Great customer service and fast grooming service, If not too busy they let me walk in, they don't bother about paperwork and they're done with my pups grooming within a few hours. Very affordable. And lots of beautiful items available for purchase that goes towards charity. Kim is a wonderful owner/groomer wouldn't go anywhere else.

We went for the first time with my puppy and unfortunately they cut off his parts, my baby does not stop crying, apart from the moment he left there he is very down and has diarrhea I am worried that they gave him something to allow him to cut his hair

They’re amazing!!! They groom my cat and my dog!! My cat has had surgery and his butt gets dirty very quickly, his groom was amazing and he looked so clean when he came home. Both of my pets have a lot of anxiety with grooming which makes the process really stressful and overwhelming for me. THIS PLACE HELPS A MILLION!! My dog had two bathroom accidents and Kim was so sweet about it even though I was mortified!! Stupid me didn’t even realize it was my own dog who went to the bathroom lol. I love this place and I’ll keep going forever. THANK YOU!!!

What a WONDERFUL experience we had! I have two dogs Harley and Ivy a pitbull mix and a Rottweiler/wiener dog. Kim and her staff were wonderful and friendly and the pups loved them. For the very reasonable price of $60 per dog they were sent home with bandannas and little treat goody bags so adorable. That included a nail cut your cleaning toothbrush bath and more! We have definitely found a new salon for our happy girls:)

While my boy was way over due for a visit I was very hesitant scheduling him anywhere fearing that they would not know how to properly cut him or be patient w him since he's never left our side since adopting him. Through the recommendation of a friend I called Kim and from the first 5 seconds of talking I felt instantly comfortable. She scheduled by boy for the next day. My mother in law took him since I had work. Coming home from work to see him so clean knot free and smelling delicious. Thank you so much for such a great service you def have forever customers with us.

I love bringing Queenie here. I’m so sad to be moving. The environment is always friendly and professional. Kimberly never disappoints. Even when I have no idea for a style, her ideas are always dead on. Recently I booked a last minute appointment for Queenie and Coco she took them both, and they both looked so amazing. This place is great! I made a last minute appointment which they gladly accepted. My dog was a scratchy itchy dry hairy mess abd he came back shiney clean and smelling amazing. He's a little difficult husky but he loves everyone in the shop. Cool people. Good vibes. Fair prices.

I always get my puppies done here. And yes when I mean puppies I call my dogs puppies. She’s been very good to us for a very long time.

I took my baby piggy today to get his first cut.. and needless to say it was amazing. Friendly staff, and my dog smells and looks amazing! No nips and cuts like other groomers I’ve had in the past. Found my doggies new groomer!

I saw all those great reviews and it’s obvious that none of them stayed to see how other pets are “pampered” I was just about to leave my dogs when I saw a silver/white dog being groomed and the poor thing must have been nicked by the machine twice, it yelped but no comfort was provided by the woman. She continued again and the poor dog almost hanged for a while with the contraption. I immediately exited the place. Another woman bringing her dog in says she didn’t care as she been going there for so long. My sympathy for the dogs. I didn’t lose money & I am not a disgruntled customer. I am however, a caring pet owner. I wouldn’t bring my babies even if it’s free. The older man there didn’t seem to care either just waved his hands like in whatever matter. Disgusting... wait for your dogs or stop unexpectedly to check on them. Not in any form a professional or caring dog grooming service. Some dogs looked happy but for how long will that last. Most likely bribed by treats and not love. Shameful place.

Our dog Roscoe gets matted very easily. Kimberly is always able to get him cleaned up and looking adorable!

I bring my two dogs, Buttons(schnauzer) and Vinny(pug) in and absolutely love the work they do. My pug sheds SO MUCH and with their de-shedding process he came back lighter and did not shed. They also always meet our request on how we like our Schnauzer groomed. I love that they remember our dogs and by name. Not many groomers care enough to even do that. I always recommend this place to friends who are looking for groomers.
