Wag is THE BEST for nervous pups. Our dog moxie always dreads getting her nails trimmed but Wag has made our last few visits so pleasant and stress-free. Can’t recommend them enough! Not only are they highly trained and professional, but they’re also so caring and make sure they fully understand your pet’s needs and personality before you show up so they can provide the best experience possible. They usually schedule us during a time that our dog can be the only one there for less stress. Thank you Wag team!

Great first visit! They took good care of my pup. He looks and smells great. They were responsive to let me know he was ready so he wasn't waiting. Highly recommend and will be back next month!

Super friendly staff! Helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job taking care of our puppy for his first time at a groomer. His coat was beautiful when I picked him up! I can't give WAG enough stars to rate the job they did.

Not only did my Baby get a beautiful haircut, they allowed me to bring in my own products for use on her very sensitive coat. They are also quicker than any other groomer I’ve used in the past- I was able to pick her up in just two hours! But the real reason I’m giving WAG a 5 star review is the compassion they’ve shown Baby. I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute because she wasn’t feeling well & is on hospice. They were not only understanding of this, but found a different day in which the salon would be less busy (quieter) & less stressful for my old girl. I wanted so badly to groom Baby in her final days/weeks and it was obviously they wanted that for us too. I haven’t been shown that level of compassion in a long time. Use this groomer because your doggo will look amazing, & they are compassionate to the needs of special needs animals. ????

Saw your Pet Grooming store on a commercial advertising something else here in Missouri. Could not tell what it was but your place looks awesome and place I would take my dogs. I wish you all the success and hope you will someday expand to the midwest.

I really loved our first experience here today! Was affordable and they offer many choices for whatever your puppy or dog needs. Our puppy is only 12 weeks and they were very aware and cautious of taking certain things slow in order for her to warm up and not scare her! Our puppy, Josie came home happy, clean, and all trimmed up! Covid safe, easy process! Booked out two appointments for Josie and would highly recommend!

Best groomer we have been to!

Love this place!! Griffin, our Golden Retriever, always looks so handsome when groomed by WAG!! They are professional and efficient!! Highly recommend WAG premier grooming salon!

I don't work here but I'm a groomer. I know great quality when I see it and these lady's have gone above and beyond . They have all top of the line equipment and tubs. They use only the best of the best for product on their guest. And it's the cleanest shop I've ever seen . What groomers go through on a daily basis is very tuff but these lady's make sure their employees are taken care of first and foremost. That's very hard to come by in this career. So thank you lady's for all you've put into every aspect of the salon.

WAG in Salem took great care of my 7mo. Old Mini Golden Doodle, Cooper! This was his first real grooming experience and he came out looking so handsome, but more importantly happy! The staff even put a little bow tie on him :) I would highly recommend Wag if you’re nervous about groomers like we were. Cooper will be going back again soon!

Our groomer is very professional, efficient, and is so good with my pup (Yorkshire Terrier). He comes back looking amazing and clean and happy.

Emily worked miracles on my little guy! He was a mess after being hospitalized multiple times/missing his usual appointments due to COVID. Javi is a very fearful dog, and definitely not easy to work with, but you wouldn't know it to look at him after the wonderful job Emily did on him!

I only viewed the website. It looks amazing. Wish they would allow me to get "groomed" there with my dog. Lol

I brought my dog there for a grooming due to extreme shedding making her uncomfortable. She can be anxious around other dogs so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was shown around the facility in advance so I knew what would be done and given opportunities to make an appointment that was the least busy to accommodate her needs. My dog has never looked so clean. She greeted me with her tail wagging and didn’t run right to the door to leave but instead was happy to walk around the shop. I will happily bring her back for nail trimming and further grooming in the future. This is a first class establishment with the needs of the dogs and their safety in mind.

We took our 75 pound golden doodle here for the first time and I was very impressed with the care and attention we received when we arrived. Alyssa, our groomer, came out to meet Buckley and was an incredibly calm presence. Buckley has never looked better and he doesn't smell like cheap overly perfumed products. I was also impressed with Alyssa's certifications in CPR for dogs and overall credentials which she didn't mention in person but can be found on her business card. This is clearly a career and not just a job. I feel confident and comfortable leaving Buckley in her hands. I will definitely be taking Buckley back here.

Great first time experience -- Wonderfully compassionate staff, calming atmosphere for all dog types, clean throughout, self washing station if you prefer, fantastic natural products. Heather was delightful! Will be back again with our other companion animal!!

I’ve taken my Yorkie to Alyssa at Wag three times now, and each time she looks amazing! You can tell that Alyssa loves dogs and that she knows what she is doing just by how she handles her at drop off. I know I’m leaving my baby in good hands! Added 1/22/20: Talk about going above and beyond!! Above mentioned Yorkie dislocated her shoulder and has been in a sling for a month, with another month to go. When Alyssa found out the situation, she reached out and offered to trim Teigan's face so she can see, knowing she would be scraggly by now and not able to receive a full grooming for a while. Thank you for caring so much!

Alyssa Miller is the best

I just went wag for yhe first time with my 130lb German shepherd .The people there were very helpful and friendly. They took the time to show me how to use all the equipment properly. It was a very positive experience i definitely recommend Wag.
