There used to be many small pets (birds, fish, insects, rodents of all kinds, etc) at this location. My little kids really loved to go look at them. They have very few now, so call before going!

Prices are too high. Selection is limited. Customer service doesn't exist. Don't come here for cat food and you'll be very disappointed.

horrible lack of service---total employee indifference--obviously the store is poorly "managed"--order online and pickup in the store is a joke--curbside pickup? the employee picks up the phone and never answers-just leaves the line open--4 consecutive calls no response forcing you into the store to wait 10 minutes for pickup-I have been in the store when there were 12 people in line--1 register open--people had to squawk to get another register open--disgraceful lack of service or concern --time to go elsewhere

Per hospital service is not that great, they do have drop off service, but if you have an appointment at 9:45 your pet may not be seen until hours later.

Bought a hamster here for my kids. The employees were really helpful in picking a hamster, habitat, and other necessities for a small animal. I will definately be going back here to buy supplies f[r my hamster going forward.

Half the fish were dead, the cats and dogs were stressed, the betta we got was sick, and the stuff we got for it -- tank, filter, food, etc. -- all turned out to have something wrong with each, and they were the more expensive items too!

Always a great experience with the store and Banfield staff. Dr. Baker is amazing and treats my pet baby like family.

I would never go back to this place because I wanted my dog to be a little bit hair longer because of winter is coming his tail was butchered his chest was butchered and his eyes are red and they said that they couldn’t cut around his legs and I’ve been to another groomer and I’ve never had that problem

My dog was groomed at Bridgewater PetSmart yesterday afternoon. The groomer was Dana. After the grooming, both of my dog' eyes became red and watery/mucusy and he can barely open them. He is constantly blinking (around 1 blink/second) and shedding tears. He is lethargic, and he seems to be in a lot of discomfort. We will be taking him to the vet to figure out exactly what is wrong.

the last experience i had in the grooming section, i was dropping my young german shepherd and my cat at the same time. the lady who took my dog from me didn’t wait for me to be out of the room as i was still signing papers for my cat, as she continued to force my dog on the table and proceeded to get bit. had she waited the minute it would have taken me to leave so my puppy wasn’t staring at me as she’s getting forced to do something she didn’t want to do, i don’t think she would have had a problem. unprofessional and impatient i thought that was and now she’s not allowed back because of someone else’s mistake also don’t waste your money on the dog training. absolute joke and waste of time.

Dana and Jenni in the grooming salon are really awesome. I have two dogs that require a lot of grooming and are both large energetic dogs. They are so patient, caring and gentle with them. And they listen to any concerns you have. I highly recommend these two groomers.

Petsmart puppy training is just a waste of money at Petsmart. They promised 1 hr training and everytime it finished in 26/27 minutes. They promised “ refund for second session “ if kot satisfied. When we asked for refund we were told that the employee who promised us that doesn’t work there anymore so we won’t get any refund. We told them that we are not even 10% satisfied still the “ manager - miss Stephenie “kept us showing the board which says “ 100% satisfaction guarantee “ and she kept on repeating the same line which really annoyed me. Also we were told they are not responsible for what someone said at the time of registration,who doesn’t work there anymore. We are 100% dissatisfied

Unhappy with our beginner training. Seemed the young man had "emergencies " every weekend. Classes were push back several times and then there was a 2 week hiatus in which he never ever came in to work.. The final straw was the same day last week I got a phone call a half hour before class , stating he had another family emergency. I understand things happen but this was way too much to deal with on a constant weekly basis. I'm not sure how about the other services but my experience with the training was awful.

The workers seem to be pet owners, and I found them to be very welcoming and helpful. I wasn't really asking for help, just browsing crates, and I got a run down on them all

disappointed in today’s service, showed up for Luna’s appointment and then being told “someone called me to cancel the appointment” had no missed calls. It’s a mission getting my dog to the store, specially being pregnant! As I walk out of the store the text message comes through that they cancelled my appointment. What I don’t understand if someone called how come my appointment wasn’t cancelled then? If I would have received that text message I would have called the store myself before heading to it, by the way awful management! The manager walked into the grooming salon saying who’s starting up on the fire. I never asked for a manager I didn’t even know about the cancellation then I realized when she came to me that it was regarding this. Very unprofessional, I decided I am never coming back here the lack of empathy. Made my appointment over at petsco!
