I had a deplorable experience with this pet shop and the owner. The owner suggested for me to buy Oxy Momma for my dog to help produce more milk, within 30 min my dog threw up. I asked the owner since he suggested the product if I can switch it out for something different and refused to accommodate me. I will no longer support this small business, refer or purchase another item from this over charged pet shop. They also lied as theres an opportunity for the shop to get a refund directly from the supplier which who confirmed this pet shop is their customer. They would not bother calling and said that is not their supplier. Bad business altogether.

I left my dog in the morning and she was not groomed. The groomers couldn’t make up their mind on who was going to groom my dog therefore she was left there all day in the cage. I was never notified or asked to pick up my dog. Moving forward if there’s a difference or disagreement , the store should notify owner . If there’s not enough spot, the store should communicate with the pet owner. Never bringing my dog here again.

I was there for the first time and it won't be my last. I had my chihuahua's nails clipped and filed.....The young lady handled him with care and did a fabulous job..

It's dark and cluttered in here. I hope one day they consider a renovation to make it a truly happy place. Aside from the layout, I appreciate coming here. They're always friendly and willing to help. Good selection of products I could very well buy at a major retailer— but I prefer to shop local when I can ;)

Great place to take your pets. Do not go to Maria groomer she's a rip off and they take the entire day.

Unfortunately it comes to my attention that my neighbors dog has suffered a injury there. I've been going in-and-out of this place for some time and I always notice different groomers. It's sad to know that just anyone can walk in this place and actually become a groomer and injure someone's dog. What started off as a grooming job end up getting the dog's tongue clipped halfway. This is what happens when you try to save an extra dollar. It's unfortunate that the old man's shop has to go through this. I guess we can blame his son for this who's actually always there drinking and smoking inside the store. These groomers should be monitored no matter what. Imagine if this was your dog.

Love this place! They have specials for the bigger breeds to be pampered... my baby Dash gets a full shampoo, nails clipped, ears cleaned all for $35 on Wednesday's!

My mom came to this place with an appointment and the attendant told her they had too many dogs after she made trip. However My sis in law brought her dog here and her dog was cut multiple times in the skin. While she was making a formal complaint someone called the cops on them becasue of a similar issue. Beware! If you love your pet take them somewhere with great customer service and licensed groomers. Good luck

Owners are cool people but they crowd this place up. Groomers often call out my dog was in this place 10 & 1/2 hours because they were understaffed,however they still overbooked it doesnt fail they do this often. I prefer good customer service ,quality over quantity.Is not fair to the dogs to stay so long without eatting thirsty and afraid,yes sime dogs get anxiety . They dont care they only seem interested in $$$. Ramons grooming area is filthy cages are rusty and is so dirty in there looks like a sweatshop. The owners should check him this is unacceptable!
