They Never answer the phone

I have literally waited on the phone to speak to someone for 2 hours and 1/2! This is terrible. This is the proof of my second call and I am still on hold!!!!!!!!

I have been calling for at least a week and I’m put on hold by an automated service to wait until my call is answered in the order it was received. I have held on the longest 20 minutes and still no one has picked up. I’m convinced no one picks up the phone here.

My dog has been going there for years. Some of the doctor's are great but it seems like the good one always leave. I've been trying to take my dog there but it keeps saying they are opened yet I go there and the place is closed. They really need to learn how to communicate with public and properly update their hours of operation. This is very unprofessional.

April 13 said was gonna open up not yet my cat needs her medication,you can't even leave a message wow this is insane.Not even give a heads up that the place was gonna close for a couple of weeks like this I could have came and picked up her refills.I'm so reporting this someone dropped the ball and messed up.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 2 years with my dog that suffers constant ear infections. All the vets at this clinic have treated my dog, but it was until Dr Burchman saw my dog that he’s ear infection disappear(knock on wood). I wouldn’t take my dog to no one else but Dr. Burchman. Thanks.!!

Dr. Albert Burchman was the vet for my Della the “IT” bull from 11weeks old, until her death at age 14, in 2017. There are NOT ENOUGH praises I could give this man, and the clinic in general. Per the usual accolades—kind, generous and caring—comes with the experience of being treated as the intelligent person I am. He had no problem explaining procedures, alternatives, showing me x-rays, and conversing with me as an equal concerning Della’s care. The best? If there was an issue he was not sure of, he had no problem confiding in his network of colleagues, to find an answer—the mark of a true professional, where concern trumps ego! I’m now in the process of adopting another dog and I certainly return to Dr. Burchman!

Dr Burchman treated all of my animals for 27 years. He is a true professional and covers all conditions of your pets. Marilyn his sister is just as nice. When my fur babies passed Dr Burchman felt my pain and comforted me as if I were family. When his beloved Pincher Bruce passed away I felt like I lost a family member. Yes his space is small yes sometimes you wait a long time to be seen however he is thorough. If an emergency pops up you will be pushed back until that situation is fixed. If you are impatient and in a rush DON'T GO THERE. If you want precise diagnosis of your pets and have time to wait then this is the place you need to be. He has a dedicated following within the community and he is loved. I wish there were more veterinarians like him.

Always take my dog here. Dr. Fish saw my dog today. This doctor is a gentleman and a scholar. He's a decent person also i highly recommend him.

I have been coming here for 11 years with my cats. It's affordable and 10 minutes away for me which is great. My cats get really stressed out coming to the vet, so I don't want a long commute. It can be very busy and the waiting area can be packed sometimes. Most of the staff there is nice and will help you if you stay patient enough. I will only see the owner Dr. Burchman to exam my cats. He knows his stuff and will tell you how it is, even if what he's saying is difficult news to accept. He is there to help, is always able to answer any questions or concerns you may have and always has a story to share.

The prices is ok, but the waiting is terrible!!!!

I was very satisfied with my first time here. I had an appointment at 3pm and was finished by 4pm. Dr. Moreo was very friendly and informative. She handled my baby, Gracie (cat) with care. Gracie was nervous at first but they made sure that she felt safe and comfortable. I liked that about them. The place is small which is a little annoying but the staff was very nice and helpful. Price was reasonable and affordable. This will be our new vet!

says you open at 9:30...its 9:50 and I keep getting an answering machine

There is favoritism in this place they come from the back to see who's is here and if the know you they push you paper work forward. I sat in this small for at least four hours before I was seen and at least two on a Tuesday.

Where can I begin...Dr. Albert Burchman and his staff are excellent! My Mother, Sisters, friends, and I have all had our pets taken care of for many many years with Dr. Burchman, his Vet staff, and his Grooming Staff. He is the consummate professional as well as the most decent priced vet in the Bronx and/or NYC! He shows his pride in caring for all animals and helps those who sincerely need it. I absolutely live his great big heart and demeanor! I just wish he had a bigger place as he is packed to the gills with furpets all day long even after he is supposed to close at 7pm, he sometimes closed well after 8 or 9 pm...He is the best along with all his staff!

Very good vet Albert, I’ve been coming here sense I was 13 years old with my grandma and now with mine ,there’s no better then him

Dr. Burchman is a very thorough Veterinarian. I was recommended to him and it was the best thing that could have ever happened for me and my pets. I only wish I could have gotten my BOOGIE to him, he may be still with me today. Dr. BURCHMAN cares about the animals and is very versed at his profession. I totally trust with the care of my dogs. After a few horrifying experiences with vets that I think were guessing when it comes to diagnosing the animals. Dr. BURCHMAN is a dream come true.
