Main Street Animal Hospital Salem, New Hampshire

Recently got our new baby on Veterans Day. Everywhere so busy needed to get in within the 14 days window for our baby ???? warranty. Main Street Animal Hospital Donna was a delight to help get us in. Been back for follow-up shots and they were extremely accommodating to see us before our appointment time because we had a last minute appointment elsewhere to be. This place is a 5 ⭐✨⭐ with extra puppy treats. Thank you to a great Staff and Doctor.

I was looking around for a first time vet for my 2 young puppies and had a couple of questions I needed answered right away and the lady i spoke with, I believe her name was Amanda gave me exceptional service. She answered my questions and more so. I haven’t even stepped foot in there yet and I got great service. Thank you for that. All I want is the best care for my babies.

The Staff of Main St. Animal Hospital needs to be commended for the level of compassion and professionalism of service given. I recently brought my cat baby Gabbi that was very, very sick to Main St. Animal Hospital. Dr. Grambow was so thorough during her examination explaining in detail her status giving me options but ultimately knowing what I had to do. The AMAZING staff sent Gabbi off to Rainbow Bridge with no pain and lots of love!!! That is all a owner could ask for. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail from the staff; another class act! Thank you Staff of Main St. Animal Hospital for making the hardest day ever so much easier because of your love and compassion for animals. I highly recommend Main St. Animal Hospital the service is always exceptional!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this place! Everyone was so kind and sweet. I took my pup here to get fixed and to get a microchip and they really made the process so easy even the paperwork afterwards. On top of that they even cut his nails for me. I even got a follow up call today to check up on my pup. I would give this place 10 ⭐️ if I could!! I couldn’t thank them enough. Plus my pup loved them and that alone says it all !!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

This staff is AMAZiNG! My cat was long overdo for an exam/checkup and I was a little embarrassed by that but they were very professional and courteous during registration. Their Covid-19 process is very organized and they updated me every step of the way. After exam the Doctor was so informative on how to help get my cats diet in check with a regiment of exercise and food intake. She also educated me on different ways to achieve that goal for her. The whole visit took under an hour, I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend using Main St. Animal Hospital the staffs level of professionalism is to be commended!!!

Love this place. They are extremely polite and professional, and are always very thorough in their exams / treatments. The vets are knowledgeable and are always sure to provide detailed explanations of diagnoses and/or care to be given.

They are very thorough, professional, and collaborative here. I have great discussions with my vet about my dog and the best approach and care for her. The techs are very good with my dog, and the receptionists have excellent customer service.

Main Street is one of the best animal hospitals that I have been too. They actually care about my girls. The customer service is through the roof, amazing. They are a little more on the expensive side, but I'm willing to pay that extra for the quality care they give my girls. I have been to other vets that care more about how much money they are getting out of you rather than your pets. Main Street is the first one that I don't feel that way in the slightest. They recommend certain testing and procedures but they don't force it upon you. I moved out of Salem a year ago and now live about 30 miles away from this vet. I make that drive because I don't trust anyone else with my girls. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

Worst vet experience I have every had I will never take my puppy back. They are over priced, rude and disrespectful. They make it so hard to get your pet the medicine they need unless you buy directly from them and they charge hundreds of dollars more than you can find it elsewhere. Dr. Chris Martin makes obtaining a prescription impossible and will not even fax it. Will not recommend this to anybody thank God there is plenty of competition out there.

Where to start.....Dr.Chris Martin is amazing! And his staff, especially Ms. Michelle, are awesome-she takes the time to talk to you about your worries and concerns, and is very empathetic. Always a pleasure ???? (maybe not for my pup), but I know my animals are in the best hands, from staff to vets!

We've taken all our pets here for the past 10+ years. Dr. Martin and the entire staff there are great with both the animals and owners. This past visit we unfortunately had to say goodbye to a part of our family. The entire staff was empathetic and compassionate throughout the process. Very highly recommend anyone to bring their pets here.
