Good attention from the staff and the dr.

I will never go anywhere else. These people were so kind, and caring. They didn't ask for money until after the visit. The vet was very patient, honest, and kind. He answered all of my annoying questions even about my other pet, and thoroughly explained everything to me. I have anxiety, and everyone was so nice it helped me be at ease. They were honest about thier prices, and professional. They looked at my cat and gave her antibiotics for 117$ I'm so grateful to have found them.

The most unprofessional staff for the exception of one staff member(Crystal). My wife took our cat for an exam because he had diarrhea a week before (which we already solved before this appointment). Found that he has stomatitis gingivitis. Dr. Cara Bunning said we needed to do a full extraction , which will cost 1.2k and proceeded to schedule an appointment WITHOUT our consent. My wife stopped them , then called me. When I asked the Dr. Cara Bunning about the examination and the possible options , she was very rude , kept interrupting me , and said she had no time to explain the exact details with possible other solutions. If you care about your animals and want a Vet who cares about their customers and pets, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. Dr. Cara Bunning is the most unprofessional vet. Reply: Ms. Bunning you completely dismissed me when I called while on lunch at work (not driving). For the record HE (my cat) has been eating , playing, even pooping just fine with no pain. Even is giving me 0 problems treating and cleaning his gums. You can no longer be my vet, because we chose that. We wish you the best, and hopefully you learn to treat customers with respect if you want respect.

Loved it. Very nice people and the place is peaceful to bring your pet.

Appreciate vets attention to my concerns regarding my cavachon. His behind reeked and he frequently vomits his food. Vet recommended prescribed dog food no chicken or beef diet. Hopefully this works as the vet didn’t want to prescribe him meds if not needed. Really appreciate that!

I love the service here!!! Every time I bring Max he gets the proper care and attention from the Doctor and nurses.They always give me the best advice and always tell me prices upfront incase I cannot afford it. Thank you so much guys!!! I truly appreciate it you guys and so does Max!!!!

Absolute gem of a clinic. 1000/10 for all staff members. Everyone is very accommodating and professional. I'd bring all my dogs here even if i lived in Alaska. Doctors are super knowledgable and friendly. I recommend them to all my family and friends. I feel like they genuinely care about my animals well being.

I love Crystal. I love Dr. B..They are all amazing. They take good care of my dog Brooklyn when I take her. They are simply the BEST!

They have decent prices and very nice staff

We visited here about three years ago. Good services. Now if you call, they polited ask if they can put u on hold. 15 mind later they pick up. Once they begin to talk to you and they are good. Very responsive to our questions. I called three times, each time, waited 10 to 15 mins. But it appears only one person answering the calls.

This place says they are a value but they are not they are way too expensive for the bronx they should probably move to the upper eat side in the city because we can’t afford your prices

Had great visit at the Value Veterinary Clinic. SERVICE WAS FAST and very CARING toward my pooch Teddy.I would definitely suggest this to other pet lovers.

Wanted to leave a great review bc I had agreat first visit, but on my third I felt like they were just fishing for money. Their website says the service I needed required at MOST two visits and leaving my 3rd they scheduled me for a 4th!!!! On my second visit, the vet assistant told me because of the age of my kittens that I needed to get ANOTHER booster for their feline vaccines. Then when I left the 3rd visit they said that i needed to wait another week for the rabies shot. For a place called “value veterinary”, I do not sense the value, I think they ask people to come back time and time again so that they can keep charging wellness exam fees, when all they do is cuddle your pet for 5 minutes.

Dr. Fraticelli is a great, caring vet and staff is excellent. Be prepared for a wait though.

Always very friendly and professional. My pets have seen two vets there, both very knowledgeable. They explain everything thoroughly and answer any concerns you have. You don’t feel rushed as in other locations.

The Vets are very patient and understanding. Amazing service and prices. My buddy is always happy here and healthy thanks to Value Vet. UPDATE: I have recommended friends and family and are also happy, patients for life, thank you!

The most unprofessional Veterinarian clinic!! I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. I had an appointment and it was confirmed three days ago and when I arrived I was told there were 4-5 dogs ahead of me. Keep in mind I was the only one in the waiting area. As I’m speaking with the receptionist about how unacceptable that is for me another (employee) to the left of me interrupted our conversation. I specifically said to the women you’re interrupting our conversation and it’s a bit rude and she says (YOU'RE TALKING ME NOW) extremely ghetto. The end result was there 4-5 dogs ahead of me and there’s nothing they can do. I will never return to this place. I took off of work and moved so many things around to be at that appointment on time and I felt very disrespected the way I was spoken too. Also the receptionist stated that the doctor had an emergency but they left the message on my voicemail at 12:48pm my appointment was for 1pm. Completely unprofessional and ghetto wouldn’t recommend anyone take their pets there.

I actually really love this place and the people who work here from the receptionists to the assistants to the actual veterinarians. They are so kind, patient, and truly care about the pets that come in. However, my concern has been in regards to the pricing they advertise for vaccinations and exams. If you go on their website, it looks like they are very transparent about costs for kittens. It says that they would only need two visits. It was not explained to me as to why I had to bring my kitten in 3 times (always told he's perfectly healthy!) and I had to pay more than advertised. Maybe they should update their website if it is out of date. Also, it can be difficult to reach someone to make an appointment whether it is by phone or the app. Despite that I still think they're worth having to call a few times to get your pet seen.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with my new puppy. Everyone there is extremely sweet and cares about the well-being of your pet. Definitely recommend.

There are no words to express how grateful I am for this Veterinary. They did an AMAZING job, putting my worries to rest for my Maxx on 7/26/21. Maxx never allows anyone to touch him except me, however they showed Maxx love and care and he was so relaxed, I never seen him like this with anyone...lol. They are affordable, Professional. and all around a GREAT Veterinary. I absolutely love Value Veterinary Clinic. Everyone at this Veterinary was so kind, caring and professional. Thank you so much. Dr. Bunning you are the BESTEST.

We had a pet emergency and no one else would see us. We arrived at the clinic frantic with our dog that was not responsive. They ushered him in without hesitation and started the procedures he needed before heading to a pet hospital in Yonkers. He is doing great and we have Value Clinic to thank for that!!

I had an appt today with my dog which I’ve been waiting for now what is a little over two weeks to get his 10-12th week vaccination & I went over just to see that the place was closed, no one called to reschedule, it doesn’t say they’re closed on Mondays, plus I have my appt card that they gave me and today is the right date and time what is going on ? This was so unprofessional of them to do smh!

I think this clinic is super friendly, super reliable and affordable. They genuinely love animals and want the best for their furry patiences ????????
