Line to check out is always so long running down the middle of the store because they always have only 1 cashier. Feel bad for that cashier. I don't visit here that much. I now go to Petco not far from there. They usually have 2 or 3 cashier's making checking out an easier process

I love this place! My dog Ember is welcome there, and they have a decent variety. There is always sale and clearance products. They have assigned areas for this but you also can find them as you are shopping. I find it well-organized. The employees are always nice, in my experience. The only complaint I have is that rude and lazy customers let their pets urinate and then leave it there. Who are the actual animals here? Anyway, PetSmart offers grooming and now online training which I thought was quite proactive and forward thinking as I am sure many folks look to them for affordable training and Covid has interfered with the usual process. Good for you PetSmart! The variety of food and treats is huge and meds and tools of every sort are on display. Dont forget all the clothes and awesome leashes,collars and harnesses, poop bags and toys. Same goes for kitties and our even smaller pets. Yes, there are Halloween costumes for Guinea Pigs! Of course there are!

I know the supply shortage is hitting everyone. But with that in mind I found the selection of flea and tick spray for dogs slim. They only offer 3 brands as shown on the shelf stickers. Even if they were out of stock I thought they would offer at least double that amount

I was in pet smart on Thursday 9/23/21 around 5:00pm. I wanted to get goldfish for my pond. I was waited on by an associate named Caitlyn. She was the nastiest person i have ever been helped by. I was kneeling in front of the tank and she slammed the plastic carrier they put the fish in right in front of my face. She was catching the fish and slamming them into the glass. She then took the bag and was spinning it to put the rubber band on . I said to her. Hey caitlyn I want those fish to live. We were going to buy more fish but after this horrible experience we left. We are in there at least twice a week. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store. This person should not be working with any living things. She is a horrible nasty person.

Based on customer service & employee knowledge about product... My biggest issue is there could be 6 people in line, but only 1 register open and the employee at the register won't call for help. There should be another register open at all times waiting for people to check out. This problem existed prior to Covid 19. I'm moving to chewy.com for my pet supplies.

Nice selection of pet supplies and very pet friendly and knowledgeable on a variation of animals and species... They can be a little pricey than other pet establishments, such as Petco or Walmart…. Always good to compare prices!

We used the Banfield veterinary services. They were awesome. They offer a monthly payment arrangement for all inclusive veterinary services.
