The owner is wonderful I happen to just be very frustrated that day and she was very very sweet and the girl that did the dog was amazing it wasn't my dog and it was a mess and she made him beautiful thank you so much for helping that poor animal out.

This place is wonderful! I have two rescues: a chocolate lab who was abused and scared of people and a hound mix who is very difficult when having his nails trimmed. Elise, Marcelo and staff are always very accomodating and efficient and handle my dogs extremely well when other places haven’t been able to. I’m so glad to have found this place and will never go anywhere else!

Friendly staff , who care and listen about how you want your pet groomed. My friends cat came back with very soft fur after his bath.

We brought our large dog here to get her nails clipped. She HATES having her paws touched and her nails clipped so we were worried that it may be a problem. We were in and out in less than five minutes and they did a great job. Our dog's nails have never looked better! If they can handle our big baby, they can handle anything!

I was a nervous wreck having never had to have a cat groomed before. Bonnie was exceptional. Will definitely recommend them and when needed will continue to use them for all my animals.

My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area and wanted to get our 2 cats groomed before moving them into their new home. I called a few places which were all booked months out. Pawllywood offered to stay after closing the day I called to accommodate us. Our cats look wonderful and we are so pleased with the excellent customer service we received. We’ll be back for all our cats grooming needs!????

I have been taking my toy Maltipoo to Pallywood for four years, they do a good job grooming, but recently, the time they take to get my 10 lb dog groomed is absurd (4 hrs). When I call to find out how long before they will finish, Elise(the owner) has an attitude even to get an estimated time. All you hear is, "we will call you when we are finished." I made an appointment for noon for full grooming, and at 2:40 pm, I called to get an estimated time and was met with an attitude. It was close to three hours, and they were unable to give an estimated time. Another day, I dropped my dog off at 11 am and called around 3:45 to find out what time they expect her to be done. As usual, I was told each dog takes 3-4hrs, and they will call. The time was close to the 4-hour window, and they still could not give me an estimated time. What is the purpose of making an appointment?? I do not live in the area, so I often called when I'm still in that location to know when my dog will be ready. When I mentioned the ridiculous time it takes, Elise told me I sometimes cancel the same day :-). I'm not sure if she is trying to make an excuse for overbooking, but she failed to realize I've been a customer for four years, and I do have to cancel when it's beyond my control. I've also offered to pay her when I cancel the same day. JENNIFER was great with my dog and never took this long to get her groomed, but she no longer works there :-(. I will NEVER take my dog there again or refer anyone else to them.

Took my cat in for grooming and was super happy with the outcome. He was trimmed nicely and smelled amazing, as my previous groomer left him choppy but not the case here. This was the first time trying Pawllywood, and I will definitely come again. They helped with so many suggestions as my cat would go to the groomers regularly but the last appt we had was super traumatizing and I hadn’t taken him anywhere since then. Here, they took very good care of him and gave him breaks so he wouldn’t get too worked up. Great place to bring your pet!

Brought my dog in for grooming and they said it would take 3-4 hours to groom him. I waited almost 5 hours and when I called them they said he’d been done. They never called me .....I had to call them. Very disappointed with their service!! People’s time is valuable and when I complained they accused me of being rude and saying obscenities... unacceptable!!! There are lots of great groomers out there and now am using another groomer who is very professional and accommodating!!

Earlier in the day I wrote a post regarding Pawllywood. They see my post and they called me right away showing concern for my dog they want me to bring her in to have a medicated bath I really appreciate them taking the time and being concerned about my dog that we were on the phone discussing the situation and the lady the owner she really cares and she's really concerned about my dog precious so she reassured me that the shampoo they use is high quality she wants to make the situation right I really am appreciative of genuine concern that they have for my dog my baby so I just wanted to say thank you and again this may be an isolated incident but thank you probably would for reaching out contacting me caring being concerned it is greatly appreciated that you guys really feel concerned for people's pets that they're their babies that they're their family and it's appreciated thank you

We took our pup here for her very first grooming appointment. The team at Pawllywood did a fantastic job with the dog as well as informing us of the process. Will be coming back soon for another haircut soon, thank you!

this was the first place to accept our pet since covid-19. she was walking around here visiting her siblings with too much fur on her body. so glad they were open to shaving her????

Was going to wag n wash but rude service turned me away. I walked into this place to test out the water and I was impressed! Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice! Will be going here for now on!

Owner is very good. She groomed my Puli. She was able to start the dread locks on her. Very kind and informative. My dog came back happy.

Specifically said, do not fluff or shape the dog's hair, just shave it all evenly. The dog was fluffed and shaped. Paid $95 for exactly what i didn't want. EDIT: The owner contacted us a few days later and apologized and offered a free shampoo. I appreciated that tremendously and have updated my rating from 1 star to 3. Although it wasn't what i wanted for a haircut, i appreciate the attentiveness.

Ok so I thought all the 5 star reviews had to be a sham lol but now I see its well earned!! I had a horrible experience with the first groomer I took her to in NJ (Larchmont Animal Hospital) they completely traumatized my cat so I was weary about even trying to groom her again but they were excellent and took their time Elise and her husband are wonderful you guys have a customer for life and Zeyna says thank you ???? ❤

I took my Pomeranian in to get a trim and nail cut. He’s a bit aggressive but the owners were so great with handling him. He came out so happy and I was definitely satisfied with how his cut came out. This will be my spot from now on! Loved this place

Pawllywood Grooming is the only place I will take my Golden Retriever to for grooming. They are amazing, and extremely knowledgeable on how to groom every breed of dogs there are. Pawllywood is phenomenal. They also groom cats.

My Mimi (Pomeranian pup), finished with a beautiful, teddy bear, haircut. She looked like a different Mimi when I picked her up! Great, kind, and attentive staff, and I'm so happy to have found this salon. I highly recommend.
