David the manger is a great hard worker knows everything in here helped me right away find my pet food for my pets he is very knowledgeable smart guy

We buy most of our dog and cat food here, as well as occasional dog grooming, and we also came here for beginner dog training. Overall well stocked, supply chain issues being what they are. Our trainer is very knowledgable and accommodating of our sometimes crazy schedule. All the staff are so friendly, and the manager is great. Our pup loves them all!

Left my puppy there one time. There was a nice young man there carrying a hockey stick while watching several pitties, a couple small dogs & my puppy. I assumed the hockey stick was for doggie control & I was turned off by that. Additionally, WHEN I went back a few days later to pay (the hockey stick carrying employee did not know how to use a debit card) ...there was one woman in the office & many barking dogs outside. I asked her if she was working alone & she stated yes. If she is in the office.. who is observing the dogs outside? I will not take my puppy there again. Not enough staff for safety. Lastly...some dogs are able to get over the wall by the front door...I saw a few walking on top of that wall! The single glass front door is the last barrier to the outside traffic. The front door entry looked like an accident waiting to happen. Was not safe enough or attended well enough for me to leave my pup there.

I went here today and there was a male worker who was super helpful, super understanding, and really nice! Defintely a very nice place to shop! And great customer service!!!!

Their groomers are awesome. They really helped us out huge with our cat. They also gave us great advice and our big boy in on the mend.

I have been there many times and every time I have gone, the associates there are very friendly and helpful. They also have a huge selection to choose from. I highly recommend them!

Great place to have your pets groomed. Also to buy natural pet food and train your pets. You can also adopt dogs and cats there. I highly recommend them

No winning at all during the hours I was there. Too long waiting for a drink, and it was not good as before. At least in Plainridge there was better luck.
