Tina, the manager in the grooming salon is magical! ABSOLUTELY the BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES!!! caring, efficient and skillful.. a straight gifted talent in grooming! If i could give them 10 stars i would... unfortunately, there is only 5!

This is a newer petsmart, no bad experiences here as I go to this one the most for my pet needs. Team members are always pleasant and helpful and they always have what I need.

Overall, great experience - staff is friendly and the store is clean. That said, the location isn't easy to access from NB Route 1, driving through the strip mall parking lot. Likewise, the store has too much merchandise leading to a claustrophobic experience compared to newer PetSmart stores.

I live in PA and I work in NJ, let me tell you this PetSmart is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The price is very good, and they always have what i need for my to kittens.

Always the best costumer service. Love that they work hand in hand with adoption centers to find animals their forever home. We have three cats and do all of our shopping here for our pets.

Average service, phone calls are not attended patiently. One of phone attender At 7pm from pet section didn't even hear me and keep saying call tomorrow even though the shop is open till 9pm. I did $50 grooming they cut the hairs nicely but they didn't cut the nails. I wanted to call and inform but no one listened or paid attention to me.

The young lady in the tropical fish Dept. is so nice and friendly and knowledgeable about tropical fish. I believe her name is Shaniya was very helpful in picking out fish for my two aquariums. Ten times better than another pet store I recently visited.

Usually come here for a few things the usual pet necessities but I also bought my son Parakeet from here. I don't know what Breeders they choose but my son bird is a real Angry Bird! We had him for 4yrs.. Anyway they hardly have a wide selection of pet's like the other Pet Smart hardly ever have reptiles. The people are cool but the variety sucks. Too bad they closed our South Brunswick Pet Smart down.

I bought 5 fishes yesterday evening… 2 of them died overnight. This is not the first time it happens and it makes me very upset to know that they are selling sick fishes. I decided to give them a second chance and this happened.
