Honestly, the store didn't have a huge amount of in stock items that I needed, but the employees were so above and beyond helpful that it didn't matter. Their knowledge and kind and helpful assistance made the visit a 10. I hope you appreciate your employees, they're really such an asset to the company.

Why is there one Quaker parrot locked in a bare cage in an empty room?! This is blatant animal abuse. The worker said he's been there for "a while". These birds are smarter than the owner of this store and shouldn't be treated like this. It's bad for their mental health. Awful, I will not be coming back here and will be escalating this, not that I think Petco actually cares. They are social birds and don't deserve to be understimulated, underwhelmed, and locked in a cage alone with no toys or interactions. SHAME ON YOU!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOU!!!

Bought 15 new fish... Within 24hours 3 died.. my kids were pretty devastated.

The store seemed clean but the shelves in some areaswere bare. It wasn't much help around when I was looking for assistance so I had to ask the cashier for assistance. The cashier brought me to the floor help who was busy speaking with friends. I asked for assistance to look for product and was told they don't have it because I've never seen that product before. My first thought is that the friends come before the customer so I'm not impressed. Maybe they don't have the product, but I didn't feel like I had undivided attention to meet the need for my reason being there.

Equestrian support people need to be more customer friendly.

Excellent selection, decent prices. In store grooming and Vetco by appointment, a very affordable way to give your pet basic preventive care. The Halloween costumes for pets are fire!

Had a terrible experience at grooming yesterday. My Maltese had a horrible haircut and when I complain the lady was very very rude to me. I almost cry when I saw my dog's haircut.

Nice seeing no food for hamsters, mice in filthy conditions, and some hamsters every time I come in, they leave ones who have obvious signs of dying and they do nothing about it. Oh and thanks Tim for the fantastic service! Stores disgusting and animals are stressed and dying. Nice to know when I came back they still were in bad shape and leaving them without food or leaving them while they suffer from what seemed like a tumor and one couldn’t walk. Girl who I spoke on the phone with cared, not the store manager whatsoever.

This petco is the cleanest, most organized, and best stocked petco I think I've ever been too

The manger in the grooming area is very polite and professional.

The VETCO clinic is a JOKE! After booking an appointment on June 3, 2021, and sending me NUMEROUS text messages verifying that I would be in with my dog on June 24, 2021, they just sent me an email cancelling the appointment. NO TEXT MESSAGES, THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VET CLINIC. MAKES ME WONDER IF THEY EVEN GIVE THE CORRECT VACCINES. BANFIELD HOSPITAL, HERE WE COME! At least at Banfield, they DON'T CANCEL YOU SCHEDULED VET APPOINTMENT TO UPDATE YOUR PET'S VACCINES.

I thought that the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I observed one of your employees assisting a very demanding individual who kept changing her mind. Your employee never lost her patience or showed frustration. She handled that customer like a pro. I wish that I had got her name. The department was fish . ???? Meg help me, she was wonderful as well.

Went in today to pick a couple of cat toys. I was astonished. This Salem NH location is a disgrace. There was pet urine on the floor, boxes with merchandise half open everywhere and just a HUGE mess. Clean up your act!
