Just started about 4 visits now and so far so good. Very professional. I truly believe this is where we will stay .

My pomeranian has found love at Tri-Boro Animal Hospital. When Aristocrat arrives for her appointment she immediately starts barking at the exam room entrance as if she's calling her Dr. Aristocrat broke her paw a few weeks previously we immediately took her to the "high end" extremely pricey Animal Hospital. Before they examined her I had to drop almost $250. After the examination they splinted her leg and told me she had to have surgery which I was quoted $6500!!!! I took her to Tri-Boro not once was surgery mentioned. My furbaby was treated with care and professionalism. Originating from the Animal Hospital my baby's paw got infected. Of course Triboro immediately took care of her. 2 months later Aristocrat is completely healed. No surgery was needed. Yes we are in love. As we were leaving for our last appointment I was a little sad because we would not be seeing our Tri-Boro family weekly. I highly recommend taking your furbaby to Tri-Boro. The staff took very good care of my dog. They immediately knew what he had and treated him accordingly. They even called me a couple of days later to see how he was doing

This was my first time visiting Triboro Animal Hospital and it was a great experience. If you are looking for someone who actually cares about your pet and will give you prices that are more than fair look no further! The doctor has superb bedside manner and isn’t just looking to do the most expensive thing on the menu and take you for all you have like other vets in the Bronx. Do yourself and your furbaby a favor and make your appointment here.

I love this place. I've taken our two cats and dog there since they were babies. Always have a great experience. The Dr. and the assistants are amazing. Give you thorough explanations. Unexpected costs up front not after and also very honest. Let you know if it's something that can wait or needed right away. If you're only coming in for shots, you only pay for the shots. There is no office visit fee if that is all u came in for. Have recommended other ppl and they have received the same wonderful care.

My pups had a terrible flu /virus/ cold and all they kept doing was coughing and were not eating. Doc and staff took great care of my pups and treated them like their own. Pups are doing way better and I will keep going back

I do not recommend this location unless you want to spend more money than you have to for a sketchy visit in a sketchy looking place.

I was looking for an place to get my puppy spayed with my budget. I called ten different vets. Had 4 week waits, expensive unnecessary required initial visits, and expensive procedures. Triboro, while a little more of a commute, was able to book the surgery my surgery over the phone and was more affordable than the other places. When I got there, the front desk nurse and doctor and staff were all very friendly and made me feel extremely happy to have chosen this vet. The lead doctor did his exam and quoted me while I was in the room which was extremely awesome. They held my dog overnight and I picked her up in the morning. The same staff was there to help with everything to make things easy! I’m so grateful for Triboro I recommend them to anyone.

This animal hospital is good ,cause i had an emergency for my doggie and they took him first thing early in the morning the very next day.. They were very attentive to him. Thanks guys !!????????

I go to this location Because Its Convenient But Each & EveryTime Im in the examination Room I Wonder Why...The Doctor Spends More Time Quoting His Prices My Option Visits Are Always Rushed I Pay Way to Much Money For Such a RUSHED VISIT THE STAFF ARE OKAY BUT DR WILLIAM I feel as if he lacks empathy towards The Situation At hand And today He Cut my Dog Nail to Short And It Bleed We didn't Even Receive A Sorry!!!!!

Love this place! They were caring and Thorough.

My cat suddenly became ill with vomiting and diarrhea. He was also foaming at the mouth. I called Triboro Animal Hospital and they told me to come in immediately as a walk in. The receptionist was very nice and professional. When I arrived there were quite a few patients waiting so I filled out the paperwork and waited outside. The receptionist called me on my phone when I was next and the wait was not long at all. Dr Marienberg was very efficient, polite and detailed . He examined my cat and treated him based on his symptoms and medical history. I was satisfied with the service, the price was pretty reasonable and I’m happy to say my cat Snowy has recovered with an injection for vomiting and diarrhea as well as the antibiotics which was prescribed for him. My normal veterinarian is very far so I brought him here because it was close to home and I needed immediately care for Snowy. I recommend this veterinarian and I’m considering changing over to this location as my permanent veterinarian.

Clean facility and professional caring staff. Dr. Marienberg is an excellent Veterinarian. Highly recommended. There is also a parking lot.

This is a wonderful place. It's obvious that Dr. Marienberg really cares about your pet. I started taking my older cat here (who has had a lot of health issues) a couple of years ago and continue to be impressed by the care he receives.

They don't frequently answer the phone and their voice mailbox is always full, so they don't return calls. Their facilities are a little run-down and depressing, although they appear to be clean. The vet staff is very nice, and the leading veterinarian obviously cares about his practice (so much so that he will call you personally if you write a negative review). The people at reception on the other hand are not very competent, and have given me false information in the past: I was told on the phone that they did 3-year rabies vaccines only to find out (after carrying my dog on the bus across town) that they only do 1-year vaccines. I also needed to call four times to get the serial number and manufacturer of the vaccine for my dog license (information that my previous vet included on my payment receipt).

The doctor and all staff were phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The waiting room and exam rooms were clean. The doctor gave me a magnet to help me remember the phone number and address. Lots of informative posters around. But the staff can also answer any questions you may have. Great experience and I look forward to continuing care for my pup there. ❤️

My kitty Bloo was very sick and eventually put to sleep. Despite making a difficult decision, the staff at Triboro were comforting, attentive and compassionate. Thank you for caring.

Great Doctor and very fair pricing

Horrific experience with Tri-boro Animal clinic. Don't get me started on the staff especially the female tech who was talking over the doctor, very ghetto and not trained in customer service. I will be seeking better care and professionalism else where. Just to make anyone aware the doctor couldn't even figure out a basic yeast/ fungal skin infection until we had seeked a dermatology specialist who identified it as a simple infection any well trained licensed vet can diagnose. Red flag for sure after i had spent close to thousands of dollars with triboro animal hospital for nothing but a referral for something that a regular vet was able to diagnose. Also be careful of getting any medication from the doctor he jacks up his prices 3 to 4 times the actual price to profit himself. Do your research people before any medicine is given and ask for a prescription instead. Get your meds fron Chewy, 1800petmeds, allivet or even walmart.com. This doctor is a real scam artistist and for sure. His lack of empathy reflects also jn the people he hires. I'm an animal lover and for sure these people are not in the right business. Stay away from this vet clinic. The life of your animal is more important than convenience. BEWARE!!!!

Tri-Boro Animal hospital is the best and most reliable clinic I have been to. I’ve been coming here with my cat for the last two years and I always look forward to coming in. I trust the staff because they are so compassionate in what they do. The communication with the doctor and the rest of the staff is awesome. They handle each of my concerns really well. Prices weren’t as bad as other places also.
