My dog loves it there! The only reason I took 1 star away is because they sometimes do not answer the phone or door outside of typical drop off/pick up times.

I am so happy to have found Woof Woof! Nothing makes my dog happier than going to daycare… as shown in the photo :) We have also benefited so much from the group training classes. I am so so so so grateful to the Woof Woof staff for taking such great care of my girl and treating her like family. ❤️

Had an appointment to pick up my dog around 530pm. Showed up at 4pm. No one was in the office. Waited outside for 30 minutes. Called several times. Knocked on both doors... nothing. Concerning because there were several dogs howling inside. Edit: thanks for your response; it was vague and unconvincing. We were parked by the side entrance and could see through and over the fence. There were clearly no dogs or staff outside. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I imagine staff would drive there as the staff member who met us arrived in a car. Furthermore we paid for doggy daycare till 5 pm, not for our dog to be in a crate.

Everyone is very caring about the dogs. Also very helpful ☺

I've utilized their grooming and wasn't disappointed. You can tell everyone's a dog lover. It's just a lovely place with a backyard playground. Ginja let's me know when she's bored. Throwing clothes on as I jump out of bed chasing her thru the yard at 5am as she crunches on my remote is not my favorite pastime... Nor my neighbors greatest entertainment. That never happens on school days... But by Sunday... I'm calling priests for an exorcism.

We recently adopted a puppy and needed help with her training and socialization and Woof Woof has been a great resource. Our trainer is always very flexible with scheduling and responsive if we have any follow up questions. The lessons learned have also been a huge help in creating a better relationship with our pup and bringing more structure to our life with her. As far as daycare, we can't get our pup out of the car fast enough before she sprints to the door. She loves getting to play with the other dogs and we feel comfortable knowing that each dog is evaluated for specific age and temperament groups as well as vaccinations and vet checkups. She comes home at the end of the day tired from a day of play and it helps tremendously to curb her puppy frustrations and energy. We're thankful to have Woof Woof near our home and so it our puppy!

While my dog, bella, was here, she was sprayed with water every time she barked (ironic) this is extremely unethical and I am doing reaserch as to wether or not I can sue for animal cruelty Response: even if theoretically i never went there, and the total scilence of the place was natural, i have gone around the back of the building and saw an incedibly small ammount of space outside for the dogs to run around in. Dogs need space outside to play and exersize in and the space i saw could barely fit any employee's watching the dogs. Lying in your responses, causing misery in dogs, and the lack of any vocalizations from my best friend for two weeks after pickup makes you the lowest scum in history. Everyone reading this, stop at the barking dog in the same area for a better experience for your pet.

We have been bringing our 5 month old samoyed to Woof Woof from the start. He is ecstatic to go to daycare on the days that he goes. He can't sprint in the door fast enough (we take that as a pretty good sign). The staff is very friendly, attentive, etc. The daycare rates are very fair. We're very pleased. We also had to board him here for a week, and they did a great job with that, as well. They kept us posted via social media often during the week as to how he was doing. I recommend them.

My dog Winnie absolutely loves Woof Woof! Winnie is a Wire Fox Terrier with so much energy, and the staff does such a great job taking care of her and (and handling her craziness). Winnie loves playing outdoors, and is always happily tired when I pick her up.

My dog is enrolled in daycare woof woof. He also is signed up for private training lessons. Always professional and well managed. I like the systems management have put in place for covid for curbside pickup" I work early and am able to come and drop my boy off to the smiling (mask wearing) staff who efficiently take him. Clean. Fair. Run by people who care. At woof woof they do refer a friend coupons and I've been able to score a few free day care days just by turning some friend's on to their day care. As many of us are very busy and work during the day, I'm also an "essential worker" most days working doubles. Too long to leave my dog home alone. They work with my schedule. Also do grooming and boarding and just about anything else I need. Very accommodating. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. A+

Woof Woof is more than just a Bark Bark Dog Park, it's a loving environment where your pet will thrive with its own pack of superbly treated pups. The staff has always been super enthusiastic and caring for my dog Junebug. In fact everytime I head to the car Junebug desperately tries to get in thinking I will take her to Woof Woof! We started with 1 day a week visit during quarantine to socialize our pup, but have since converted to twice a week just because Junebug loves it so much. Cannot comment on boarding services, but with the amazing staff here, I don't think it would be anything less than top tier.

Our first experience with Woof Woof was private training for our puppy. After one session you could already see the difference. By the end we had all the information we needed to be successful in training him. When we pull into the parking lot he gets really excited to be there. We just recently boarded him for 4 days and could not be happier. When we checked in on him we received a prompt response and update. We will definitely use them in the future.

Having been to Woof Woof, I can say it’s a beautiful facility with open spaces for your pet to play! Their set up is excellent! It’s a clean and happy environment for your sweet pet to spend the day and the staff is amazing!!

We have been sending our Finn to Woof Woof since he “rescued” us 5 years ago. He is always so excited to go. The staff at Woof Woof is so attentive and compassionate. I trust them completely. It’s a Joy as a dog owner to see how happy he is going there.

Woof Woof is a wonderful place for your furry family to socialize and play. The care and concern from the staff and owners is above reproach. That is why their competition posts negative reviews. They cannot compare so they start a smear campaign. Woof Woof goes out of their way to accommodate the special needs of every pet. Just look at the pictures. Such happy dogs. That says it all!

Staff is great. Facility is huge. Very clean and well maintained.

We have been customers of the Woof Woof for 15 years. The owner, his family, and the staff are tremendous. Our previous dog loved them more than us ! If we drove by, Daisy would cry if we didn’t stop. Their empathy and care as our dog aged is something we will never forget. Our new pup is just as happy and enthusiastic about the staff and her canine friends. True professionals. High recommend this ethical business.

Love this place and more importantly our dog loves going here. The best and most loving staff! We know our dogs have a great time as they cant wait to run in and start playing with their friends. Boarding could not be easier and more comforting knowing how well the dogs are treated. Truly head shoulders and tails above the competition. I am a daily customer for more than 8 years with two dogs and this is where I trust my (fur)kids to be save and well cared for!

This place does not seem to want any new business. They never picked up their phone and never return messages. I left a vm few months ago and never heard back. I gave them another opportunity this week and same thing happened. No one picked up the phone and no one returned my phone call. Will have to take the business somewhere else.

My dog loves this place. They take great care of the dogs and I have always had great interactions with the staff. Used to take my dog to a daycare in Derry and they claimed my dog was an issue.
