Was my first time at this location with my Dog Frez, and nether of us will be coming back ever! the disrespect we got from the groomer Brittany was uncalled for. I asked for a bath and brushing, how ever the groomer took it into her hands to do what she wanted. Frez looks horrible, when i mentioned it to the groomer i just got attitude back, her telling me i don't know what a dog needs. save your $$ and go else where!!

I took one of my German shepherds for her first time in this type of setting. Owner was a huge help and knows and understands the breed. All said and done it went well, and will be returning with my other dog soon. I plan on taking them regularly. Super convenient!!

Great place and friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable staff; couldn’t have got my gigantic furball clean without the advise from Josh over there.

The vibe here was quite different than when it first opened we were greeted as soon as we came in directed to the wash area explained how everything worked and even clip my dogs nails without an appt or wait. Very efficient and friendly.

Very friendly, professional staff. Been bringing my dog there for years. Won’t go anywhere else, my dog acts like she’s had a spa day when I pick her up. She looks good, she smells good and she has pep in her step! Can’t say enough good about Wash & Wags!

Upon calling Josh handled all my questions regarding my elderly dog that is very tough to cut nails on, therefore my concerns were how experienced staff was and if I could hold the dog for comfort which I was assured that they would do everything to assist the dog in a healthy manner. The waiting area is way too small to accommodate the walk in traffic, should have been made bigger. Victoria took us right away and let me just say she's the reason for this review bc of her handling my old guy that the nails started curling under (we had ;been traveling and it is very difficult to find someone willing to cut his nails), one had imbedded itself into the pad which the vet 2 weeks ago did not even notice (wouldn't cut nails without putting him out), very upsetting that we were unaware of this or told about it however my point is Victoria very patiently, gently, and methodically removed the nail from the pad then persevered in stopping the bleeding. Any other person would have said I'm not doing this take him back to the vet but she was confident, then finished off the rest of his paws better than anyone has ever done. She is now my go-to person! Her demeanor through the process was great, making something somewhat scary into a healthy/positive outcome. Can't thank them enough!

Great place to wash your own furbabie

I have been bringing my 13 year old, Deacon Blue here for a few years. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and professional. When I tell them he is sore or anything else going on with him, they listen and follow through with extra care. Also, they are quick Mr. Blue is never there more than 90 mins and he has a boat load of fur. Happy client!

They where very good with my Dog Bella . So good that I am going to bring her there every 6 weeks. For her bath & nails to be done .

Josh was amazing!! He was very patient and caring for our dog who is very timid when it comes to strangers. I will keep going back and asking for Josh. He took it time letting our dog get warmed up to him. Overall Wash and Wags is a wonderful place and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They provide everything you need to give your dog a bath. It's well worth the money.

Great place to give your dog a bath. Nice tubs with excellent soap for dogs and plenty of towels. A plus is getting dog's nails clipped when there for a bath, or anytime. Caring staff, very clean, friendly, well run. And treats for your dog! Leave with a clean dog and a smile. Grooming is available, but I don't use it.

We brought my 8 month old golden doodle in for his first grooming appointment, asking for a bath trim and for his nails to be cut. When dropping him off, we made the staff aware that he has separation anxiety, and did not do well in crates as he ate through the one we bought to crate train him in. We also made them aware of the fact that he will chew through leashes very easily and gave them our chain leash that we use for him. When we picked him up they charged us 180. The grooming was only supposed to be 90. They told us he chewed through a leash and destroyed the crate he was put in. We asked them why they weren't using the Leash we gave them to use for him because we knew that would happen and asked why he was in a crate after the person we saw while dropping him off assured us he would not be put in a crate and that they would call when he was 10 minutes from being done so we would be there just before they finished. And when asking to see the proof of the destroyed leash and crate they refused to show us. Definitely a scam and not to mention when we got our dog he was completely shaved down not trimmed. A horrible experience and not to mention the staff was so incredibly rude. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I had to take my 14 year old dog for a much needed bath and thank heavens Wash N Wags was there. Josh, who greeted us with cookies when we arrived (not for me) was a great help in getting the process started and was there every step of the way if I needed any assistance. The facility is warm and well equipped, even to high speed hair dryers and tons of towels. Next time (and there will be one) I might take advantage of the offered waterproof apron rather than getting soaked. It was worth it, Daphne (my springer) is looking and smelling great. Many thanks to the team at Wash N Wags.

We love these groomers. Josh takes great care with our golden doodle. He is always cheerful, friendly, and kind. He treats Tobey as he would his own dog. He loves him as much as we do. Can't ask for better than that!! And Tobey comes out looking like the rock star he is!!

The only place we will take our dogs to. Staff is super attentive to every detail and it’s an environment that our dogs are safe and comfortable in. We have a large dominant dog and the staff is so helpful making the bath experience smooth and quick. They provide everything you need if you choose to bathe your own dog. We can’t say enough about them. A+

These folks are the best! So kind and caring! Our dog is difficult but Josh takes him and does a great job.

I only needed to get my dogs nails clipped but, when I called I got more than I expected. The person who answered the phone (Josh) was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful. They were very caring, quick and gentle. I can’t wait to say hello to Josh again on my way in for more great puppy care today!

Everything thing was good except for the soap solution they gave me. It was basically all water. Great idea to wash your dog that way but bring your own products to wash your dog

I have been bringing my dogs to Wash and Wags for years. The staff is so helpful and caring. Because my dog has skin allergies I wash her weekly and I am so happy to have a clean, helpful, caring grooming staff that helps me care for my dog.. They are the best!
