I always get the best prices on what I buy and if by some chance you find it cheaper on chewy’s website they will price match that product if they have it in store. There always giving out the 25% off coupon which is another bonus on what you buy. The staff has always been polite and informative when ever I had a question about something. I live 5 min from pet smart but always travel the extra 20 minutes to this place for my products because again I feel my $$$ is more lasting here. If you never been here before I encourage you to give this place a try. And if you can donate a can a dog food and cat food !!!

Really awesome store they have a pet wash station that you can take your dog to and wash him yourself which I think is nice. It's only ten bucks a wash but my suggestion is to get the 25 dollar card it's a better deal just ask one of the employees and they'll let you know which one it is it's a bit on the pricey side but it's really good quality thing and high end foods and they have a very wide selection they also have some treats on the front of the store which are pretty good as well for pets check it out for yourself it's a nice place and very clean!!

I took the dog ???? for a bath ???? and he would not cooperate - and it is not the fault of the store - I had a short time and the dog wanted to stay dirty. Life is interesting.

On Friday, I tried Pet Supplies Plus curbside service for the first time. It was very easy to order online. Shortly thereafter, I received a call and an email that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, Becky came out with my items and was extremely friendly. This was a great experience. I highly recommend PSP and their curbside pickup services.
