While the store is great, the supply chain has hit pet food isles. A third less selection with empty shelves.

A dear friend took her dog for grooming and they treated her and the dog with fully disrespect. I am in shock!! We need to make everyone aware that even though it was one employee who did that it affects the overall reputation of the location!!

Very expensive. Their groomers are a disappointment. Hot and cold. When they are cold it's 26 feet of ice!

Waited 4 hrs to have my dog groomed and asked why and the stylist told me that walk ins come first never again will I go there

Good service. Good variety of animal, fish and bird products. No long waiting. Customer service very nice and helpful. Near ShopRite and Kohl's in the same as shopping center.

My puppy attends Puppy Day Camp there and every single one of the staff there are simply amazing. I'm thankful and grateful for them and this location.

Took my maincoon here the other night for his first grooming experience and they found fleas on him:(. They had to stop the service due to the fleas but recommended what the buy to treat him and take care of this problem. I am very thankful at how knowledgeable they were in pointing me in the right direction to take care of the fleas. We have never experienced this before and were shocked our baby had fleas! We had so many questions as to how he could have gotten them since he is an indoor cat and so is our other cat. The staff answered all of our questions and explained how no matter how clean a house may be, fleas can still enter a clean house through the tiniest of cracks or come in the home on us and jump onto them. I am very thankful they found them as we would have never known! Thankfully, we are treating both cats with the great recommendation of the topical ointment to get rid of the fleas and now, just 3 days later they have seemed to clear up! I am upset that they left him soaking wet after his bath but I understand their policies on having to stop grooming animals with fleas. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Disappointed in the customer service and grooming salon. They found one flea while washing my cat and then left him soaking wet. Mind you it is 44 degrees outside! How can you not finish ! My poor kitty was shivering ! SOAKING WET HE WAS!

I bought fishes for grandchildren acuario and they still use the same system to write the SKU with a marker on the plastic bag and takes for ever and then was a long checkout line.

Went here for grooming our puppy. They are more expensive than Petco and take much longer (2 hours) when Petco takes 35 minutes. PetSmart also didn't brush him at the end. Still come here for essentials if needed, but for grooming I would recommend looking elsewhere.

New review. I just bought cosequin DS fory 15year old dog. This is a joint and bone supplement and this ismy third day using it. Her legs are no longer shaking and she's already showing ALOT of improvement. I 100% recommend this product and this store. They match the retail price for you to give you the best deal as well

This Petsmart was pretty cool. All of the tanks were crystal clear. The animals seemed happy. The shelves well stocked.

Great place to take your dog ???? while shopping. Many treats are low on the shelves so your pup can sniff all they want!! Your pup may even pick out a treat that they want to take home!!

Has some cool stuff that you can't get in the UK. Enjoy visiting here when I'm in NJ. Good prices on reptile stuff compared to other places too.

Grooming Salon is awful. Salon manager was to bussy on her cell phone and when she finally got off her cellphone she has a very nasty attitude with a fake customer service voice. She also makes it very clear she does not want to groom dogs. I have been in this salon many times and she is either complaining about how she doesn't want to groom dogs or on her cell phone. Sam was very understanding of my hype pitbull and I'm happy with the services she provided for his bath.

Always clean and great customer service, their employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable!
