Everything is tooooo expensive....... Grooming is overpriced... please someone help those poor birds... is it even legal to have so many birds in a cage... I told the man who was cleaning the cages that one bird looked really sick and he told me he is just fine

Please update your website Your time schedule an its frustrating when your trying to get something for your animal But when your in their the service is good

horrible and inrresposible place waited 5 hours for my dog to be groomed i was the first one and never got groomed

I left my dog on 8/19/2021 BTW 11am-12pm. No complaints with grooming services but from that time till now 7:25pm I wasn't informed that they don't feed the dog. It would have been more humane to at least inform so that I can get him fed if I brought food for such a long wait and I called more than 3-4times to check up if it was ready to be picked up. Horrible service and won't be referring or bringing my dog here to starve.

Not enough pet toys and millet for birds. Kinda dirty with tiny flying bugs

They cut my dogs skin while grooming her !! They were unprofessional two teenage boys who did not know what they were doing

Not a fan. this will be an emergency place i go to for dig stuff. But im more so Dissapointed because Firstly, why is it sooo hot in there? it's damn there summertime. Animals can't be too hot they will overheat. I took my puppy here to get a nail trim. They cut too deep and he ended up bleeding as we were walking out. I turned around so fast. They had to put the powder on it to stop the bleeding. I was mad because I just gave him a bath. I will never bring my baby here again.

I only have good things to say. I bought my fur baby twice here for his grooming. He was taken good care of. I love his cut. I also purchased a few things for him and on both occasions I was helped and explained with patience. Thank You All!!!????????????

I came here a few months ago to get my dog groomed and I left a review that obviously they didn’t like so they took it down. People need to know how horrible this place is. I took my dog and the receptionist told me if my dog gets rough they will put him to sleep and charge me an extra $40. I was literally about to talk out the door when the owner assured me my dog will be fine and he screamed at the guy for telling me the groomer will put my dog to sleep. I trusted the owner so I ended up leaving my dog. I came back to my dog scared and not even groomed properly. They didn’t even do any hair cutting, teeth brushing, or even nail trim. They even gave him back to me wet. I hate this place and for them to delete my review is beyond petty. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Ive used this place before and it was great. Changed owners and now its horrible. Showed the groomer what I wanted explained it and everything. Come back and my dog’s hair its all chopped up and its just horrible. Never going there again. Think twice before taking your canine there if you love them.

I’ve brought my dog here before and it was good for the price. But today I brought her in and you could tell the new stylist didn’t know what he was doing because I told him I wanted a Lions cut, and he didn’t know what that was. So I just told him to give her a haircut. She came out all chopped up, for some reason he cut her whiskers on one side of her face but not the other. And she had What I could only explain as a rug marks, after you vacuum a carpet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Best place to get your dog groomed

No customer service at all. They completely ignored me, and took care of a guy who didn’t even purchase anything. When I went to pay for my items, the lady didn’t even say thank you for all of the items I purchased.

Typical pet store. Cleaner than most.

Food is pricey compared to petco which I understand since its a small business during covid but that poor turtle on the register! Proper care is having it in a large tank filled with water to swim around and a basking area with proper lighting. Not tiny tank where half its body is submerged 24/7 prone to infection and deficiencies. If yall dont know how to take care of your own pets why trust to take care of other people's babies.

Extremely rude people there. Took my dog to get her groomed and the lady was really controlling, looked like she did not want to work with animals. They’re also overcharging for the vaccines when you can get them for free or for a low price at the ASPCA clinic. Wouldn’t recommend taking your pets here.

I’ve always came here to buy my turtle food, but the last time I went, the new groomer was not a professional & should definitely get fired!! I witness something so hurtful. The dog he was shaving wouldn’t stop barking & I looked over to see the dog & I saw the groomer looked to see if anyone was looking ( he didn’t realize that I was watching & in that instinct he hit the Poor dog with the machine on his head. ????☹️

Clean and affordable place they hustle In a good way. If they dont have what you want they have It for you In less then 3 days

I've been coming here since they opened. They offer affordable grooming services. Be sure to specify how you'd like your dog to be shaved/trimmed or else they will just shave them (almost) bald. My dog comes home with cuts sometimes, please be gentile.... (They don't understand English well).

Good place to get pet products

The barbers are not professional dog barbers. They burned my dog so bad and said his hair was tangled and it wasn’t. They over did it so bad when I picked up my puppy he started crying. They were telling everyone the same story because they don’t know how to trim or cut properly. When I told manager she didn’t know what to say or do. Immediately gave me some team to put on him which was burning more. Never again. Barbers need to be trained.

Couture grooming is a pet shop that has expanded into grooming and now they have a veterinarian. That's what brought me there my daughter has a dog that has been having issues. I took her dog there. Her dog has been having anal glands issues for over a month. She took her dog to an emergency room hospital for animals. They did a number of test only to say her dog is fine but his anal glands were full. Anyway not the case. Back to couture grooming I saw the vet there and i was a little apprehensive at first but her dog was seen by the vet there and he is getting much better. I'll have more information in a week. When i will also post pictures.

Gave my dog a horrible haircut

I used to take my dog to this groomers because it was close, and they an okay job before But never again. They did a horriable job on my maltese. Shaved her hair so close that they gave her razor burns on both sides of her neck. Called them 3 hrs after i took her in to check the status and the man that answers doesnt understands english. Puts another man on the phone who understands english and he has an attitude and hung up on me. First groomers that I went to and they want you to pay upfront. Maybe because after the customer see the horrible job they do they wont want to pay.

The staff is very friendly and they have a decent selection for small dogs. choices aren't great for larger dogs though. Very high prices for seeming regular or offbrand dog supplies. I only go here on rare occasions when I am running really low on something or have an emergency. Whenever I do I'm always shocked at how much they are charging for things. Last thing I bought was a 5' nylon leash for about $35 when I could have gotten it elsewhere for much less..

Very nice place. Woman who attended me was very nice and helpful in getting my turtle food. Clean establishment that caters to your pet.
